I heard of the @ermitagenanobrasserie a while ago, but I still hadn't the chance to try their beers. They do a lot of experiments with base recipes and rotating hops, so it's pretty fun to taste the beers from a homebrewer point of view. They had, for instance the same pale ale (L'Amoreux) in three different versions: Nelson Sauvin, Citra Blanc, and Hallertau.
After a lot of fun tasting these and others, I picked my favorite. You all gotta try the DIPATOUT. It is a Double NEIPA brewed with the triad Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo.
It's a hazy-yellow brew with a banging aroma and nice white head. The body is medium and very silky. You would never tell it has 9,2% ABV, it is really well hidden. Very fruity and somewhat resinous, bitter and crisp. It is so, sooo good that I had to order a second glass. 🤪
