Peking Duck roulette🤯 The duck was absolutely scrumptious😻 A nice fatty layer sandwiched between crispy skin and tender meat, and the toppings of your choice from the condiments box🔥 Three cuts of duck w/ diff fat:meat ratios as well🤤 Topping of the night was definitely popping candy🤯 An uncanny combo that somehow works(?) You can also pair your duck and pancake with sweet sauce, mustard, hoisin (seafood sauce), onion, spring onion, and cucumber~
The remaining parts of the duck can be made into another amazing dish of your choice😈 We went for salt and pepper style w/ fried garlic😌 Intense flavours and textures🔥 This would go really well with some beer😌
We also got an oyster omelette and meat balls as small bites~ Not a big fan of these small oysters but the omelet was big, fluffy and filled with ingredients👍🏻 The meat balls have small bits of cheese embedded in it, filling it with melted goodness👼🏻
The Duck Web and Chinese Cabbage w/ Mustard Sauce was an eye-opener🤯 Can’t say I love it (but I never liked mustard), tastes a bit like wasabi(?) with a gelatinous texture~
Mini Tientsin PakChoi w/ Garlic & Vermicelli Noodles cleansed our palate from these strong flavours😂 Juicy and soft, with chewy vermicelli and crunchy garlic🤤
Shrimp and Seafood Fried Rice wasn’t extraordianry but the rice was nicely fried into separate grains and well-seasoned🔥 The dry sakura shrimp added a nice sea-salty flavour to it~
