When executing a double process, the most important part of the service is the consultation. Not only asking about the target color, but also being honest to the client and educating them of how to care for their hair. 1st, explaning to,the guest that it is very imperative to maintain the color every 4 weeks. Beyond that point a gold band sets in and its is very hard to remove the band without overlapping the bleach. Have them understand and respect what bleach actually does to the hair if not properly cared for. 2nd, home hair care regimen, during the consultation asses the hairs quality, is it normal, dry, or damaged. Then guide them through their after home care regimen, and hoe it just as important for them to take care of their hair, as it is for us, the stylist to do our job to perfection.
Perfect balayage for fall! It was so much fun to work with this beautiful mother of 5!
I love that this service was able to provide this busy mom with some much needed ‘me’ time! She left feeling refreshed and ready to tackle her week. What can I say? I love what I do!
What a journey this patient girl has been on! Weeks ago she came to me with lots of box dye on top of home clarifiers on top of continually using a shampoo that she was told would tone her hair. Friends, I can almost guarantee that fixing the damage of box dyed color is much more expensive than getting your hair done once professionally with the original desired color. Today, on Madeline’s third appointment, she left so happy and in love with her new honey golden color! 💛🧡
Also, a HUGE thank you to @km_kosmetics and @ericabrandt24 for helping assist me throughout this journey!! Could not have finished it without you all!🤗 #PaulMitchell#pmtslife#dualpurposelightener#20volume#30volume#hair#professionalcolor#aubreybeauty
My regular had red-brown box dye & had been “box dying” her hair for several years. She wanted to transition her color to salt/pepper hair. After 6 hours & several steps, here are her results 😍 She loved it & said it was the best color she’s ever had done ☺️🙏🏽Also, ignore my voice 😒 These allergies are kickin my butt.
Here’s the breakdown:
3 pks Malibu CC with 20Volume in sink. Rinse. Blowdry.
Foil at Occipital bone. Slice, bleach, foil down mohawk skipping every other foil. Take diagonal back sections on left & right sides of head. Slice repeat. Mix 3N with 20V above nape & in between foils to add dimension while canceling out any warmth. Rinse. Shampoo. Toned with ASH by Pravana. Rinse. Deep condition with It’sA10. Styled with Babyliss 1 inch curler. Sealed with Moroccan Oil treatment.
