My last rest day I walked 150 blocks in NYC. Today, I took a real rest day—the laying around, cleaning my room type of day.
I really love to move so it’s always a hard choice but listening to your body is the only way to get stronger inside and out.
Also, I’m starting to get sick again and I’ll do anything to avoid that considering I had the flu all of December. And the last time I felt like I was getting sick I went boxing anyways and ended up in the ER that night. Here’s no not repeating mistakes in 2020.
