(Swipe for each Move!) #fbf Me and my whole family got sick this week so I didn’t get to do my planned workouts. This was a really fun one from a few years ago and I think I’ll attempt it this weekend!

*Start with 10 of each move and then when round is complete, do 9 of each, 8, 7,6,5,4,3,2,1. Rest when needed and time yourself so you can beat it next time! It took me about 26 min. The first time I did it.
•five bomber with wall jump (you can take out wall jump to modify or even replace the move with push ups. You do t hav to down as far in the dive bomber as me. Do whatever you can)
•wide squat jump to jump with weighted arm extension ( I used 8-10 lbs.)
•knee up downs with tuck jump- take out tuck jump and replace with a squat jump to modify. Or no jump at all)

The road back to 315 is well underway. Slowly working my way back. Warmed up with elevated heel sumos using 155 not shown and then moved onto 225s for 2 sets of 10 reps (also not shown). The next few sets I recorded at 265 for 5 , 295 for 3 and ended at 305 for 1 rep. I’ll take it.

A: The trick isn’t to change them but to become AWARE of them! ❤️
Now that u know u can be aware of ur thoughts, start to watch them, listen to what ur 🧠 keeps repeating. Pay attention to how these thoughts make you feel. Are you recycling the same negative thoughts from years ago? Worrying about something that happened months ago? .
Our 🧠 is conditioned into thinking negatively b/c it is designed to protect us, and therefore fills our head and body with fear & doubt to avoid getting hurt - so once u can become aware of them, u can consciously choose what you want to think & feel about! .
When ur 🧠 starts stressing over something, have the strength to say NO! & switch the thought to something more positive & uplifting!
There’s no point to live a life with so much worry anger resentment regret fear & doubt. Instead u can CHOOSE to feel ❤️ compassion joy happiness & forgiveness! That power literally all starts with becoming AWARE. Realizing that YOU are not powerless, your THOUGHTS are. You are actually very powerful, and can do and have whatever you want in life!! (That’s why the law of attraction works!) .
Your mind is conditioned to protect you and in turn it creates fear and doubt when we are not in control, it stops us from accomplishing so much! However, when you have control - full control - life becomes magical! 🙌🏼💫
Practice self-awareness every day. Little by little it will become so easy, and natural! 🕉 You’ll start being aware of how you feel and you’ll become addicted to feeling good!
Also, understand that the point of life is to grow in each chance we get. Every time we are faced with a situation where we can choose to be upset angry offended or alone, we have the equal opportunity to choose love compassion and forgiveness. Therefore, become aware of ur 🧠 & take control so that u can live ur life driven by ur conscious ❤️, driven by passion life & love! The thoughts u give out MOST OFTEN, is what u will receive from the universe. So think the thoughts u WANT to experience - b/c what u think is what u get 🙌

I know every mom can relate to that feeling after you've birthed this incredible baby (babies in my case) and you are so in love and filled with happiness. But then, you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror or something doesn't fit.. and you are just like "OMG what happened to my body!?" We've all been there. It's confusing and emotional. I felt so guilty at first for even caring,, because I had just made these beautiful little girls and surely that was the most important thing. Right?!⠀
After moving through all the emotions, I decided I needed to take control of getting back into shape. It was not easy. I tried so many things and nothing stuck, until Pure Barre. The workout is amazing, and it is where I learned to love my body again after twins. ⠀

I was in a room with a group of individuals a few weeks back where we had to share a “fun fact” about ourselves...and I went completely blank 😐
I literally stood up and said “umm..yeah I’m a mom, uh..there’s nothing that interesting about me” and sat back down. It was a little funny, but also in that moment it didn’t even cross my mind that losing OVER 110LBS was a real “fun fact” about me! 👏🏼
I overlook it a lot of the time, or get shy when people mention it. Which I know might sound crazy because obviously I have a public page dedicated to it 🤷🏻♀️
I’m slowly learning to embrace my hard work, and that it is something I shouldn’t be afraid to share in person. I worked damn hard for this, it isn’t bragging, it’s being proud. Finally made it back to the gym and let me tell you it’s not the easiest thing to do, I feel so out of shape, lost, and not my normal routine and it’s going to take some time to get back, but hey its ok, little progress is better than no progress right🤷🏻♀️

Happy Friday!! #latergram from last night when I thought I could attempt an evening run. How silly of me to think I could avoid the #mosquitoapocalypse19 That idea ended very quickly after walking to the trail head and being bitten 3 times. I’ve come to the conclusion that there’s not a repellent made for me..(sigh) So to the treadmill this morning I went for 3 easy miles. Knee feels great..I still feel blah..🤷🏼♀️ I think seasonal allergies have arrived so that’s always a fun time!! But it’s the weekend, I’m going to smile and keep smiling through a very busy and emotional time as I make the final move out of my home! Exciting things for me are right around the corner people 😊...!!! So here’s to a great Friday, and a great weekend for you and yours! Make it a great one! peanut butter-y french toast lathered with more PB, hemp seeds, chia seeds instead of maple syrup🙂 🙌🏻 i took two slices of sourdough bread that i bought at Whole Foods and lightly dipped (didn’t coat) them in a egg wash batter of 1 egg, dash of cinnamon, vanilla, 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter, 1/2 cup of almond milk 👉🏼 First dip the bread into the wash mixture, then over a cast iron pan on medium to high heat add coconut oil (makes it taste a little sweeter), and cook on each side until a bit crispy 🔥🙏🏻 you could also throw the sliced bananas into the pan with the coconut oil to caramelize them with a little cinnamon! happy friday! 😻 #frenchtoast#peanutbutterismylifeblood

In den letzten 6 Monaten habe ich einiges umgeworfen, kurz gesagt etwas mehr zurück zum „Ursprung“ gefunden 🌳. Medikamente nehme ich nur, wenn’s absolut nicht anders geht, stattdessen habe ich Gefallen an #Apfelessig , #Manuka und #Kurkuma gefunden. Ich renne nicht mehr 24/7 mit Desinfektionsmittel in der Tasche rum 😅 (war mal ganz extrem 🙈), bin so oft es geht in der Natur, habe das Laufen 🏃🏼♀️ für mich entdeckt und war schon lange nicht mehr erkältet, ganz im Gegensatz zu letztem Jahr. Auch was Pflegeprodukte angeht, nutze ich mittlerweile mehr #Naturkosmetik oder eben auch Apfelessig und natürliche Öle (nicht ausschließlich, aber ich habe vieles aussortiert). Von Extensions und Nägeln habe ich mich getrennt (da ist mittlerweile fast eine komplette Tour raus gewachsen 💅🏼👏🏼) und fühle mich super damit, was ich nie gedacht hätte! Auch Gewichtsschwankungen habe ich im Gegesantz zu früher, wo ich nach jedem Urlaub mit 5 kg Plus nach Hause kam, nicht mehr. Das Wichtigste war, dass ich gelernt habe mehr in mich „reinzuhören“ und mich auch mal Themen geöffnet habe, denen ich sonst eher aus dem Weg gegangen bin 🚪. Negative Einflüsse meide ich und nutze meine Energie lieber für mein #Mindset und das kann ich jedem nur empfehlen. Damit meine ich nicht, dass das bei jedem auf die gleichen Dinge wie bei mir bezogen sein muss, sondern dass jeder in sich hineinfühlen und für sich herausfinden sollte, was dem eigenen #Körper und #Geist guttut. Vielleicht sehe ich gewisse Dinge irgendwann wieder ganz anders, sehne mich doch nochmal nach Gelnägeln, Extensions oder Desinfektionsmittel 🤪 dann ist das auch ok, aber zurzeit fühle ich mich wohl, wie alles ist und das sollte immer das eigene Ziel sein. Breakfast/Lunch today was amazing! To save time I batch cooked this meal to have for the next few days.
This recipe makes 3 servings.
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup orange bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
1/2 jalapeño, diced (optional)
1 roll of breakfast sausage (pork or chicken)
6 eggs, scrambled
* Cook sausage, onions and peppers in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat 7-8 min; or until sausage is done and vegetables are tender. Remove from skillet. * In a separate pan cook the scrambled eggs. * Evenly distribute sausage mixture and scrambled eggs among containers. * Sprinkle with shredded cheese prior to reheating.
