I used to have trouble staying consistent with my fitness journey. I would stay on track for 3 months then whoops there goes my healthy diet. Or I’d stop working out consistently. There was always me making excuses that life was getting in the way. When we want something though, we push through and we don’t make excuses.
When I turned 21 my fitness journey was rough. Right before I turned 21 I was working out a lot and eating foods that my body needed. But when I turned 21 it all went downhill. I binge drank atleast 3-4 nights a week, which led to Taco Bell and unhealthy food choices. I was still working out but not getting the results I wanted. I worked out harder, but it didn’t help.
I’m not saying it’s not okay to drink and still obtain your goals. But I was hitting my macros each day then having 5+ drinks which all those calories and carbs add up, then I was eating out late at night on top of that.
I joined a bootcamp and invested all my money and it helped at first but I was surround by a toxic environment.. one that wasn’t helping me grow.
What has helped me now is the environment I’m in now. I’m surrounded by a community of women who want to help each other grow! This page has helped keep me accountable and being apart of a challenge group has helped find motivation when I needed it.
Sometimes all we need is accountability and to let go of toxic environments. But you have to want the change. It won’t just come to you. You have to put the work in to see change. So believe in yourself! ✨
My doors are always open! If you ever have questions about joining my workout program or becoming a coach DM me or fill out the link in my bio 💖💪🏼
Happy #humpday 🐪 everyone 😘🥳
Can’t quite believe that I’ve been lucky enough to be offered a space on the Hill Skills for Health Day with @summitfit.uk. So many applicants and I’ve landed one of the 10 spaces. The outdoors have become my medicine and where I go to recover after losing Jaxon last year, the mental battle is real and getting out of that dark hole is even harder. The guys at Summit Fit offered 10 places to those effected by mental health in a different way, offering a day of learning from inspirational people such as @fellfoodie@____i_r_o_n_m_a_n____@itsmrrush and I honestly can’t thank @summitfit.uk enough for giving me the chance, this is honestly everything to me.
After years of rocking their styles, I’m thrilled to officially be part of the lululemon Collective & share my favorite @lululemon items with you through their affiliate program. So, if you see me rocking lululemon in a post, I’ll share the item(s) in my “stories”, as well as a swipe up to purchase, which I’ll receive a commission from... and you’ll be supporting your girl ☺️ .
Taking in the beauty of Fort Ward [State Park] in my lululemon puffer, gloves & beanie 🤍 I’ve always struggled with what coats to pack when I go somewhere cold, cause they take up space in your luggage and usually weigh more than I want on the scale at check-in. The @lululemon Pack It Down Jacket was perfect for this trip cause it weighs nothing, kept me warm, dry, and took up minimal space in my bag. It’s available in additional colors too 🎨 Swipe for a closer look & check my Stories for details! .

🇬🇧 We were just thinking: Counting the last five summers we have only spent one at home. And that was in 2016 when we came back from our trip around the world. And yes - we have had great adventures! But still we are happy that we will have more time to be here and enjoy a great mountain summer this year. Of course we are also on the road with Willi, and also for several weeks in summer. But in Europe. And hiking will of course always be part of it.⠀
Views like this one you actually get in Austria! One of our favorite regions: the Eastern Alps. It’s incredibly beautiful there, with the mighty peaks, which are often over 3000 meters high.⠀
And one more thing from, almost a little secret: The picture was taken on Felix and my very first multi-day hike: almost seven years ago on the Lasörling-Höhenweg.
The sand dune remind me of TARIFA 🇪🇦💛
Another Beautiful Beach 👌💙
