Very proud of @dylantravis6, and all of my clients who are in school yet still putting in the work. Buying food, prepping meals, scheduling meals, training, sleep, plus studies and work. It can be difficult trying to manage numerous variables. I am cognizant, I am currently a student too. It takes work.
Yet, even with these conditions, it’s still very much so possible to accomplish. Drop the petty excuses and put in the effort. I am here to guide and answer your questions; getting results is easy, just do as I say. I’ll do my part as a coach, I expect you do yours as a client, learner.
Also known as ✨Black Gold✨ because it’s value is beyond compare. .
Famed as the Destroyer of Weakness in the Himalayan region for its profound healing and life-enhancing properties. 🏔 .
We are blessed beyond words to be graced by this elusive and mysterious North American harvested mineral resin, an authentic Shilajit mineral pitch that’s tested at 22% fulvic acid and 1% humic acid. You read that right, it’s from North America, and this is just the beginning of its emergence into the world. It appears Cintamani Tonics has been blessed to steward this life giving remedy, as we now sit here with over 5 kilograms of masterfully purified American mineral resin. We could not be more grateful and humbled! And indeed, many years of dedicated work has allowed us to achieve this moment in time ... to be abundantly overflowing with undoubtedly the rarest, most precious, and most potent health enhancing tonic we have ever known! 🌿🤯⚡️ This moment is filled with grace, and with a new resilience and strength that has, and will be, bestowed upon many deserving beings globally through the ancient wisdom contained in this pristine, and direct sourced, mountain mineral magic. ✨⛰ .
We are deeply honored for the chance to share Wild American Shilajit with the world, and discerningly distribute this precious resource wholesale, and if you are interested in purveying it, or infusing it into herbal formulas and blends, 🌿☕️🍄 please let us know. You may be the next wholesale client that we take on ;) Due to the high demand and limited supply, this Wild American Shilajit is only available to a select few distribution partners. We also do sell it retail on our website for those who would like to give it a try. There’s nothing like it! .
We extend our deepest of gratitude to the forces that have placed this path before us. 🌟🙏🏽🌤 May we walk it with humility and tact, to be responsible stewards of something so precious, ancient, and life giving.
Girrrrllls. As much as we don’t like admitting it, our hormones play a HUGE roll in how we act daily. Sometimes I don’t want to acknowledge that my body is out of whack! But I am at the point where I want to do all the things to support my hormones so that I don’t take it out on the rest of the family 🤷🏻♀️. I just made a roller blend with these gems ( not pictured is ylang ylang ).
What are your go to oils for hormone support?
Repeat after me... Health is more than weight loss!
I never want to portray that 1 body type is “better” than another. Heck, this client didn’t even come to me for weight loss initially, but by re-balancing her body weight loss came as an added bonus.
Thank you Meg for sharing your story and results! “I cannot thank Jenny enough for helping me with my journey. I’m the type of person who is terrified to take any kind of pill or try something new due to the fear of having a reaction of some sort as I’ve had many reactions to medications in the past. Because of this, she’s always helped me to find a more holistic approach and has been incredibly patient with me in doing so. Our main focus was finding a way to lessen my migraines (I’ve struggled with them for over 10 years) and fix a hormonal imbalance that I had. Through her guidance and programs, she has helped me fix both of them and so many other things that I didn’t realize were issues. I’ve lost 25lbs, I’ve been sleeping so much better, have far more energy than I have in a long time, got rid of this brain fog that I thought was normal and have truly felt better than I have in so long! But most importantly to me I haven’t had a single migraine since beginning my journey and I could not be more grateful for that alone.”
Today marks my #7monthsont . Can't believe it. Time flies fast. Before you know it, I'll be an old man. It's honestly hard for me to picture. I have never been able to picture myself as an old person. As much as I tell others all the time I'm gonna live into my 90s like my grandpa, I secretly would think about taking my own life.... perhaps in my 50s (if not sooner).... bcuz I couldn't picture myself 100% being able to just live as ME. I've always felt like I have to fake it to make it. I always felt like I had to be strong for others.... but not really be there 100% for myself... I've always been so wrapped up in how I appear to others that I've never been able to just BE. I'm learning to let go. I no longer need to put on a show. There's relief in knowing that. I've never felt more level in my emotions than I do now. All thanks to #hormones and #hrt#testosterone . I'm not speaking as if this is for everyone that is #trans . You don't have to be on hrt and whatnot... but if being seen outwardly how you see yourself inwardly is important to you, yeah, I'd say it definitely f*cking helps. Anyway, before this turns into a ramble-fest lol
I'll post again late tonight into early morning of me actually talking, so y'all can see where my voice currently stands.

Weight Gain (you know that tire around the waist you just can’t seem get rid of ?), Moodiness, PMS, Poor Sleep, Acne, Weight Loss, Menstrual Cramps, Low Libido, Night Sweats, Hot Flashes, Fatigue, Brain Fog, Hair Loss, Vaginal Dryness, Weak Bones, Infertility, Horrible Periods......... ALL symptoms of imbalanced hormones and not “Normal” body function ladies.
Often times anxiety, depression, and digestive issues are also a result of hormonal imbalance and sadly misdiagnosed.
One of my biggest passions in life is to see women live the best lives they possibly can.
I have been digging deep and what I’ve learned is that our hormones are often driving this car of a body recklessly until we crash and suffer greatly. I also have learned that we don’t have to live like this.
Life is not easy for us on the daily because not only do we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders but often our health suffers as a result.
I have spoken to many many women in the past 6 months to ask what they actually know about their hormones and to no surprise it’s a pretty clueless topic for the majority.
So here’s what I’ve done. I’ve created an educational Facebook community called Hormone Warriors where I’m sharing knowledge, starting conversations, and offering solutions to naturally balance hormones.
If you aren’t in there yet and you’d like to be just let me know and I’ll get you in.
Let’s kick life’s ass ladies! We owe this to our families, our friends, our partners, and especially ourselves 💪❤️💃🏻 #hormones#hormonalacne#hormonebalance#hormonehealth#hotflashes#pms#sleep#sleepy#nightsweats#libido#weightloss#weightgain#infertility#infertilitysucks#women#empoweringwomen#empowerment#health#wellness#balance#doterra#essentialoils#nutrition#stress#vancouver#richmond#steveston#surrey#entrepreneur#coach
In the midst of emotions, ups and downs, chaos and struggles, it makes me sit back and really see how blessed I feel. I do not know what I would do without you @brettwilliams87 🖤 Not a moment has gone by that you haven’t been there. You are my rock, my backbone, my strength, and what keeps me sane. You have not left my side, you tend to my every need, you wipe my tears, you hold me tight and you love me like crazy. I see and I feel all that you do. These kids are soooo lucky to have you as their daddy as I am to have you as my husband. It’s the hard times like the ones we’re facing that build us and bring us closer than ever. I truly do not know what I would do without you. I love you beyond what words can describe 🖤 #husband#yourethebest#iloveyou

I posted on my story asking for testosterone for a trans friend. His doctor is out for the next three months and he already had to stop taking his medication. Getting a new prescription is very difficult but almost every trans person I know has some extra hormones lying around. My friend even had an expired prescription for it! Yet, someone still reported me simply for asking. They even got my story taken down! Being trans means supporting one another. Sharing your medications harms no one. I encourage all my friends to help others who may not have easy access to hormones by directly sharing theirs. It’s easy to ship through USPS and I have for friends before. This shouldn’t be something shameful but an action that we’re proud of. The medical industry, gatekeeping, and medicine stigma are unnecessary roadblocks to lifesaving medication.

So how exactly do happiness, positivity, and socialization improve health? They profoundly influence stress levels, inflammation, and the release of feel-good chemicals, all of which play roles in autoimmune management. Social isolation, pessimistic thinking, toxic relationships, unhappy marriages, dead-end jobs, living a life without meaning or purpose — all these factors raise stress, perpetuate immune imbalances, and foster chronic disease. .

I ordered my own lab work and tested everything I know to be important for optimal health 🏄🏼♀️ I’m happy to say that my results are amazing; the best they have ever been in my life. I learned that my iodine and testosterone 💪 are low and have taken steps to remedy both and after one week on transdermal iodine and 3 days on testosterone, my fatigue is gone, my energy 🤸♀️ is back, I’m sleeping 😴 better and my mood 😀 is great (yahoo!). My advice is always the same: take your health in to your own hands, eat plant based 🥑exercise 🏃🏼♀️ take the RIGHT supplements 💊 for YOUR health, detox, understand your body and know that you can heal EVERYTHING. The proof is always in the pudding; how you look, how you TRULY feel and the results of the right blood work/tests. I’m turning back the clock ⏱ and I couldn’t be more excited! I’ve done a lifetime of research and made a lot of changes in my life and it’s ALL been worth it. HEALTH IS EVERYTHING. Endocrine disruptors are chemicals that often interfere with the endocrine (hormonal) system. Common endocrine disruptors show up in (but not only in)
◠ receipt paper
◠ canned food
Some of these chemicals are so hard for the body to breakdown + eliminate that they are passed from mom to baby.
Exposure to these endocrine disruptors impact reproductive system disorders such as infertility, endometriosis, and breast cancer.
It’s easy to go down a rabbit hole of anxiety when researching endocrine disruptors and figuring out how to avoid exposure. You’re never going to be able to completely avoid exposure and increasing your stress over this isn’t going to help your hormones. So, here are a few tips + resources of where to start.
◠ reusable metal or glass water bottles
◠ avoid antibacterial soaps + hand sanitizer
◠ fragrance free products
◠ filter tap water
◠ say no to paper receipts
◠ avoid eating highly toxic fish such as atlantic halibut, tuna, and farmed salmon
◠ regular visits to the sauna— sweating is a primary route of detoxification of these chemicals
The @environmentalworkinggroup provides a list, the dirty dozen + clean 15, to help you reduce exposure to toxic pesticides. And their Skin Deep app is super helpful for choosing safer skin care products.
As our world continues to become more and more toxic, supporting hormonal health is vital to our overall wellbeing.
#micronutrients to enable the body to produce enzymes, #hormones and other substances essential for #healthy growth and development 💢
Commonly referred to as #vitamins and #minerals they include fluoride, selenium, sodium, iodine, copper, and zinc, vitamin C, A, D, E, and K, as well as the B-complex vitamins. 💢
The consequences of their absence can be severe and are vital to the proper functioning of all of the body’s systems. Sodium, for instance, is responsible for maintaining proper fluid balance in the body. It helps fluids pass through cell walls and regulates appropriate blood pH levels.
💢 #magnesium helps the heart maintain a normal rhythm, assists the body in converting glucose (blood sugar) into #energy and is necessary for calcium and vitamin C metabolization.
💢 #iron helps to produce red blood cells and lymphocytes
💢 #Iodine supports thyroid, helps metabolize fats, promotes #energy production and growth.
💢 #chloride helps regulate water and electrolytes, maintains appropriate cellular pH. 💢
The more #colorful our diets are, the better chances we have of consuming essential micronutrients. .
A few quick tips include eating #fruit for dessert instead of sweets, preparing vegetable-based dishes, and adding two or more #vegetable side dishes with each meal.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR PERIOD?!?
We have 4 main hormones that regulate the menstrual cycle: Estrogen, Progesterone, FSH and LH.
These hormones each peak at different times to bring on different actions in the ovaries and in the uterus.
To understand why your MOOD, PRODUCTIVITY and ENERGY fluctuate throughout different times of the month you must first know what these hormones are doing.
Go check out my latest YouTube video where I explain it all really simply. You’ll be AMAZED how much logical sense it actually makes!

Time to cook... I'll tell you what there are days I just do not want to come home and cook...seriously a drive through or quick pick sounds so much easier.
But, easier is the key word here for me at least. in my journey of healing in all areas a HUGE part was getting my food habits in check.. This is tied so closely to mental and emotional wellness my friends. And, I'll say this healthly lifestyle doesn't mean you neven enjoy a treat, it means you learn balance and control. And, healthy relationships with food.
I'm working on my course for balancing after thyroid cancer which is also a great course and option for people with other thyroid issues, watch for it and if you want announcements DM me your contact info, I'll add you to my mailer.
Stay sell my friends and take the time to cook healthy for you, your worth it!
Just me (& the roosters!!) expressing gratitude &
sending love to you all xo

I put myself and my body through a lot of trauma, thinking I wasn’t allowed to enjoy food. That food was bad for me. That if I wanted to be healthy, if I wanted to be in shape, if I wanted to completely heal from my autoimmune diseases… I had to be extremely rigid, check all the boxes, and never deviate.
This line of thinking left me anxious, exhausted, guilty, sad, preoccupied, not present, frustrated, malnourished, and fearful.
As I mentioned before, one of the best things I’ve done for my health in the last decade was to 1️⃣ let go of everything I thought I knew about health and nutrition, 2️⃣ build a healthier relationship with food and my body, and 3️⃣ truly allow myself to live in the present and love who I am at every season.
Now, when I consider what it means for me to enjoy food, I am reminded of:
🖤 how much more accepting my body is of its nutrients
🖤 how much more easily I can digest it without having that pit in my stomach of guilt
🖤 how much better I feel physically knowing that I am eating something that is enjoyable to me
🖤 how much happier I am being able to truly experience this simple joy in life
This is the mindset work I help you with.
Because in order to make healthier habits and lifestyle changes that are sustainable, you have to actually ENJOY what you’re eating and doing.
Let me help you with that.
Sure, it doesn’t come easy. It took me ten years to even figure out *this* is what I was missing. It’s ongoing mindset work coupled with education on real food and how to be truly nourished not only in your body, but in your whole life.
🌱 This is what I mean when I say “well fed”.
⭐️ Will you consider today if there’s something within your health journey, whether you’ve started it or not, that is no longer serving you?
A little while ago @tradmedicinals posted a recipe for Lemon balm Gummies using their Lemon balm tea. I was so blown away by this idea I had to try it with their Healthy Cycle tea. I have to tell ya, these little bits are good!
Healthy Cycle tea was created to soothe those raging hormones and calm the mind during your cycle. This tea has been a lifesaver in our home, and now these gummies make taking this delicious tea on the road even easier. No more excuses! 😌
This recipe is based on Traditional Medicinals Lemon balm gummies. I have augmented it a bit for my tastes. The original recipe is in my bio.
5 packets Healthy Cycle
1 to 1 1/4 cup hot water
3 Tbsp of honey
4 Tbsp gelatin *Boil water and pour over tea; cover and let steep until cool. Make sure to take a moment and read the sayings. *Squeeze out excess water from the tea bags. In a pan, pour in the tea and add the honey. Bring to a gentle boil. *Add the gelatin and whisk rapidly until the gelatin is fully dissolved. *Pour into a gummy mold or a shallow dish to cut later. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. * Remove from mold, or cut until 1/2" squares and enjoy.
Eat 2-4 gummies at a time throughout the day. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. These will keep for about a week.
Try this with their other teas such as Chamomile and Lavender or Cup of Calm for a calming moment. Peppermint tea or Belly Comfort for tummy troubles, or their Echinacea tea for immune-boosting gummies.

Today celebrates the 10th anniversary of World Menopause Day. Its amazing that every year since its launch more and more women are seeking help for their symptoms and as a society we have a greater understanding of what for some is a very difficult period in their lives. BUT, there is still so much more that can be done!
Health care professions urgently require more training to meet the needs of women entering the ‘3rd Age’. It must be acknowledged that these women have improved access to specialist treatment in the guise of menopause clinics locally if required.
Employers need more awareness, training and consideration of how the menopausal period can affect its female workforce and what measures it can adapt to make their working life more bearable.
We have come a long way in ten years, here’s to the the next 10!
🥦I like my brocolli slightly steamed with a little crunch...I have yet to come across a saucey condiment that would go well with broccoli, please do share if you have one! 😊

I've been thinking a lot lately about the word consistency and what it means to me...I have never really been consistent (like ever). I'm either flying high; at the top of my class, year, career, marriage life, motherhood or feeling pretty low. I never had the skill or patience to ride things out long term - for several reasons I am hardwired to use all energy for brief stints instead of pacing myself.
So while this word holds very little weight in my past experiences...I have come to realise how very important it is to my being and this plate represents teeny tiny fraction of my efforts; to eat consistent fulfilling meals without snacking in between on all sorts of 'Tinki' (my nickname) snacks. Other areas I've made shifts in is sleep - going to bed at 10pm most nights; and if I have sleepless night I no longer allow myself to get up and activate my mind...Eating and sleeping are basics for me, next is working on managing my reactions to stress. Do you find consistency hard too? How do you keep yourself on track? 💜

Menopause is the point in time when a woman has had no menstrual period for 12 consecutive months. #WorldMenopauseMonth
It is a normal part of aging and marks the end of a woman's reproductive years. It occurs at an average age of 52 years, but the age of menopause can vary widely from 40 to 58 years.
During menopause, hormone levels decline and the ovaries no longer release an egg every month.
Menopause is a normal physiologic event, and is not a disease or disorder, however like other life transitions, it may affect a woman both physically and emotionally.
It is essential to talk to your healthcare provider and find the best ways to handle menopause symptoms. RepaGyn® is a product which can help one of the main symptoms in menopause, vaginal dryness.
Find out if it's right for you! #RepaGyn
Rainy morning jog today. This week has been tough with my running, feels like I'm running through mud! So just slow and steady focusing on time active rather than speed or distance. Resistance training at the gym has been awesome, increasing my weights. Goal is to build my strength and muscle, and hopefully reduce body fat at the same time. Today also marks the end of my first 28 day cycle of HRT (MHT) and start of the next. Things haven't been going as smoothly as they could have with withdrawal bleeding (sorry if TMI) before finishing progesterone when it's meant to happen a couple of days after stopping - so will see what tomorrow brings! It can take a few months for body's to adjust so sticking with it as definitely an improvement in my energy levels, mood and sleep overall. Fingers crossed for more improvements! As I write this the sun is making an appearance and the birds are chirping which I'm taking as a sign to cheer up! Have a great weekend everyone!
It’s a virtual conference weekend for me learning about reproductive endocrinology and menstrual disorders. 🤓

How the body’s nerves become accomplices in the spread of cancer
Recent studies have revealed many lines of #communication between #tumors , #nerves , and other nearby cells. Their elaborate crosstalk seems to promote the growth and spread of #cancer , in part through the release of stress-related #hormones .
You can’t go back and change the beginning...
BUT there is so much you can do to change your health outcome today!
If we want to change how we feel we have to change our daily actions 👊.
During my late-twenties, I was chronically tired, 35-pounds overweight, constantly cranky, and oftentimes feeling super unmotivated. I felt like I had lost control of my body while driving myself into the ground. Caffeine ☕️ became the key to surviving each day.
I realized that I needed to change my lifestyle if I wanted to feel like my old self again. I was ready to open new doors.
I started with simple changes. I began eating more plants and cooking at home. Leafy green vegetables became a staple in my diet. Then, I focused on yoga, dance, and fun exercises that I enjoyed. My stress level decreased and my energy increased, the excess weight started to melt off, and I began to feel like myself again 🙌.
Changing your habits to open new doors doesnt have to feel overwhelming 😫, just start with 1-2 rituals and habits.
Over time you will love these new changes and want to bring on more. If you are looking for ideas and guidance to open new doors, check out the #eohormonesummit by registering for free today 👉 www.drmariza.com/summit or go to my profile link ❤️

BEING COMFORTABLE IN YOUR OWN SKIN
What makes you feel the most comfortable in your skin?
One common occurrence I see is that most of us always seem to be fighting against our bodies - judging it too harshly, pushing it too hard & just not really treating it with the respect & compassion it deserves.
For those of you that might need a little help in this area, here’s some tips:
Start focusing on what you body IS & CAN do, not what it’s “not” or “can’t do.” This is where gratitude comes into play - think of things you like about yourself & what you’re grateful for about your body. 🙏🏼
Listen to your bod. Sounds cliche, but it’s true. If it’s tired, rest. If it’s hungry, eat. If it needs community, hang out with friends. If it needs alone time, read a book, etc. Work WITH your body, not against it. 🤗
Wear clothes at actually FIT you & flatter your body. Don’t try to fit in clothes that clearly isn’t fit you & don’t walk around in sweat pants all day. Take a shower, put on some lipstick, hold your shoulders back & smile. You’ll instantly feel better. 😁
Realize that exercise & diet aren’t the only ways to take care of yourself. Sometimes a good movie, a book, a walk, a night out, a bath, a massage, or whatever else you enjoy is even more important. 💆🏼♀️
Take a quick inventory of what you’re looking at every day. *This is a big one for most people. If your Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc. is chalked full of images that make you feel worse about yourself, unfollow/de-friend/delete & start filling your mind with things that make you feel good, happy & joyful instead. 🙇🏼♀️
These are just a few of my tips, but I’d love to hear yours, too! Share some things that make you feel more comfortable in your skin below! 👇🏼

I want to talk about PMT and I don’t mean the most common symptoms like the odd mood swing. I mean the full blown animal rage that comes over you like a lion protecting its pack. I never really paid much attention to this until I properly started studying my cycle after reading @_maisiehill_ book Period Power and using the app @clueapp. But over the last year it’s been pretty awful. I spoke about this on stories back in May and so many of you sent me messages talking about PMDD (pre menstrual dysmorphic disorder). Many of you said it had gotten 100 times worse since having children. Has anyone else got any experience of this and found anything useful? I’d be interested to hear your stories #pmt#pmdd#hormones - artwork from @realfunwow

You can’t green smoothie your way out of chronic stress 😜... I know because I tried and fell flat on my face exhausted 😩.
My mode of operation was FULL THROTTLE! I could drink a green smoothie and rush out the door into my hectic life 🌪. #rushingwomanssyndrome 🏃🏽♀️.
My first BIG step to radical healing was self-awareness and taking ownership 🙅🏽♀️ of my role in all of it.
YES, I played a big role in my lifestyle, even if it looked healthy on the outside. My internal system was constantly in emergency 🚨 mode!
Finally, I changed my belief around healing and stress and being busy all of the time because it was slowly unraveling me 🙅🏽♀️.
The biggest detriment in our ability to heal and thrive is chronic stress and unprocessed trauma.
Stress and pent up emotional trauma impedes our ability to sleep and recharge our body. It can make us tired, induce unhealthy cravings, and drive us into the ground until we hit ground zero.
How do we begin to heal from exhaustion and stress? Start with small steps 💗...start with self care.
Self-care means giving yourself permission to pause.
Self-care is simply taking a moment for you today. It doesn’t need to be anything more than that 💝.
This is a major theme for the #eohormonesummit next week! I’m excited to be featuring incredible women who will be sharing their truth on this subject, @elenabrower@lifryling@briannehovey and @oilmagicbymichelle ❤️
If you are looking for the perfect blend for stress and emotional support, check out my Overwhelm Be Gone Blend in my stories 😉. It’s the blend I’ve personally used for years.

I used to think it was all about self-discipline and control. It was never self-love ❤️. I didn’t think I deserved it.
Thankfully my limiting belief changed several years ago and the results were transformational 😍!
Has it changed for you too? Comment if it has.
Self-Love ♥️ is the pathway to healing and we do it with self-care 🥰.
Self care is the key to your healing success.
We often feel the need to get permission to love ourselves and treat ourselves with respect.
But whose permission are we waiting for? 🤔
If you’re feeling guilty about self care, take a long look in the mirror and ask yourself…"Am I Ready To Say Yes To ME!" ❤️
The biggest way we limit ourselves is that is feel guilty and shame by not being disciplined enough. And the only way to shift in to true healing is to shift our belief in how we feel about ourselves.
It’s time to shift that belief and decide that we are worthy and deserving of self love and healing because we are! 💗💃🏻.
When I created the #eohormonesummit I knew that self care needed to be included as apart of the solution.
I invited some of the most incredible women to share about self-love, worthiness and emotional healing. I Incredible Women like @elenabrower@desireemangandog@briannehovey and @oilmagicbymichelle@kariuetz to share their truth with you in a profound way ❤️.

Our tiny but powerful adrenal glands are incredibly important. 💫
When they’re out of balance, we can experience symptoms like anxiety, difficulty sleeping, or racing thoughts. The symptoms might seem subtle at first, but they can intensify over time.
Our Sleep and Stress test measures cortisol and cortisone, two stress hormones regulated by our adrenal glands. Checking these hormones can not only give you knowledge about your overall health, but it can also help you understand more about your symptoms. (✍️: @drjolenebrighten)

I want to talk about acne & hormones because this is something I struggled with at first and it took a long time to heal and fix. But I fixed it, so I want to share my knowledge for anyone else who is in my position 😇
My acne started as soon as I came off the contraceptive pill which I was on for 3 years. The first signs of my hormones being unbalanced was I lost a tonne of weight and my periods were VERY irregular. 🙃 I used and still use to this day a period tracker app called ‘Flow’ which I used to track all of my symptoms and cycle. .
During this time, my acne was the worst. It was all over my face; on my chin, jaw line and around my mouth and cheeks. .
I tried a few home remedies; different facemasks, supplements & vitamins, I changed my diet and it only got worse. .
I then came across @botanycl who are a UK company and make 100% natural plant based supplements for hormones. .
I bought some and used them over a 3 month period and after the three months my periods were regular and on time (yes!!), my moods were stable, I started to feel more like myself again and my acne on my chin cleared up. Hallelujah!! 🙌🏻
This isn’t an AD or sponsored post, I’ve just had a lot of messages about this subject so wanted to address 😉 .
I do want to say though, the acne on my cheeks remained stubborn and didn’t go away and this was due to that part of my acne having a different root cause than the acne on my chin. Which makes total sense when looking at a Chinese face map. .
Chin acne - hormones 👎🏻
Cheek acne - Toxicity & heat especially in the lungs and stomach 👎🏻
I do still get a few breakouts every now again in this area but they are stress related and are gone in a week or so. (Whenever I’m less stressed lol)
I’ll be posting more about hormones and acne so keep a look out and give this post a like or comment if you found it helpful and want more ✨❤️

Swim your knowledge below! @rev.med ⤵️
Sperm Cells are gametes aka sex cells. They go through rigorous production in the testicular organ (gonads) of male. This production is called Spermatogenesis. This process in short is Meiosis, reducing chromosomes to half, and second cycle involves changes in size and shape as the sperm cell matures to its full grown shape. @rev.med
Generally sperm cells consist of head, body, and tail.
*Head- A spear headed shape which consists of the most important part, the Nucleus. Here it holds the 23 chromosomes which are responsible for the new organism. Acrosomal Cap is derived from the Golgi apparatus. It contains digestive enzymes which break down the outer membrane of the ovum, called the zone pellucida. @rev.med
*Midpiece (body)- Here is the packaged mitochondria, which is the power source behind the swimming of the sperm. It includes the Centriole which is responsible for mitotic division in separating chromosomes during cell division. @rev.med
*Tail- It is divided between the connecting piece, which connects the head to flagellum, principal piece which is the axial filament and the end piece. These pieces join together to help generate movement. @rev.med
To understand motility focus your attention on the microtubules. Flagella have a characteristic “9+2” structure which is the two central microtubules and the 9 outer doublet microtubules, referred to as the Axoneme. It consists of dynein arms which slide along each outer microtubule, ultimately causing the axoneme to bend back and forth.
