Some More Things I Know...
Motivation Is A Daily Decision...To stay motivated, I surround myself with things that motivate me. I advertise to myself on a daily basis with vision boards, quotes or goals written on my bathroom mirror with a dry erase marker, and by reading a little a lot from good books. Advertising works. That is why companies spend big $ for a :30 advertisement during the Super Bowl. My time is Now...My career is the sum of my today’s. The only factor that is the same amongst all people reading this post is that we have 86,000 seconds in a day to either spend or INVEST in the development of our potential. Maximize my time management and priority management skills, and I will get the most our of my days. Don’t Count the Days, Make the Days Count...I don’t count the days till the next game, I make the days count. I establish long term goals and work my process everyday. What’s Important Now...Right now, today. What am I going to do today to get better? What is my goal for today? I win the day by remembering (W.I.N.)What’s Important Now and taking action. The Only Opponent Is Me...My toughest opponent in life will be to master myself. And once I become a master of the 6.5 inches between my ears, I give myself the best chance to fulfill my potential. My work continues... #barrelcatcher#baseball#goals#marriedtothegame#sandlottotheshow#stiks#usabaseball#midwestntis#nationalsshowcaseteam#oatesspecialties#texasbaseballranch#fastballusa
Love doing these kind of edits for y’all 😍🥰This quote says it all‼️🤞🏼Nobody can take away from you what has already been planted into you and what’s already on it’s way to you! 🙏🏼
Nobody but you can take all the necessary steps to get closer to your ultimate goals and to the purpose god has placed you into this world for but also nobody can separate you from those things but yourself‼️🙌🏼
Take more pride in what you know you’re capable of achieving and worry less about what others may think while you’re still struggling to make it because at the end of the day once you did make it everybody is so desperate to be a part of your success story and journey 🤷🏻♀️
Also energy is REAL believe that! If you have an open minded, determined, grateful and kind spirit people gonna recognize it sooner or later and the ones who see it and gravitate towards you because of that are exactly the people you want to attract because these type of people gonna support you regardless because they’re not just followers but feel moved by your spirit and gonna support you because they feel how bad you want to get it and that’s why they do their best to help you to get where you want and need to be‼️💫✨

The color pic is dope too. Shows the green in the ring.
It’s something I pray about and say all the time. It’s the reason I say no to some things because it sounds too risky.
But always hoping for a life that is safe means missing out on the beautiful things than can come out of life’s interruptions.
It’s struck me deeply as a mom, because who doesn’t want their kids to stay safe? And as a wife of a coach? I means, what’s safe and secure anyway?
I’m not in it for the security that deposits into our bank account every other week. And even that pay check isn’t promising as we know great coaches are let go all the time.
This livelihood has challenged me to look beyond what’s safe and secure. And thank goodness, because God never called us to live cautiously, but courageously.
So today, rest assured that this wild adventure you’re on as a coaching family is a beautiful ride you were always meant to be a part of. You might stay in the same place for 20 years, or you might move every other season. Regardless, there’s an adventure to be had and you’ll only see how awesome it is when you lay down your desire to just stay safe and embrace all that can unfold when you live with courage.
I don’t cheat. I won’t hit people in the back of the head. I’ve been trained to the point I can’t even break rules. I’ve grown so much since my Ufc debut. I still feel myself growing everyday. I entered thinking the game was one way. Learned the hard way that it is much more than the way you think it is and or should be. I’m a fighter at heart but guys who wanna win don’t come to fight. Biggest lesson I’ve learned in the past couple years is to be more patient. Especially when the crowd is cheering for you to go forward and take risks. I promise not to take too many steps backwards.
