Ça ne fait peut être pas très longtemps que tu es inscrit en salle, quelques semaines, quelques mois. Tu ne vois toujours pas de résultats significatifs et ça t’énerve parce que tu pensais que ça irait plus vite.
En réalité pour avoir des résultats rapidement il faut déjà avoir compris certains principes de bases.
Aujourd’hui je te parle des 5 facteurs pour prendre du muscle :
1. La tension d’étirement
2. La tension de contraction
3. Le temps sous tension
4. La brûlure musculaire
5. La congestion
Ces 5 facteurs sont très importants si tu veux progresser rapidement. Si dans chacune de tes séances, tu ne les retrouves pas alors tu n’es pas sur la bonne voie.

How to have a small waist! I answered this on my story yesterday but I wanted to go into a bit more detail. Just like having visible abs, having a small waist is largely dependent on your body fat percentage; the lower your body fat, the smaller the waist.
But that’s only a part of the equation, and will only get you so far. Once you’ve lowered your body fat, you cannot make your waistline any smaller. No amount of waist trainers, skinny teas, or other snake oil lies will do it! You CAN however make it appear smaller.
In both photos my waist is the same size. My body fat in the left photo (Dec 2018) was even lower than it is in the right photo (current), but my waist appears to be much smaller on the right. The difference is that my legs, glutes, and back have all grown significantly; making my waist look much smaller in comparison.
So many women are fearful of training upper body because they think it will make them look bulky and manly, but I promise you it will do the opposite. Ditch the endless crunches and start building that back to get those feminine ratios!

If you’re new to running, and especially if this is your first race, chances are you’re going to walk at least a little!
Here are a few things to keep in mind for your safety and those running around you:
1️⃣Try to stay to the side (preferably the right) if you’re going to walk.
2️⃣Don’t stop running suddenly. Chances are there’s someone else running behind you and they might run you over (seriously, it happens) if they don’t know you are going to abruptly stop.
3️⃣If you’re going to stop, raise your hand to let those around you know, and then slowly come to a walking pace.
4️⃣ If you are running, and others around you are walking, don’t spend too much energy trying to run around and weave in and out. Chances are during training runs, you ran in a relatively straight line. I made this mistake my first race. I was ready to go and the road was packed. We were trying to sprint around people. Little did I know, I was giving myself a blister the size of a quarter that would really start to hurt around mile 9. Let me tell you, 4.1 miles with a big blister is no fun. Slow your pace and the road should clear up a little soon.
