I wrote this for someone never gave it to them. It’s my definition for one self still learning. when you treat others with kindness and appreciation that’s love it’s comes with know judgment or condition every one is a mirror image of one self it’s reflected back. For those who have had a positive impact in my life thank you and for the those who have a negative one thank you for the lessons you can’t have light with out dark love both equally. #loveyourself#sharethelove#nojudgement#peace
It’s so nuts how quickly strangers can become family!
Today we had a photo shoot and it was a freaking blast! We got up close and personal and did stretches we didn’t know we could! I trust these people so much it’s crazy! We laugh together, cry together, teach together, and are doing this crazy Yoga Teacher Training together!
I would recommend Yoga Teacher Training to anyone into yoga, health and wellness and anatomy! And I would definitely recommend the @wellnesslounge_missionbay WHY you may ask! We are getting trained by the best of the best! Not only are they yoga teachers but they are Chiropractors! This makes a massive difference! People that have done YTT have asked me how class is and when I share what we’ve done and are doing... they are mind blown! 💁♀️ Can’t wait to learn more and teach! Ahhh I’m so excited!
Half way done! Feeling more confident, light and ready!
I love you now and forever Jumbo. I can feel your presence at the house and my heart is so full and warm. I thank God for letting you go home so, so peacefully and surrounded by love! Even your ball was there 💜 You were our best buddy, snuggle buddy, and perfect pupper. I miss you so much! 🥺💕 Nov 2009-Jan 2020
I love teaching beach yoga on public holidays. It reminds me of Impressionist France when the artists would paint all the families by the sea. So nostalgic (because obviously I was an impressionist artist in my previous life and I hung out with all the cool kids. Degas. Monet. Manet. You know. ) so. There you have it. #Lalaland#beachyoga

if you haven’t figured it out yet, i post in 3’s on this account !!1!! sometimes in 6’s 9’s 12’s so on & so forth. im rephrasing this message a lot of times: I POST A LOT. the reason i feel obligated to make it clear is because people like to speak poorly on those that post “too much” here’s what i say to that: art has no rules except an obligation to the artist to provide solace 🧿
2020 has started out with a bang as God’s promise of a breakthrough begins to unfold. Like with many things in life, it takes stepping into an unknown and uncomfortable place to move forward. That is where faith and faith alone keeps us strong. I do feel a strong urge to share more of what is unfolding for Jon on an emotional level, but I also want to be respectful to those that aren’t ready to step into this reality. It’s dark. I told someone yesterday the emotional feeling of opening this can of worms without acceptance of those involved feels like being punched in the gut & taking the breath out of me. But, Jon and I have accepted this path and find peace that God has once again, like He always does, provided @brainoptimizationinstitute to guide us through this layer of healing.
This video was taken after another solid session of NeuroEmotional Technique (NET). Below Dr. Longyear explains why such activities are recommended.
NET technique has been shown to activate an area of the brain called the cerebellum. Until recently neuroscience thought the cerebellum was just responsible for balance and coordination of movements. But new science has shown that the cerebellum is also responsible for balancing and coordinating thoughts and emotions as well as movements. So it is important to get up and work on balance and coordination of movements after using the NET to work on balance and coordination of the thoughts and emotions. The cerebellum is also responsible for helping to drive the frontal lobe. The frontal lobe is responsible for initiating movements and thoughts as well as things like memory and executive function while also working to dampen our inappropriate or unwanted emotional outbursts and perseveration. Plus it’s fun after working through unhappy events with an activity that is fun and joyful!
