What’s the one ad that’s going to attract more buyers and sellers…🙋♂️🙋♀️ What’s the one ad, the ninja copywriting, the image that grabs people’s attention and is going to get them to engage with me…❓ But that’s the wrong question…❌ Its not the one ad...🙅♂️ It’s your body of work…
Something we see happen all the time is an agent will see a post or an email that performs on a massive level for someone else…they think that they can go and run in to their audience and get the same result…
but it doesn’t happen and they wonder why…😞 Marketing is not a one trick pony…🐎 it’s a series of events over time…You have to build trust and that trust is not built by running conversion based language to your audience all the time…
You have to make despots in the business relationship equity account…🏦 for sure you see people, massive marketers, out there that are going right to the conversion based message and it’s working for them…💪 but you have to remember they have been making deposits in that business relationship equity account…they have been building trust with the consumer…
So watch out for that trap…⚠️ if you get an email or your land on a post that’s written really well, something that gets you really excited and then you get let down when you copy it and it doesn’t perform well…
It’s not you, or the post…🔍 it’s what you’ve done to lead up to that message that makes the difference…Have you been making deposits?
