"I like the madness of them. I like that you can just unleash something that's completely beyond musical limits, and then you can just reign it back in." @riichgood of the @pfurs is speaking about effects pedals of course. His pedalboard consists of some nouveau classics, all wrangled by our Pedalboard Reconciler. Optimization of one's signal path is key when playing live, and Swiss Things helps Rich organize his board but also maintain a clean and powerful presence in the mix. Watch to see what he lines up in Loop 1 for overdriven tones, and Loop 2 for more ethereal textures. There are many tried and true circuits put to great use here, check 'em out!
"I remember hearing one in particular, the Afterneath, and knowing it would get a load of use in my recordings/productions. It has made it's way onto quite a few records since then, especially when ive needed something special in terms of vibe and atmosphere. And its really come to be one of my favorite vocal reverbs —hardware or software. It's on the new Tool album in quite a few places…as well as pretty much on every record ive done since we first met. Thanks again for the inspiring sounds.”⠀

A little shot from my trip downtown in Tuesday. Finally got to try some cookie dough and ice cream from @junkedfoodco which was 👌. Definitely need a sweet tooth for this though. And yes, I realize that I'm as pale as my ice cream, it's been pointed out to me already. What's your favourite ice cream flavour? Have a good evening everyone!
