NEW BLOG POST!! ✔️ Today I want to discuss one of the more common questions I get asked from couples... Should we have a seating chart? 🤔
Click on the link in the bio to learn a couple pros and cons with incorporating a seating chart into your reception and all the different ways to do it.
I always love hearing about new and different seating chart ideas. What did you do to tell your guests where they were sitting at your reception?

Terra cotta cuties. We love pushing a simple color palette by using various shades and textures of the same tone. AND fun table numbers like this can be repurposed as a home address, room decor or saved for future dinner parties 💃🏼

Let’s talk about Pantone’s release of the color of the year! Love it or hate it? 😍😍 we are obviously a huge fan, especially when it comes to chinoiserie as centerpieces and timeless monograms at the most perfect Southern wedding 💙💙 📷 by @kristimckeag
#IVYANDWHITEDESIGNER :: When you can’t get a future dress out of your mind! YESSS it’s the Arielle gown by @preajames_bridal that we have our heart eyes on. ✨
The perfect dress for a bride searching for a modern & tailored dress with the luxury of silk. The top drapes into an elegantly low V repeated onto the back. How stunning is this bride who was featured in @hellomaymagazine wearing ARIELLE W.O.W! Taken by @jannekestorm .

Are you thinking of having a marquee wedding? There are so many different options and styles of marquees and we can work with you to help decide which one suits your wedding best. This was a marquee wedding we worked on at @villa_balbiano in Lake Como - our clients wanted a clear marquee but they wanted loose white lining in the roof too so we worked with the marquee company to ensure it was perfect. Luckily the weather was beautiful so we were able to have the sides removed which was an added bonus and the lining in the roof ensured it didn’t get too hot in the marquee! Are you a popper or a sigher?
I learned a while back that to "pop the bubbly " properly you are supposed to
🍾 Remove the foil (cutting it around the bottle first makes for a clean removal over just tearing it off by hand)
🍾 Hold the bottle at 45 degree angle
Place your thumb over the top THEN loosen the cage (which is actually called a muselet in case you were wondering)
🍾 Keep the loosened muselet on the cork though and with your hand wrapped about the neck of the bottle and thumb still on top, gently twist the bottle to get the cork out.
If it pops it actually means you didn't open it correctly it should "sign".
Not nearly as fun of a noise though and who ever heard of saying "sigh the bubbly"?
Liz and her bridesmaids had THE best time opening this extremely stubborn bottle on her wedding day. There were a lot of Doctor jokes about the cork and relating it to childbirth dilation and crowning were the running commentary while poor Liv tried so hard to get it open for @greyloftstudio to capture on video.
Thanks to @blairgableweddings for capturing this moment with the ladies about to enjoy the fruits of Liv's "labour"!
Would love to know how you do it though!
This has been one of my very favorite weddings, held in Kefalonia at an amazing olive grove 💚
Not one of my usual pampas extravaganza designs (that I obviously love so much) but a classy, romantic, Mediterranean set up that shows so beautifully that less can indeed be more 🤩
Sooo excited to be returning in Kefalonia next September for another gorgeous event 😍
