“This is no ordinary apple. It’s a magic wishing apple.” - Evil Queen.
Things that should be common sense: the more you talk about things that interest you - the more opportunities you’ll have to talk about things that interest you. Totally shocking, I know. It’s so heartwarming to know that in addition to having fun with my Disneybounds and adventures, y’all continue to show support and interest when I share accessibility news and tips that I find fascinating or important. It’s both personally encouraging and helps draw attention to an area that not only benefits visually impaired people, like myself, but anybody who interacts with the world a little differently.
So while I’m out here wishing that all digital content was more accessible, I’ll still be so grateful to those of you who are helping me continually remove more of those barriers!
Happy #WineWednesday !🍷Have you ever done a Beverage Seminar at Food & Wine?
🍷They include wine, beer, or spirit tasting and take place on select Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 4:30pm throughout the festival at World ShowPlace Events Pavilion
💲The best part (aside from the samplings) is that each 45-minute seminar only costs $19 a person!
🍷This photo was taken at the October 17th Wine Seminar with 3 fantastic @ferraricarano wines
📆There are a bunch more seminars upcoming through the end of the festival but reservation availability is very limited at this point
Have you ever traveled without your kids or your spouse (you know, after you had them)? I have traveled without my kids, but never without having Nate with me. This past weekend, I went on a “momcation” with some sweet friends. We had so much fun and did all the things—shopping, face masks, eat treats, stay up late talking...we also did an escape room (which I loved) and had a great day at Epcot (swipe through to see lots of pics). It was a great time, as I expected. I didn’t expect it to be hard so far as the kids and my husband go. Things have always been no biggie when I have traveled before. I missed them so! And they missed me. When Nate and I leave, the kids stay and grandparents and have a great time. This time, they were home for a lot of it and I just wasn’t there.
It was weird to be able to just kind of think of myself and what I wanted rather than what they kids wanted and needed and what Nate wanted and needed... I always recommend girl time—in any form you feel comfortable with. A momcation is a big step, so it might not be for you. But you can do a girls’ night out or even just invite friends over to your house after kids are in bed. It is recharging and reminds you who you are
Finished the Remy Hunt for this year and picked up our Remy magnets on Sunday.
This years hunt had some really hard ones. Not a fan when these are inside. I picked up the reward when I bought the map in early September 😂
𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐓𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you love popcorn and have multiple day park tickets, grab one of these refillable popcorn buckets! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Refills are $𝟐.𝟎𝟎!!! That's unheard of for a snack at Disney! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*You can even get Maple popcorn in Canada at Epcot. (Spoiler alert: it's delicious)

This is one of the vegan courses from the Mediterranean Food and Wine pairing 🍷 at #spiceroadtable . This is falafel over tabbouleh with a tahini drizzle. The falafel was a little dry but the tabbouleh was excellent! 😋
Have you done any of the special events during Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival?

First stop at the 2019 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. Smoked corned beef and Steakhouse blended burger #TasteEpcot
I recognize the responsibility we have on every stage that is set: be true, give passion, and inspire others. Thank you all for attending my take on a home bar overhaul especially to @epcotfoodandwine for allowing me to be apart of the mix it, make it, celebrate it! Interactive seminar program! It was a honor and a privilege to share! @winebow#tasteepcot
