Looking forward to sharing much more in days to come, but this for me was a major highlight from today. Like many drummers, @bennygreb is a source of inspiration like none other. His resources and application of them have completely changed the way In which I speak on the drums. What a thrill to shake his hand and have my students meet him as well. @drumeoofficial festival day one done..you guys absolutely killed it. #drumeofestival#btnda

Making my way to mile 1016, #hainesjunction located in Shakwak Trench.
St. Elias Mountains are the backdrop for HJ, can be viewed 50 kilometres on the Alaskan hwy west.
On this visit the wind and blowing snow were active, yet the temperature was 3 degrees and calm in the Trench.
In this image the sun is barely visible between mountain peaks, cloud and blowing snow but created more stunning memories for my mind. The peace I feel whenever I’m here is so therapeutic I understand it’s powers. I am instantly reminded we do not own this planet, we’re not superior, and we need to think about our impact... 🌎🌎🌎🌎🌎 #travelyukon #alaskahighway #hainesjunction #wintermountains #nikond850#nikonlandscapes
Anyone else missing summer right now? Because I sure am.

The crew made it safe n sound to Van City! Another great afternoon at @heartbeatpercussion HQ. Noel and the team are a wealth of knowledge as they spoke about the birth of cymbals and their journey to the west. I love this company so much and appreciate the care they put into every detail.
A mother bear nudges a clam she has dug up, on the sandy banks, towards her cub. At low tide, the waters of the estuary recede to uncover a bounty of food. This "cub of the year" was born during the Winter while his mother was hibernating, and is less than six months old.
A frosty morning in the Jasper National Park. Ice flowers and formations everywhere, it's like walking through a garden, just with ice flowers in pure white instead of greenery ❄️⠀
