2️⃣remind yourself - “success is built from a pile of failures” — if you didn’t fail you wouldn’t grow. So eff perfect 🖕
3️⃣new action will be messy. But it’s still a step forward. I always tell my gals “take messy action”! 🙌

I hear a lot of people say they don’t have time to go to the gym, Exercise, etc. I hear a lot of complaining that healthy eating is expensive/impossible to follow a diet. That you don’t have the money to go to the nutritionist or have a personal trainer. First of all, I believe there has to be a commitment to yourself. A desire to change is a starting point. Little by little change can happen and that initial desire becomes a reality. It’s no use in wanting everything overnight. Yes, persistence is essential. Stop being lazy and prepare for your day, whether it’s cooking your meals or sorting out your snacks for the day or filling up that gallon of water to take with to work! Complaining about what you can’t do won’t make you change anything, it will only slow you down. Get it done and it won’t be perfect but that’s okay. Happy Monday! Vamos por MASSSS!!!!🤘🏽😁
