The only “oil instructions” you can get from Yaya are RG ones that we made a while ago, I’m still working on a basic instruction for all oils, so bare with me and enjoy these in the meantime! Yesterday I spent the last sunny day of summer proper hanging with this gem at the beach and snapping pics.
As you can see, to the right, fall is ready for its turn🍁🍂 I love the renewed motivation fall brings out every year in me. School conditioning of the past plus realization that the year is almost over always gets me wanting to create and do more.
More than ever I feel the urge to start 2020 with a clean slate. A fresh decade where I finally move through the resistance and limiting beliefs that have been holding me back from my ideal self and life.
I don't have the answers yet, but one thing I know for sure is that I must continue practicing self kindness and reminding myself that I'm worthy of becoming the woman I feel is waiting in the wings.
1 YEAR ago today, I took this photo and now I’m Surviving. .
I’ve had 2 miscarriages.
2 dental procedures that immediately set me back $50,000
3 prescriptions of Norco at different times.
Started a job and got let go. .
Depression from the shift of hormones.
Allergic reaction to antibiotics.
Weight gain and loss. Advised to stay away from certain workouts while my body was healing. .
Questioning purpose and value multiple times. .
I has to learn to depend on God, my husband, friends, and family to help lift me up this year. More than ever.
And GRATEFUL that I had last year to help push me through this year and keep me from going off the deep end. I won’t look like the pic on the left again and that’s okay. My body had taught me even more- how delicate it really is. I’m just grateful to be living and breathing today🙏🏽.

This year 2019 started with blessings of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi. This trip will be a memorable one as our trip was scheduled for 2 days after the Pulwama attack, we were unsure if we should go ahead or not as almost everyone suggested it wouldn't be safe. Since our flight dint get cancelled, We left everything on fate & faith and continued with the trip. The flight took off and we all exclaimed "Jai Mata Di!!!". What followed was an experience that only divine intervention can create for you! THE LOOKING GLASS
When you look in the mirror what do you see? Do you see all your perfections or imperfections? Or do you see the beauty within? We all struggle to see ourselves as we truly are due to the comparison game.
But we need to remind ourselves that their is more to us than what we see in the mirror. So for self-care Sunday take a moment to write on your bathroom mirror a positive affirming statement. Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.
MY AFFIRMATION WILL BE - Love yourself as you love others and only positive vibes and thoughts will be projected.

Notes on Breaking: A lesson that I carry with me is that breaking isn't bad. And as good as it feels to be whole, it's important to note, that even in feelings of being complete, there will be moments of chipping & shattering along the way. No one talked to me about the beauty in brokenness, in finding peace in the pieces, or the magic in the mess. I would not know joy if I did not experience the things that hurt me. Often, we glorify the healing without fully acknowledging the journey to that path.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I made a list the other day of how breaking grounded and shaped me. Below are a few things that stood out in my journal:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Breaking taught me to stand in my vulnerability.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Breaking taught me to lean into my power and stop shrinking my self-worth.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Breaking taught me that rebuilding is laborious but that I am resilient enough to do the job.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As you move through the week, acknowledge your brokenness and commit to being patient with your process. You don't have to be "put together" right away. There's no rush to fix things. When you're ready, you'll start your rebuild, be it big or small." - @alex_elle

Oxytocin (also known as the “love hormone”) is one of the most wonderful, powerful and naturally occurring drugs. 💕
Together, mothers and their babies have the ability to start labour, birth, breastfeed and form a special connection with each other… all with the help of oxytocin.
Our bodies produce oxytocin at special times; when we kiss, cuddle and bond with our partner, and when we do things that we love… this might be eating a delicious meal, taking a nice long bath, going for a walk or having a good laugh with our friends.
Why am I telling you this? Well it’s simple. Understanding how this wonderful process works means that you, your birth partner and your care team can encourage the natural production of oxytocin during your labour, and not disturb the process. This will help you achieve the calm, confident birth that you want.
At the very beginning of labour women have a peak in oxytocin levels, which helps start uterine contractions. As well as initiating labour, oxytocin keeps labour going strong until your baby is here. Once your baby is born, skin to skin contact between you and your baby stimulates oxytocin production, to help you both connect and fall in love with each other.
What is very clear, is that oxytocin production is connected to our emotions. If you feel calm, safe, and unobserved in your birth environment, this will facilitate the production of oxytocin. The same goes for the duration of your pregnancy and weeks leading up to your estimated due date…. making time to do the things that you love will encourage oxytocin production.💕
In my hypnobirthing classes I will teach you all about the different hormones of birth, their individual role, and how you can work with them for a calm, empowering birth.

Ask your self what does it mean about me if that person loved me?
What does it say about me if I had that job?
Does mean I’m lovable,I matter, I’m smart, successful?
Are you basing your worth on that job , money , relationship or degree?
Are you placing your value on what you’ve achieved ? Is this why you give a fuck ?
We created beliefs that tell us what makes us worthy, lovable, smart ,good enough
that’s why we give a fuck!
I can’t say stop giving a fuck!
You can’t just flip a switch & say I don’t give a fuck ! you have to really feel it and believe it .
This is why stop trying to tell yourself you don’t care , stop numbing , Stop staying in unsatisfying situations.
Stop telling yourself everything is fine when it’s not .
To feel in such a raw way that it exposes every damn belief we carry about ourselves requires guts to answer ourselves truthfully
So go ahead and give a fuck !! Discover all the illusions you’ve been believing about yourself.
See what’s deep in your subconscious
Shed light to it stops having such a hold on you
I can tell you that you’re whole & love
From your awaken mind you know this too

Sunday evening reflection. Today I am grateful for all the ups and downs I’ve experienced recently. They allowed me to understand that putting yourself first, having the courage to set boundaries and letting go isn’t a selfish act, but a form of self-respect. That it’s okay to be yourself, believe in yourself and embrace all your imperfections because your insecurities don’t define your self-worth or make you any less awesome. That it’s okay to make mistakes as long as you learn to acknowledge and grow from them, and never stop working hard to be a better version of yourself.
