Just because the evenings are a little colder & darker, doesn't mean we won't still be wrapping up & heading out to explore Hertfordshire's pretty towns, inviting villages & cosy pubs! 📷: @marcin.adamczewski_photography
The only place to eat in Camber Sands, @thegallivant offers a proper British menu featuring locally sourced ingredients 🥬
Recently renovated and located just across the road from the beach, the hotel restaurant and bar is a great place to visit both during the day and night. The design is inspired by the New York Hamptons and a super cosy place to spend a winters afternoon with comfy sofas and an open fire 🔥
Anglesey...our happy place! It's Half Term (yay!!) and we are supposed to be there, but unfortunately we have had to stay at home due to family illness.
However, I've put together a couple of posts over on the blog about our favourite places to go with the kids whilst we are on the island. Head over to typicalmummy.co.uk (link in bio) if you need some inspiration.
This photo was taken last time we visited Beaumaris Castle, one of our favourite places to visit on Anglesey.
Have you ever been to Anglesey?

One of my favourite shots from our house phototrip today 🏡!
It even includes a few little ducks swimming along the stream!
2020 is already turning out to be an insanely awesome year, there's so many ideas buzzing around in my head and lots of things in the pipeline. I can't wait to see exactly where my journey takes me and the exciting paths I travel along the way.
I recently visited the beauty that is Sandbanks in Poole, it really is such a stunning place even in the winter. Here's one of the shots I got during my visit. I've been trying to experiment a little with my photography, working on composition and trying out different angles. What do you think? I love the colours!
Night & Day
These last 6 post were all shot on the same day, born from an idea i had to get a shot for @bhbc only the day before, and with very little in the way of stopping me bring my dream to life, and whilst im super stoked on how the barrelhouse shot came to life, and the sheer beauty of a south Dorset sunrise over the ocean was, this shot is my favourite i took that morning 😍👌🏻
After i had got the shots i had came for (and some of opportunity) of the rock and surrounding coastline, I decided it was time to head back home to Bristol, excited to have some breakfast, a coffee and go through my captures.
It was odd to pass so many people on their way down to the cove, ready to start their little adventures whilst i was wrapped up, finished and heading home 🤔
Whilst on my way back i kept finding little frames that would catch my eye, telling myself with each that “this will be the last one or ill never get home” 🤣
But this composition in fromt of me was just SCREAMING to be taken!!!
The balance and colours really caught my eye, the beauty of the frost and cold darkness on the left, contrasting the fire, warmth and golden hour light on the right 😍
Its the moments like these that make the early starts, cold dawns, long drives and hard work pay off. #findyouradventure
So for the waterfalls of Wales. We often head for the ‘big ones’ but for me it’s about character not size. The glacial blue meltwater and intricate stream paths makes these hidden gems.

After having a busy 3 nights in work and watching an amazing sunrise happen and I could not get out to take any photos. I decided to have an hours sleep and head up to Dartmoor for sunset. Heading to my happy place of Windy Post.
I was watching the clouds just disappear right in front of my eyes and after watching the sunset below the horizon, nothing much was happening. Starting to pack the camera away, something magical was happening right before my eyes. The sun lighting up the cloud vapours overhead from below the horizon. Grabbing my camera and frantically setting back up to grab a couple shots before it disappeared for the evening. So glad I ventured out to get this photo
