PureOudh has been fortunate to source a limited quantity of rare Wild Vietnamese Ant Grade Oud wood chips from the Ha Tinh region. Wild Harvested Vietnamese agarwood generally became extinct in the early 80s, the scent is delightful rich ultra yet calming sweet aroma, unique to any other oud we sell. The trees these have been harvested from are well over 40 years old.

Made from his 100 year old Syrah vines, 60% destemmed, 15/20 day fermentation in large new oak, pump overs, cap punching, aged in the same new oak for 13 months 🔎 this is extraordinarily rich and complex. It offers hints of grilled red plums 🍒 roasted meats 🍖 and mocha, enormous concentration and masses of ripe tannins. Despite the power, there’s a sense of elegance to this. It’s a terrific effort🍷
