A wonderful Sunday with my girls, a coffee and brainstorming some new ideas 💡 🌻.
This can sometimes be to your advantage; believing something someone said (or you’ve said to yourself) and it helping you come to a realization or help you move forward. You may also have a belief in yourself that you can bench press 20 lbs heavier for a PR (and you actually do it!) The disadvantage is that you may believe things about yourself or others that aren’t true. These conversations that get repeated in your head start to sink in and may paralyze you from trying something new or when you do try something new, quitting because you aren’t good enough.
Your beliefs can take you really far, in a positive direction and also a negative direction.
There’s nothing wrong with that.
If you find it hard to believe in yourself, talk to your family, close friends or therapist, because their belief in you can be all you need to change that conversation with yourself.
Even though I may not know you well, I believe in you!

No one will believe in you until you believe in you
🌹 I think that how we dress affects our belief about ourselves and sets a tone for our day. For a few years now, each day I have chosen to get up, get dressed and look nice whether that is a nice pair of jeans and a sweater or an outfit like I am wearing below. I have found that when I get dressed in the morning before I start my work in my home, I feel prepared and ready to work. I want to work and I feel good about myself. Furthermore, when I need to run to do errands or meet someone at the door, I am ready. I don't have to take extra time to get ready. When I stay in my pjs, I find I feel more lazy and just want to relax rather than work. 😁
Do you get dressed for the day? Do your clothes affect your attitude for the day and your belief in yourself?
Take time to be at peace. Take time to be still - to rest. The art of constant motion is tiring and you need to recharge yourself on a regular and daily basis many times during the day. Focus on meditation. 🦋
You can’t use your environment, your upbringing, your childhood, your education as a barometer for your true potential.
Because you can HEAL, OVERCOME, LEARN and GROW out of the current situation, mindset and beliefs that you currently have and surround yourself with.
WHAT IF YOU JUST GO FOR IT?
What if you want to dive into starting a business? What if you KNOW it is a LOT of work and growth? What if you also KNOW that the rewards of starting that business will allow you to give back, to help your loved ones, elevate your current situation and become a stronger, more confident version of yourself?
What if you want to lose weight? You KNOW it will be a lot of sweaty workouts, new styles of eating and discovering all the uniqueness of your body. You also know that when you hit your goal that FREEDOM that you will feel KNOWING that you put yourself first. It will allow you to show up and be a positive role model for all those people who struggle through that self belief.
WHAT IF YOU JUST WENT FOR IT?
You decided that even though your goal is monumental, even if no one you know has done it in your family, community or the world… should that stop you?
Even if you know that this will push you WAY past your comfort zone… will that stop you?
Do NOT LET ANYTHING STOP YOU.
Behind every new challenge is a stronger, more confident version of yourself.
YES IT WILL TAKE HARD WORK.
YES IT WILL BE SCARY AND OVERWHELMING.
But it will be so worth it.
Just to see the YOU that you could be! To see what potential you could have, to see what you could GIVE BACK to the world.
GO ALL IN ON YOUR DREAMS.
I was told I would always be psychotic, depressed and obese. I was told a lot of things that ARE NOT TRUE ANYMORE BECAUSE I WENT ALL IN ON ME.
It really does take a lot of courage to find your voice and to be able to share it with others. I used to be voiceless about everything, used to go on idle and not making a single move to advance myself. I used to just let days passed me by. These past few years, I try to step out of my comforts to do something that I feel I must do, to start learning and to start sharing a bit of myself to others. And it is really not easy, even now, I still do feel uncomfortable and there are still a lot of things I am still holding back, there are many things I still find excuses not to do. And it really takes a giant boldness to start, to take that one leap to just begin. And to keep taking more leaps and keep going. Today, I want to share about the list of inspiring people that I have. I will listen to their videos and will read their post over and over and over until the message stick into my mind. In my list of idols, the people I hope to meet in this lifetime, one of them is Russell Brunson, who inspired me in so many ways. How he shared his family's values, his marketing expert skills and most of all how he treats and value everyone. 🙏✨ #inspire

Remember it’s always about the quality of the people you want to be in community with not quantity beautiful friends.
To be certain of your friends means they want the very best for you, love you unconditionally, and will sit and laugh with you often. These are your people. 💚
