The spread on BB-rated junk bonds has dropped to less than 2%. The last time investors received this little yield premium was back in 2007 in the lead up to the financial crisis. $JNK $HYG #bonds#junk#yield

Trust the process ~ I lifted this hair from dark brown and then once the dark had lifted out coloured the hair this gorgeous, bright copper 👏🏻
This colour should brighten up this dark, gloomy Sunday 👑

Just because you’re contributing to your 401k plan you are doing great! Right? WRONG! Know where you are putting in the money! Most employers provide various plans with varying gross expense ratios! You need to look at the gross expense ratio of the plan to which you are contributing your money into! The simple reason being, this can become a large chunk of expense as your retirement nest egg grows! Let me explain why! My employer offers several options in my 401k with varying expense ratios! The one designed specifically for my age group has an expense ratio of 0.29% where as the Blackrock Russell 1000 fund has an expense ratio of 0.02%. The humorous part about this is that my fancy retirement plan puts in 30% of my money in the same Russell 1000 fund and charges me 0.29% while if I directly invest the money into Russell 1000 I only pay 0.02%! Here’s why it matters, say when you retire your nest egg grow to $1 million dollars! If I stay invested in my fancy retirement fund I would pay 29 cents for every $100 in the fund, so for a $1,000,000 x 0.29 = $2900 in gross expense fees each year vs only $1,000,000 x 0.02 = $200 in fees for Russell 1000 ETF fund! Choose your plan wisely! Most plans are by default mimicking the S&P and perform about the same as the benchmark! Why pay more in expense ratio fees if you are getting the same return with a less expensive fund! #401k#money#millenialmoney#learn#invest#expenseratio#retirement#debtfree#debtfreecommunity#debtfreejourney#studentloans#broke#millenialmoney#moneytalks#2020#millennials#growthmindset#growth#networth#stocks#bonds#etf#blackrock#share#educate#sunday#sundayvibes#sundayfunday#moneymanagement

we all need a place.
to call home.
somewhere to be held and loved.
somewhere to belong.
but this place is not always.
where we were born.
for family is so much more.
than just shared blood.
it can be found all around the world.
if you’re lucky enough.
in the end it doesn’t matter.
who shares your genes.
or carry your name.
it matters who holds you.
who supports you.
who welcomes you home.
even when you’ve been gone.
for too long.
family is when you share a bond.
strong enough to stay.

It’s normal to feel numb, to feel overrun with grief, to feel relieved, to feel guilty, to momentarily forget. I know you might not feel like it, but please go through the motions of self-care as best you can.
This post is in memory of my Dadiji, my grandmother. My secure base, my ultimate role model, my protector. My experience of unconditional love, true unconditional love. A natural stoic. A proud Sardarni. A wit. The most exquisite combination of the straightest backbone, and unreserved humility.
You leave a chasm, but you also leave a legacy. A legacy of kindness in practice, of demonstrating what unconditional love looks like, of understanding that we are all people and all the same. That life needn’t be taken too seriously. Of fearlessness, and a true embodiment of ‘chardi kaala’ (rising spirits even in the face of difficulty). That spirituality is service not worship, and our altar is our fellow man. That strength is gentle, and true power has humility. You leave me with these riches, and I will endeavour to practice them for the rest of my life.
My heart might be broken, but my spirit is strong.
If you have a message for someone you have lost, I invite you to say it in the comments. Perhaps today, we can just hold space for each other. #inthetrencheswithyou

It’s crazy to me how we totally disregard ourselves as an investment.⠀
Whether it’s reading a book or taking a course, you need to put in the money and time to make that investment profitable, just like you would for any other investment.⠀
I am not saying to buy a $1,000 bitcoin trading or forex course! Trust me, that’s not the way to build wealth, even if the bots in the comment section say that...😬⠀

I seldom post pics of my very large family as in contrast to my profession that puts me in the spotlight by default, they are shy n prefer staying away from this world ! Just felt like sharing n doing this even though my family has made a resolve to avoid the limelight n in the rare occasion they have done so is only when there was pressure from the channel or producers for my sake ! This is my eldest sister Joyce who was responsible for me as a kid till she married when I was 13 years n is my second mom in the family! I was the youngest n she was the eldest sister who nurtured me n always encouraged n supported me as a wild kid who had boundless energy n stood by me for everything, giving me that look of love n admiration for anything I was then n now! We all have that one family member who has a soft spot for you and is our guardian angel who nurtures our spirit when we are young n then sets us free into the world. She is mine! Tag yours here n let them know how u feel ! #family#bonds#siblinglove#parents
