Vegan pancakes . Great to batch cook and freeze . Go great with yogurt, berries , fruit , peanut butter , nuts , honey, lemon . So easy and quick . Do you choose snacks depending on whether you see it as good or bad?
Your goal is fat loss ? So for this you need to adhere to a calorie deficit. If your weight isn’t moving week after week OR if you don’t feel like your losing and are tracking in other ways IE comparing photos and measurements then your not in a calorie deficit, it doesn’t matter what snack you eat whether it’s healthy or whether it is low calorie.
If your hungry is something small and calorie dense the option for you?
If your struggling with your fat loss but have everything in order from training to recovery then you need to asses
A) your energy expended- movement/ training/ cardio
B) your energy consumed - food this includes snacks/ sauces / bites of the kids food 🤷🏼♀️ and liquid calories too- coffees/alcohol/ juices. I see that sneaky jäger 😏
Are you being honest with your self at the end of the week when you feel disheartened ?
You must be consistent and patient.
There is no perfect snack.

Literally just bacon and eggs (and a half finished cup of coffee).
Get your eggs crispy by frying them over high heat with olive oil. Don't flip, but spoon some of the oil over the top of the eggs to make sure they're cooked through without burning the bottom.
Nothing faster in the morning than making breakfast (chopped romaine lettuce topped with sautéed onions/pepper/chicken sausage, and 2 eggs - with safflower oil, Celtic salt, cayenne pepper). Cucumbers 🥒 on the side for my husband (tomato for me).

🍕Pizza 🍕 tortilla pizza, so quick and easy! Tilly made this for tea tonight and she loved choosing her own toppings. She chose, ham, olives (which I took off Jesse’s slices), peppers and sweetcorn, and we sprinkled a little bit of cheese on top. Tilly is just overcoming her dairy allergy so we are trying to give her little and often, and we suspect Jesse may have a dairy allergy so we will see how he gets on with this! Happy almost Friday! 🥳🤪 It was a slow morning for me but now I have two long classes and then straight to practice so I made some banana bread oats to start the day!! All I did was mash half a banana with 1/2 cup of quick oats, added cinnamon and frozen blueberries and then cooked in the microwave! Topped with more banana, banana bread, and granola🤩🍌 if you haven’t tried cooking your oats with a banana I suggest you do... it’s a game changer!!
What’s your favourite baked oats flavour? Mine is definitely these Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Baked Oats 🤩 like dessert for breakfast 🙌🏼 // HOW: mix together 1/2C rolled oats, 1 tbsp ground flax, 3/4 of a mashed banana, 1/2C soy milk, 1/2tsp baking powder, 1tsp cinnamon, handful dark chocolate chips - empty into a greased oven-proof bowl, top with banana slices + bake in a preheated oven at 190C for 25 mins until golden brown ✨ enjoy!

And just like that I’m down to the last week of Whole 30 🤯 My love for sweet potato toast has grown exponentially this month, it’s so easy & keeps me full for hours so no loud stomach noises during class 👏 these are my go-to toppings: 1 with avocado and boiled egg 🥑🍳 and the other with almond butter, banana, cinnamon and cacao nibs 🍌 I just ran the sweet potato slices through my toaster oven twice so they were nice and soft!
