We all experience stress in every aspect in our life
However I think workplace business stress is still not spoken about as largely as it should be
I would like to place some light on this topic.

What can we do about it?

You don’t want to be stressed for 47 years!
Let’s see what you can do about this!
I also talk about three strategies you can use to reduce your stress!

DAY 2 #businessboom
You know what, I wanted for this one to be like super inspirational but I’m gonna be honest, we didn’t start this with the intention that it will turn into full time work as well as an amazing business full of opportunities.
I (Nikola) did do 2yrs in college got a level 3 beauty therapy and was going to go onto level 4 sports massage, even went to brighton college for the iduction etc and just never turned up to the course 😅 I went off and partied a lil and when I was done with that I felt lost cause everything I was doing wasn’t really working out, then your beaut lash tech; my mum; Edy just said ‘I’m gonna decorate that spare room into a salon cause I’m bored and I want a space for myself’ and I went; well okay😄 so she did it all up, I helped decorate and that’s how it all started.
We said even if we have one client a week we’ll be happy, never thinking it would turn into our full time jobs but when our beloved doggo Dakota🖤 sadly passed away.. we was distraught and didn’t know what to do with ourselves so we really knuckled down and concentrated on this to take our mind off of her not being around and it all started rolling from there😌 In the begining I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to do this but now I found my passion which is brows! Don’t get me wrong I love nails too I love the creative part of it 😍 and I’m obsessed with skincare and products 🙊 most of all I cannot wait to start passing my knowledge on
Edy has ALWAYS been into beauty! She’s the beauty queen, always glam, looking like a queen 😝 she also went to school for beauty back in poland but never persuade it when she came to England. After many years of always loving being glam, looking good and done up, she decided she wanted to make others feel and look glam too so that’s why she’s the lash queen👸🏻
we didn’t get here alone, right? think back to when you first started your business - who helped you? who gave their time, their advice, their expertise... heck even their money to help you get to where you are today?
as the third pillar of the g3 experience, we think it’s imperative that we give back. let’s give advice, our knowledge, our hearts. we believe what goes around comes around, and giving back to those younger or less experienced than you can only bring good karma your way in your own business! 🔅

People just assume yoga is about touching your toes and all the crazy poses we get our bodies in.
But it's the learning experience your mind goes through.
When our mind and bodies are in such a state, we are open to what we didn't know existed.
I would love to know.
What has Yoga taught you?

This little man is 2 months! Got his vaccinations today and he did so well! He is my why! Even before he was born I knew that I needed to grow as a person so I could be the best mom I could be. So I invested in myself and started my Teachers Pay Teachers journey. Now that he’s here he’s also why things don’t make to TpT when I would like but I’m so thankful for this time at home with him! He makes me laugh and reminds me to live in the present.

Don't have a massive marketing budget? No problem! Take a page from Bill Macaitis' playbook. If he can make a customer support software have a fun brand personality, surely his tips can help you!
Do you ever see a business and think “wow, they could use some help!”? We took the kids pumpkin picking last weekend and during my planning came across quite a few pumpkin farm websites that could use a freshening up. One website was still showing info from 2017 events. 😳
It’s not always the cheapest to hire someone, but keeping relevant is an important part of a business, and in fact can grow revenue.
Do you ever reach out directly to these companies and offer services or are you one of these companies?
Think you know what kind of "woman" does this business?!🤔
I love this story about a small boy with big dreams!!!☝🏻
Meet Koby Lomax. .
In May 2018 he was 2 months into his biz. He had zero customers and only 2 biz partners. He had BIG DREAMS and he wrote one of his goals on a sticky note...
Fast forward to Sept. 2019. Koby's goal came true! At our recent Convention in Nashville, he got to stand next to the 2 brilliant doctors who changed his life, along with countless others, all because of this business!🙏🏻
Here’s what Koby said "I'm going to show the world that ANYTHING you desire is possible. I am an African American male selling skincare!"💕
If he can do this business, ANYONE CAN! Because if you're going to dream, DREAM BIG!!! Then do whatever it takes to make your dream a reality🙌🏻

I am getting extremely busy and will be moving to only website ordering in the future. As you can understand the time involved in individual custom orders my aim is to set the website up with as many products you can simply order online as easily as possible.
I have unlisted the help of family members to help weed out orders and keep on top of online orders.
Please provide response to how I can make the website easier to order from or what products you would like to see
Then I can set them up for online easy ordering.
Calling the sisters! Are you a business owner or an aspiring one?
Join me on the 28th of July for an afternoon of inspiration and motivation.
As a mother and entrepreneur, I sometimes struggle to find the energy and motivation to action the tasks on my everlasting list of things ‘to do’ regarding my business. Some days are amazing. You may have received some fantastic feedback from a customer or you may have been able to tick one or two things off that list which fuels you with excitement and encouragement but then there are some days you doubt yourself, you doubt your ability and wonder if anybody even cares about what it is you’re trying to do.
As women we tend to 'suffer' in silence and try to battle through each and every fight on our own, especially when trying to run a business.
This event is about rebuilding the Sister Circle that our elders relied on back in the day. Creating a network of sisters that you can both, learn from and give advice to.
It’s okay to be vulnerable and ask for help. Stop suffering in silence.
