"Trains like Planes". Also if it looks like a Emirates airline #Businessclass , this is a #Shinkansen ( #新幹線 ) train cabin. Now with Instagram images available anything become quite common, but imagine to reserve a seat like this back in the 80s.. a truly back to the future feeling.
In fact what nowadays globally is recognize as the Super #BulletTrain is visionary project of the 60's !! On October 1, 1964, the Shinkansen began commercial service between Japan's two largest cities of Tokyo and Osaka. 50 years later, the iconic train runs from Aomori in the north to Kagoshima in the south connecting a whole country together.
I believe #Transportation is the key factor for evaluate the real power of a state. What is impressive is that despite the 165 Millions people living in #Japan , traffic is not a problem due to the long term Vision of logistic organization of the national rail. a #SuperFast train (367.Kmh) runs up and down two section of the country. Next Fastest trains called #tokkyū run to connected lateral biggest cities. #Kyuko - express runs toward smallest city centers, #Kaisoku - rapid cross the country side, #futsū connect local villages all the way down to the #tsūkin - commuter.
The Japanese rail system is design like veins of human body, with thousand of kms connecting the remote areas of the country. To quote #YuvalNoahHarari : "The world’s first commercial railroad opened in 1830, in Britain. By 1850, Western nations were criss-crossed by almost 25,000 miles of railroads – but in the whole of Asia, Africa and Latin America there were only 2,500 miles of tracks. In 1880, the West boasted more than 220,000 miles of railroads, whereas in the rest of the world there were but 22,000 miles of train lines. first #rail in China opened in 1876. It was 15 miles long and built by Europeans – the gov. destroyed it the following year. In 1880 the Chinese Empire did not operate a single railroad. first rail in Persia was built in 1888. In 1950, the total railway network of Persia still amounted to a meagre 1,500 miles, in a country seven times the size of Britain.” #Sonya7r3#Sigma24mmArt#alphaclub#design#interiordesign#woodeninterior#railroads
Проект которым мы очень гордимся и над которым было действительно приятно работать!
Maserati Levante GranLusso

On Iberia’s Business class on the A340-600 the seating config is 1-2-1! Quite comfy seats however my only complaint is the lack of storage if you have anything bigger than an Iphone! Also interesting how I found my seat literature... Anyhow.. definate more comfortable than the usual A320 on this route
All black elegance, whether on wheels or in the air 🖤

IKURA (SALMON CAVIAR)
How to easily separate and cure salmon roe in a dashi brine to make ikura (Japanese salmon caviar).
With spawning season in full swing, the salmon are packed to the gills with roe.
If you’re able to find a skein of salmon roe at your fishmonger (or you happen to know someone that’s going salmon fishing), 5 minutes and a handful of ingredients is all it takes to turn that ugly sac of roe into a decadent bowl of ikura (salmon caviar).
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
1 1/2 cups dashi
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 large skeins fresh salmon roe
Make the brine by adding the dashi, soy sauce, sake, sugar and salt to a bowl and stirring until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved.
Watch the video for instructions on separating the pearls of caviar from the skein.
Rinse the caviar with cold water and then put it in a container with enough brine to cover it.
Save any remaining brine to use as an all-purpose seasoning or for another batch of ikura.
The ikura will be ready to eat in 1 day.
A super brief transit in Thailand just to have supper with my brother @captain_polar before his flight also. ✈️👨🏻✈️ Coincidently, my flight was 777 aircraft. 😆 Taking #chaneldeauville for a travel test drive, a bit nervous with its weight.
Thanks amazing crews on TG 674 19/1/2020. Perfect hospitality. 👏🏻🥰🍷 Don’t you love when being asked to taste wine before pouring a full glass? Don’t get this often nowadays on BC with many airlines. Service on point on TG 674. #royalsilk#iflythai 💕✈️🥂🍷
