This has been taken on my LGV30, and the only editing has been to rotate it slightly to get the horizon (what you can see of it) level. It is a good photo, but I am looking forward to getting a new phone this year. Does anyone know if @samsungmobile phones are any good? I'm looking for something that will add to my instagram!
I was lucky at Lake Louise. I saw it in the sunshine, and the snow. The colour of the crystal clear water is gorgeous in all weathers. I walked the whole length of the lake and up into the mountains beyond, and kept looking back to see if the lake was really this colour all the time. It really is. Closer to the shore, the water reflects the sky (i'll show this photo another day), and it is like a rippled mirror.
Louise, Louise of the lake, you are the fairest and my breath you take.
I saw snow the other day. Big flakes, the size of 50 pence pieces. It looked magical, and settled quickly. For a short while, the world looked wonderful in white before it all melted into mystery as quickly as it arrived. Gosh, i miss proper seasons. Being able to use pretty much the same clothes all year round just takes away from the experience. We need sun and snow, and to fall and to spring back up!
Across Vancouver there are plenty of amazing attractions for everyone to enjoy.
Situated at the northwestern edge of downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park is one of the city’s main tourist destinations and features lovely beaches, well-maintained trails, Canada’s largest aquarium and an array of child-friendly spots. There’s a pool, water park, miniature railway and more!
Rising 1,250 metres above Vancouver, Grouse Mountain is just 20 minutes from the city centre and offers year-round activities. The iconic Skyride gives visitors the opportunity to see the jaw-dropping views across Vancouver during the 8-minute ride to the summit. Other attractions include the Refuge for Endangered Wildlife, with its two resident grizzly bears, mountain ziplines reaching speeds of up to 50mph, and Eye of the Wind; a wind turbine with an observation area offering 360-degree views.
The 137m long Capilano Suspension Bridge is another Vancouver landmark well worth visiting. The park also features the Treetops Adventure and the Cliffwalk, a series of narrow cantilevered bridges, stairs and platforms offering amazing views but not for the faint hearted!
Just recently, the province of Saskatchewan issued 646 invitations to Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand candidates to apply for provincial nomination! 🇨🇦 3x more people invited in this round than in January! Those who were invited must have created an Expression of Interest profile through the SINP and demonstrate that they are capable to settle in by proving their work experience, education, language ability and connections to SK. Have you thought about living in Canada? Do you think that you are a fit to settle into Sakatchewan? Ask us how we can help you apply for the SINP program 📲✨
