Be curious. Get outside.
Go to bed on time, some of the time. Drink water.
Breathe from your diaphragm.
Eat broccoli. Eat chocolate.
Get a routine baggy enough to live in.
Don't beat yourself up.
Be kind to other people. And yourself.
Accept that not everyone will like you.
Appreciate those who do. Remember the bad times
don't last. Don't be defined. Allow fuck ups.
Want what you already have. Look up to the sky.
Not just down to your phone.
Remember to be alive ❤️.

A video taken in Sacre-Coeur, Quebec, has captured Weather Network viewer’s attention. In it, strong winds push and pull at the forest floor, making it look like it’s ‘breathing’.
While forests don’t breathe per se, the trees that reside in them do, by taking in carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen in a process called photosynthesis.
But unlike humans, this process doesn’t involve inhaling and exhaling -- which is exactly what the forest floor in this video appears to be doing.
‘Breathing’ forests aren’t uncommon, and we’ve received a few videos of the phenomenon over the years.
Tag someone to see this!😳
