Mia is the founder of Forster Yoga Studio. The studio was born out of her desire to become the best mum she could possibly be for her now 9 year old daughter.
An ex dancer and ex fitness instructor she found home to yoga during the painful years of separating from her ex husband. She realised how she had up until that point been drifting through life with very little regard to how she actually wanted to live it. Yoga helped her to heal and build a life she now loves living. The best gift you can give someone is your "TIME". Money can be earned again, things can be bought again. Even personalised things can be made again.
But once the moments of your life are gone, you can never get them back.
Time you spend will always have a trade off. You'll always have choices how to use it. You'll have to make a wise decision.
You can either use that to work on your own self, doing what you like , working for your goals. Or you can spend it on others. But you'll need to analyse whom and how much of it to spend it with.

1. Shoulder Press + Sumo Squat - Stop elbows at shoulder height
2. Open/Close + Sumo Squat Hold - Keep elbows lifted + at 90 degrees
3. Forearm Pulse + Sumo Squat Hold - Push forearms together, keep elbows at shoulder height
4. Narrow Squat - Keep knees parallel
2 mins ea exercise + 30 second rest in between. You got ten minutes right?
Want to make it harder? Go heavier on the weights + add a bicep curl to the set of narrow squats. 😉
Hey there! I’m Karyn Nash. I live in a quiet neighborhood in Utah with my husband and 3 kids. It has been just over a month since I finished coaching with Brittany. Before starting, I was at the lowest point I had ever been. I was mentally and emotionally drained. I was physically frustrated with my body. I had no desire to take care of my kids, and I did the bare minimum to get by. I finally accepted that I needed help, and my best friend pointed me to Brittany. Through Brittany’s program, I had her constant support. She was able to understand my thinking, even when I couldn’t. She guided me with videos, calls, worksheets, and journaling. What makes you feel brave? When do you feel the strongest?
For me bravery is looking deep enough inside myself to know what I truly fear about myself. The parts I don’t like. And facing them head on to fight, to conquer, to become better. I feel strongest when I face the day with a smile, with kindness, no matter the internal battles being fought. It is brave to stand proud of your authentic self. It is strong to know who that self is and accept it, make peace with it, LOVE it.

How many of you have those days where you are just not feeling it? Where you say ehh I’ll work out tomorrow? 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️ We have all been there, probably more times then we can count.
But committing to yourself and being disciplined enough to get it done even when you don’t want to is what success is!! You can never expect to succeed if only put in work on the days you feel like it, if it was that easy everyone would be doing it 😜
Think about how you feel after getting a kick ass workout in after you really didn’t feel like it...cmon you know you felt awesome! You feel so good mentally and physically that you got it done and you feel accomplished and successfully!! You overall feel good about yourself!
Step outside your comfort zone no matter what you are trying to accomplish!
I can say I’m so far outside of my comfort zone with asking people to join me in a challenge group. I’m not so sure why. Maybe it is the “no” that I may receive. Maybe it is being vulnerable with posting my journey and life on social media. Maybe I am scared of what others will think.
Who knows the exact reasons for my uncomfortableness? What I do know is that I have always wanted to help coach people to live a healthier lifestyle. I want to help people who are going through the same things that I have been through and see that you can change. I became a dietitian to help people in their journey to make better food choices and live longer and healthier lives. This platform allows me to do those things I have always wanted and that is why I step outside my comfort zone daily.
It’s hard being unhealthy. Getting out of breath walking up the stairs, going shopping and nothing fits right and feeling uncomfortable in your own skin. Having no energy and zero self confidence. •
I know it’s hard because, I’ve been there. •
It’s hard trying to eat healthy choices when no one around you seems to be doing that. It’s hard to find the time in between working full time, raising a family and living life. It’s hard when you feel like nothing is working and you’ve hit a plateau and the process is slow going even when you’ve been working your booty off. •
I know it’s hard because, I’ve been there. •
And sometimes, I feel like I’m still in that place. But you know what? That’s the hard I choose to live. I’d rather take this path, the one that leads me to confidence, self love, happiness, energy, community and joy. I’d take this path a million times over then the one I seemed to always be stuck on before. The path that was leading me nowhere. •
So what hard are you going to choose? The choice is yours, and it should be the easiest decision you make all day 😉 my next bootcamp starts 9/23, get in there girl! 💕
