In 2018 we shot @worldonfiretv in Prague (Czech Republic) and surrounding cities. I was lucky to assist directors @flatnosegeorge and @chanyabutton. Here are some photos of my amazing Czech colleagues. Such an amazing, hard working crew!

Sensor size means the size of the photographic sensor behind the lens.⠀
Larger sensors typically mean they can absorb more light and get a larger field of view, giving you more opportunity to get closer to the subject and create larger background blur aka Bokeh.⠀
The "Full Frame" refers to the original 35mm film from stills cameras. APS-C is a "Crop Sensor" and so on. Some cinema cameras have the confusing "Super35" and "Large Format" to refer to what is essentially APS-C and Full Frame in photography terms.
Before Christian bale became batman , he was bateman ... Patrick Bateman , a narcissist psychopath who is a normal person in the day and turn cold blooded killer during nighttime. This performance of bale was highly praised and the movie too is pretty great watch with refrences to yippie culture .....the iconic character is humourous as well .
This dialogues being the most memorable one from the film , whenever patrick gets stuck between people and is struggling to socialize with them , he tells them "he has to return some videotapes" as an excuse to run away from them #movies #clicks#cinema#cinematography#christianbale#americanpsycho#psychopath#2000s#moviescenes#thekkshow8
Forgot how much of a rush it is to shoot film. Makes me walk around with my up more, and forced you to interact with people you wouldn’t normally. Second roll of 35mm shot at lunch. Starting to get the knack of it and working out the cameras quirks 🤗📸 wish I picked a less expensive hobby 🤑🤑🤑 happy Friday ✌️

Clear communication is 100% key when trying to create a collaborative vision. The better my communication is on set -- the better the end-product's adherence to the vision and tone established before filming.

Considered a very visual director, Refn says he believes it is because he is dyslexic and didn’t learn to read until he was thirteen. “Images were always my understanding of storytelling. I’m always trying to tell a story as visually as possible because that’s how I enjoyed stories.” ————————————————————————

“Flying used to be fun until I started doing it for a living.” Kiki’s Delivery Service (1989) by Hayao Miyazaki
Another beautiful Japanese animated coming-of-age fantasy film by Miyazaki. A teenage witch attempting to make a living on her own in a new town, as part of her family traditions. How does one find their true calling in life? And what does it really mean to be independent? I can’t wait to screen this film to students next week and hear their thoughts about it. I learned so much from it, even as an adult 🤗
Have been very busy with work lately. Just finished our third commercial project of the 2020! Before I get started with our next project, I am taking a break and going on a road trip next week! Super excited to be able to create some contents for you guys. Any guess where am I heading? 😜
