Fat does not turn into muscle. Muscle and fat are two separate things. You can lose body fat and build muscle, but you can’t morph your body fat into muscle tissue. It just doesn’t work that way. However, in order to lose body fat you must do the things required to build lean muscle mass, like, lifting weights, eating high quality food in the right amount (especially protein), and sleeping 7-9 hours a night. Those are just a few simple ones to start you with.

What is it?
Batch cooking is preparing most or all of your meals/snacks for the entire week. You simply devote 1-2 hours one day every week and have some fun cooking! You will hear more about this soon in my e-book so stay tuned!

Today I want to talk to the old me. The girl that didn’t take care of her body, or feed it the right food. The girl that took diet pills that never worked and threw so much money on food I never ate just to order take out. That girl didn’t feel good, not just about herself and appearance but on the inside. My stomach always felt bloated and I was tired and irritable.
I feel so sorry for that girl. I wish she knew that there was something out there that would work and not to lose hope. I wish she knew that if she started sooner she wouldn’t have gotten as far away from herself as she did. I wish she cared about herself, but she learned.
She learned that it’s not so hard. She learned that there is a community of women supporting her. She learned that doing these things for herself made her soul feel good. She learned that her journey does not need to be rushed but it just needs to be consistent. •
So what exactly does it mean to dwell in the well? For me it means making space for wellness in all areas of your life. There are four major domains that are imperative to care for: mind, body, soul, and home. Nourishing these four domains grows well living.
Well living is both and art and a science. It is not enough to focus on one area without tending to the others. We must pull from all knowledge to have the tools needed for change. We must be intentional and consistent with investing in our whole person.
Your path to wellness should be a vertical climb not a horizontal shift. Every day reaching for something higher than your current self. Dwelling in the well is multifaceted and includes making a spiritual connection that you can draw from just the same as you might draw from a physical well.
Imagine your dry bones (a figurative representation of your unwell state) becoming well watered when you dwell in your WELLmind, WELLbody, and WELLsoul. The other area is your WELLhome and has everything to do with environment and community. For it is the things that we surround ourselves with that also nourish our person.
Take some time for prayer, mindful reflection, or meditation to see what areas you need to discern opportunities for growth in your WELLife. Be sure to incorporate the three virtues of praise, love, and serve in all that you do for yourself and those that surround you.
So a weekend full of hardcore training and living that bodybuilder dream, I couldn’t wish for a better lifestyle.
Being consistent is the only way of improving, and my older brother @tstains has been a big inspiration to me, in which he got me in to NATURAL BODYBUILDING. Goals can be achieved when work is put in. Especially how he is now a DFAC PRO, winning his PRO CARD in Perth at the British Finals.
If you are inspired by someone just remember that you can be that person and be able to inspire other people by putting the work in.
it can be difficult. it can be uncomfortable. it can be a process.
But... CHANGE is amazing when you start to see the progress made. Don't give up. Keep pushing yourself.

10 #minutes of #walking 6 times per week adds up to one hour, x52 weeks per year that's 52 hours or almost ONE AND A HALF FULL TIME #WEEK OF WALKING!!
Just with 10 minutes per day and taking one day off to "rest"
The best part guys is that it will add up to much more! It is very likely that by your 6th week you will be walking twice #faster or even twice the time you've started with!
It is very likely that you will start #eating some #fruits and #vegetables and become more careful with your #nutrition and what you feed you #body with!!
And once that adds up it is likely that you will #feel better about #yourself and become more #confident and have more self esteem!!!
And on and on and on!! The ripple effect just does not stop if YOU CHOOSE TO BE #CONSISTENT AND KEEP GOING! .
STOP #thinking about it! STOP #talking about it just #DECIDE AND #BEGIN !!!
Two-three years later you will be thanking yourself for making the decision of walking 10 minutes per day! .
It’s always important to remember where you started and why you started. Motivation comes and goes and it might feel like your making no progress sometimes but you are, as long as you stay consistent and try and be the best you that’s all that matters 💕
