Interesting fact: We only allowed one take for this vid. Complete spontaneity was mandatory. We wanted to keep it real, raw and imperfect because it captures us best! It’s also Raechelle’s first video! After months of me ‘suggesting’ we do one, she finally agreed to it and crushed it! 👊🏻💯😎
Friends, it’s been a minute since I’ve done one of these vids! So who better to do one with, than my fave mortgage broker?! Raechelle Mudray @ Castle Mortgage!
Topics we discussed:
1) Any mortgage changes with the recent federal election?
2) Why would someone want to consider a mortgage broker?
Raechelle is a tremendous wealth of info and always willing to share her knowledge. We’ll be doing more of these, so you’ll be seeing her around. Got mortgage questions? Reach out to her anytime - whether you have an existing mortgage, or looking to get one for the first time! She’s helped my family, friends and clients - who I’m sure would echo the same! Contact info is below. If you read and/ or watched this - thanks, it’s appreciated! - Ryan

We would always advise re-evaluating your current policies every 4-6 years or after any change in your life style to ensure you still have the cover you need.

Hey people, prosperous Monday!
I have a question to ask. After getting life insurance, have you ever had an experience where you were actually glad you got it? Whether it was for yourself or a family member or whether it was a life insurance policy, critical Illness policy or disability coverage. Or, did your policy lapse and when you least expected it... something happened and you wish you had been paying consistently?
I'd love to hear from those who have taken the step to getting coverage. Not just for the sake of this post but also for those persons who believe that getting life insurance is a bad thing to do because it attracts...well bad things!
Share your comments! Let's have a #realtalk 💯 #advisortalk#lifeinsurance#criticalillnessinsurance#disabilitycoverage#incomereplacement#familyprotection#insuranceagent

We always provide the best insurance services for your family within your budget.
Amazingly, when you feel down and in doubt, there'll be always a reminder to make you realize your worth... Today at our Church's homily, it was mentioned how people are always putting things off for tomorrow or the mentality of "no rush". People always thought that there will always be a tomorrow not realizing that it may not even be there anymore or it's too late. There's a big cost in waiting... So true! I often hear people's responses like "I can't afford it right now." or "I am still young." or "I am not rushing, I have time." when we talk about the life & critical illness insurances. Now, if you can't afford it right now, do you think it will be cheaper in the next 6 months or a year? It won't, because these insurances just get more expensive as you get older (and it doesn't matter what company provider will you apply with). As you get older, you'll never know what health challenges you will encounter. You might not be even approved anyway... I value what I do in #WFG . I am blest to be part of this industry and is given an opportunity to help people outhere to understand the value of #urgency in getting life & critical illness protections. #iamwfg and I am not putting off my responsibility as a licensed agent... #greatlife#entrepreneurlife#entrepreneurship#entrepreneurs#mompreneurs#momentrepreneurs#womenpreneurs#life 'schoices #legacy#betterversionofme#goalsanddreams#financialliteracy#financialfreedom#vancouver#britishcolumbia#richmondbc#lifeinsurances#criticalillnessinsurance

Thought for Thursday
Today's Thought for Thursday is a Thanks on Thursday! Thank you Danielle for this review and for taking the time to give feedback.
I appreciate these reviews for a number of reasons but the main one is that it validates what my aim is, to give the best level of service to my clients. My sole objective from our meeting is that the client walks away with the outcome they're looking for and has been happy with the level of service they've been provided.
Do you ever wonder what the process is to buy life insurance?
Do you wonder what it will cost?
How and when you might have to pay?
I know this stuff isn't taught to us in school or life and often we avoid doing the things we know we should but don't understand so I made it really simple. Here are the 5 steps to buying life insurance with me. No surprises. When you've got 90 seconds, give it a watch.
I make buying your insurance coverage as quick, simple and convenient as I possibly can.
What do you think of the video? Like it? Good content? Wish there were some other element (like a human)? I would love your constructive feedback - comment or DM.

The lump sum will be received as a cash payment and not as a reimbursement of the costs. Thus it is up to you how you want to spend the money. You can use the Critical Illness Insurance money, available in GTA, to pay for private nursing, any medical equipment
@babininsurancegroup - If you are like most Canadians, chances are you said ‘no’ to the last risk. Most of us don’t expect to suffer a critical illness like a heart attack or stroke or be diagnosed with a serious disease such as cancer.
1 in 3 Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer. 1 in 4 Canadians will develop heart disease. With the advances in medical technology and longer life expectancy, people have a higher chance of being diagnosed with a serious illness and surviving it. The effects of a diagnosis on families is devastating. The diminished quality of life due to the financial impact affects not only the diagnosed but their family.
If you are ready to say ‘yes’ to protecting your family you may consider a Critical Illness insurance for less than $1 a day*. #life#insurance isn’t that sexy but it’s sexier than #gofundme . Read these 3 important facts: 1-Your death should be a time of celebrating your life - not a time for your loved ones to Go fund me asking for donations toward the final expenses that you failed to properly plan toward. My words may be heavy for some, but we have to face the reality that when we fail to plan, we create burdens for those we love most.
Not having life insurance hurts our community's ability to build and retain wealth. Yes, many systemic factors have negatively impacted our community financially. However, buying life insurance or proper planning for health insurance is within our personal control. How many people have had to deplete their savings or run up their credit cards to pay for unexpected funeral costs? When we leave our families with nothing more than debt and memories at our death, we cripple their ability to build and retain wealth. 2-Sadness, grief, and depression are unavoidable when we lose a loved one. But fear and anxiety about financial issues caused by death is completely avoidable. So often when someone who is financially unprepared dies those two avoidable reactions get tossed into the mix. Not only is a family grieving, but they now have the immense responsibility of tying up a lifetime of financial obligations. In some cases, that responsibility is so great it can completely overshadow what would be a natural and healing time to mourn. 3- I won't sugarcoat this - people don't often look back too fondly on someone leaving avoidable financial burdens and obligations. Just as we have the power to shape our time on this earth, we have the power to shape how we leave it. By obtaining life insurance you are empowering yourself to ensure that nothing - after you leave - tarnishes the time you were here. #lifeinsurance#criticalillnessinsurance#insurancebroker
There is a vital relationship between wealth and health.
Whilst we all pray that we will enjoy good health in our later years, the reality of declining health as we age should be addressed seriously in retirement planning.
Even the most elaborate retirement savings and investment plans can be decimated if you find yourself with health challenges and without adequate health insurance in place. It takes just one major illness to wipe out decades of saving and investing.
No matter how healthy you currently are, build a financial cushion that allows for unexpected expenses and do not ignore your health insurance. The endless opportunities in retirement can only be attained if you have saved and invested wisely and remained fairly healthy to reap the benefits of all those years of hard work.
It’s likely that the gifts that you give to your family are mostly tangible in nature. This can include toys and electronics for your kids or jewelry for your spouse. Sometimes the gift might be money or even financial securities. In other times it might be certain events, such as dinner at an expensive restaurant, a trip or even a family vacation.
Those are all good gifts to give to your loved ones during your lifetime – but that raises an important point. What can you give your family when you are no longer around?
That’s where life insurance enters the picture. Even though it’s not an item that you give someone as a gift in the normal sense of the term, it is a gift nonetheless. When you are no longer around to provide all of those other more traditional gifts, a good life insurance benefit will be your last and ultimate gift.
