The quality of program design nowadays has gone downhill with some “fit pros” it devalues you and the service you provide if you fall into crappy training programs. The rise of digital information is wayyy up. Only 10% of online programs are legit. 90% is complete trash. What’s your goal? What do you think will happen to the industry in the next 10 years?
It is on the veteran trainers to put out the quality content and explain programs and why someone is doing certain patterns. If you can look at a client performing certain patterns and know that they have certain restrictions in their movement and don’t assess it, and correct then why would you accept payments from them? Take accountability.
Your training for accountability first off, and people hire the trainer and invest their 💰 into you. Just make sure your staying up to date with real programs and what really works vs what doesn’t.

If your boiler stops working, before you reach for the phone to call in the cavalry, have a look at our five things to check ........
🔥 If you have a prepayment meter, make sure it’s topped up; if not test your other gas appliances are working correctly, or check that the switches in your fuse box haven’t tripped
🔥 Check the pressure gauge if it’s showing a reading of less than one bar, this may be the cause. Topping up the pressure yourself is usually straightforward – have a look at your boiler manual or give us a call in office hours and we'll try and talk you through it.
🔥 Make sure your room thermostat is turned up; having it set lower than 21 degrees can stop your heating from coming on when you need it.
🔥 If you’ve recently had a power cut, the timer might have reset, so the answer could be as simple as re-entering your heating schedule. Instructions for this should be in the instruction manual.
🔥 The last step is to try resetting the boiler according to the instructions. If it was manufactured before 2004 it will probably have a pilot light instead of a reset function, in this case check that the pilot light is on. If it’s not, you may be able to relight it yourself – again check the boiler instruction manual #wisdomwednesday

Just because something works for you, doesn’t mean it works for your consumer.
The most important thing to focus on when creating your consumer experience is that it’s first and foremost for your client. You may look at the system you have in place and feel that it’s good the way it is, but put yourself in the consumer’s shoes and look at it from their perspective.
