I was so restless with childcare classes that wouldn’t go deep into the problems I was having in my childcare.
Seems like being a black owned business came with challenges, struggle and concerns that my approved trainers couldn’t relate to. But let me be clear it wasn’t about the color that caused the difference but there certainly was a difference,
As a business owner I felt That I needed a different kind of teacher, one who could teach from a business owner perspective. These trainers never had a childcare business they only had a degree so that made them the expert. But in reality that’s not true. It’s a concept that’s slowly drifting into the pass of those who’s ready for the difference.
I was continually told to attend classes and get my credit hours...the classes were ok, I learned about arts, crafts, activities, cpr&first aid, and minimum childcare must knows... but the answers I Needed were still missing!
How Will I Manage My Childcare?
How Should I Better Manage Hiring Staff?
How Will I Shift Financially?
How Can I Become A Profitable Business?
Where Are These Answers?
I started hosting childcare events because I knew that it was extremely important for me to touch lives, be a voice, help the owners grow....
And Be THE Answer!

🌵Awesome things are happening. This is the marker & writing instrument recycling program that we’ve started at our school.
🌵 All the markers and other writing instruments that don’t work get placed in this box.
🌵Once it’s full, we bring it to @StaplesCanada where they will recycle all the markers and writing instruments.
🌵 Save yourself a trip and keep the recycled markers in your #makerspace material collection for future creations.
🌵 If you’re international, @crayola has a similar program called #colorcycle . Small steps to helping students learn about recycling initiatives are right at your fingertips.
🌵 @staplescanada has already diverted over 2 million writing instruments. Want in on that? Start collecting your “dead” markers too! 😎

We know just how frustrating picky eaters can be. 👎🏼 At Ladybug & Friends, we make an effort to make meals and snacktime both fun AND nutritious! 🍌 Each meal has a variety of healthy ingredients, flavor, texture, and color, making them more appealing for children (and encouraging picky eaters to give them a try!)
Activity for today is exploring colour such as painting using marbels, stamping with pokcoy and painting using foam roller. All of kids learn to make a decision which one activity that he want to do. This activity is great to stimulate eye-hand coordination. Learn to make a decision and also improve kids creativity.
Welcome to our preschool room! This space allows for 24 children to play and learn with three educators. One parent's response after seeing the space: "I was so impressed by the vibe in there, your passion for providing children with exceptional high quality programming shows. The thoughtfulness in details from everything from the furniture to the decor and all of the toys was truly astounding. The layout seems functional and inviting!" Our goal was to create an inviting, imaginative space that feels just like home.
Swipe to see the "cute mini toilets!" Everyone's reactions when they see them are priceless!

We were so excited to deliver two of our new 6-seater bikes (coming summer 2019) to Tiny Tykes Learning Center today. The 12 kids in the 4’s pre-k class enjoyed a quick ride around the block to break them in!
They have plans to ride to the library, the park, the fire station, and maybe even the pool this summer!
In the decades that the owner has owned the center, the kids have never been able to take a field trip... but now they can! And what better way to do it now than with a bike full of their best friends?
Do you think your kids’ daycare needs some of these?
Between 6-9 months, babies can begin to engage in back-and-forth interactions. They also learn to imitate. Try placing a ball in a bucket and provide your child time to imitate you (providing time for your child to respond is key). Then, begin taking turns putting items in the bucket and dumping them out.
As your child grows, take turns putting pieces in a puzzle or putting toys back on the shelf at clean up time. You're teaching sharing and teamwork! 👏🏼
Teacher Rick has brought a whole new vibe to Little Heart ❤️ Soul Daycare! This photo was NOT staged this is every single day with these little girls! They feel so comfortable around the biggest teddy bear! He ceases to amaze me, his patience, his calm spirit, his willingness to support me whole heartedly is better than a wedding ring (still want one someday lol 😏) his presence in this daycare has brought out the best in not only myself but each and every child in a whole different way. We really do work very well together and with our team work the children are benefiting immensely. More and more I’m finding that when you trust God, listen for his voice and do what your told he blesses you more than you imagined he could! This daycare is on the rise I say that confidently because God promised me that! Thank you Lord ☝🏻

Elle is only 6 months! 🧠 Our children are capable of doing impeccable things. We must nurture, and cultivate their minds. If you are interested in my techniques (not based upon western academic/learning norms) please send me a DM. Please feel free to share with anyone with children 5 months - 8 months, or any Directors of learning/daycare centers.
Yes, I have on a bonnet. This is real life— I’m a wife and mom with a demanding career, and I’m still trying to finish this terminal degree! But, I wanted you all to see that no matter how tired IAM learning time is a must, and Elle loves every moment. Learning is FUN!! Yes, this is my professional background! I used my theory and research data, and tested it on my daughter, and other students before I decided to launch my program. 🧠 #academics#learning#neuroadvance#genius#learningforbabies#6months#learningtime#baby#blackmomskillingit#smartkid#magazine#daycarecenter#earlychildhooddevelopmentprogram#neuroscience
