Closing out our budget for February and excited to start our budget for March.
I really do love the #cashenvelopesystem . It has helped us. We are excited to put more towards our debt this month and continue our #debtfreejourney . If you’re on this journey, what has encouraged or pushed you to keep going? •
I get asked often, why did you join isagenix, the biggest reason why I joined was because I wanted to live a #debtfree life, I’m not there YET but on track!!!! So thankful for my amazing friend @amyrutchick who simply shared this opportunity with me, it’s been a life changer physically and financially! Our compensation plan is out of this world + so are our products! •
If you're open to hearing a little more about what I do, drop an emoji below!! Don’t let fear stop you!
This one hit me pretty hard, @dougdepte dropping truth bombs out here.
Great reminder to stop the excuses, complacency, and lack of accountability.
Discipline is the name of the game.
With Leap Day tomorrow we are struggling over here with our current meal plan. 🗓
"𝘉𝘰𝘵𝘵𝘰𝘮 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘭" is real at the Kline household. Whipped up some chicken noodle soup with ingredients in our pantry and freezer.
Trying hard not to eat out tomorrow, but we are running thin on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and soup from the last few days. 🥣
Trying not buy anything else until March 1st and getting creative with what we already have in the house.
Printed off my monthly meal planner and getting ready to get the first few weeks of March planned out. #linkinbio#shop

But seriously, teach them early. Start with saving and make it fun for them. Show them what it means and the power of it. Then teach them about interest by adding extra money to what they saved over time. •
You can even do a percentage match like how your job does with your 401k contributions! Once they have this concept down move on to budgeting and then Credit! Give them a head start unlike how we had it. 🙌🏾
Friday Not So Fun Fact: Squirrels cost me over $2k! 🤯
I randomly looked out my window & saw this…Swipe Left ⬅️
Squirrels had dug up the shingles on my roof! Annoyed, I reached out to my roofer. When I got the estimate, annoyed turned into sick 😵.
The repair cost $2,490!! ...Due to the way the shingles are laid and how many would have to be removed and replaced.
I sighed and thanked God for my emergency fund 🙏🏽. Because I remembered the time when I didn't have savings to cover life's gotchas and had to rely on credit cards at the exact wrong time to use them.
What emergencies have made you oh so grateful for having cash reserves? 👇🏽
The face of someone who's just become debt free! It's been a long 17 months and there where times when I thought they'd be no end in sight but now a huge weight has vanished and I feel free #debtfree#ididit

Are you living a life if endless excuses? I KNOW YOU ARE!
Here are the reasons we make excuses.
✔️Fear of success (believe it or not.)
✔️Lack of confidence or resources.
Excuses lead to getting “stuck” and a life FULL of regrets. Moreover, success in any field of endeavor requires a period of discomfort where we must venture into unfamiliar territories, never knowing what to expect. 👀
The moment you catch yourself making excuses, immediately ask yourself the following set of questions:
-How badly do I really want this?
-Why don’t I have what I want?
-What excuses are getting in the way?
What can you do? Focus on solutions and opportunities! the things that did work. It’s a simple shift, but if we keep this principle at the forefront of our mind when making excuses, it will immediately transform our perspective of the situation at hand.
Still open to account management, DM for more info..

Skincare and self love do not have to break the bank! $12 for a month of skincare!
It’s C O F F E E talk Friday, where we grow in financial intelligence.
Real quick - do you tell your money where to go? What system is working for you?
Often times we get stuck in a hard spot financially when we don’t allocate our finances accordingly, and there’s more month than money.
When you tell your money - every dollar and every cent - where to go, you won’t wonder where it went. 🤷♀️😜
That is a great first baby step for growing in financial intelligence — properly managing your money.
End of the month to-debt report! This is absolutely one of my favorite things to post! Seeing the progress is very motivating. I’m not going to lie, it’s only been a month and a half since I’ve been on this debt free journey, and I am already SO burnt out. Seeing the numbers though - it has rejuvenated my spirit. At least for today anyway :)

Who else needs help trying different ways to discipline our kiddos?! 🤚🏾 .
I’ve mentioned to E that I’m no longer screaming or repeating myself anymore or entertaining her tantrums. I’m so glad I picked up this book! I tried one of the techniques mentioned in the first chapter and it’s made a ℍ𝕌𝔾𝔼 difference. Like, 𝕎𝕆𝕎! .
Ultimately it’s about understanding where they’re coming from. Working on our emotional reaction to the situation. So, not parent and kid are retraining our brains to handle difficult situations as a whole. Pʀᴇᴛᴛʏ ᴄᴏᴏʟ! .
Homemade rosemary & garlic crackers. My first attempt at making crackers...it’s so ridiculously easy why did I not do this before? They taste amazing so will definitely be making them again, and I also have a cheese & paprika recipe to try out. No more shop bought crackers here!! #homemadecrackers#rosemaryandgarlic#rosemarycrackers#homebaking
Did you know that paying down your debt IS saving you money?! Sound's crazy, right?
A few years ago, I had 8 credit cards. I paid four of them off and was able to eventually pay off $5000 of credit card debt.
Once those cards were paid off - that was it. No more high balances and no more interest. Since I was paying my bills on time, I was already saving money by not paying towards a late fee (woooo-hooo) 🎊!
All of the money that was tied up in those cards is done. Now I have additional funds to apply towards another debt.
I follow these four steps to save money by reducing debt
1 | Create a functional budget and eliminate all unnecessary expenses.
2 | Pay all bills on time to avoid late fees
3 | Stop paying the minimum payments on the cards and if you can apply additional funds towards your monthly payment.
4 | Stop creating more debt. If you don't have the cash to pay for the item; you don't need it.
How do you Save Money While Paying Off Debt? What suggestions can you add to the above list? What method do you use to reduce your debt?

I’m looking for 𝕊𝕀𝕏 people who want to start making anywhere from $500-$1000+ a month from their cell phone 📲 ⭒ 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙨🤱🏼 ⭒ 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙨👩👧👦 ⭒ 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨📚 ⭒ 𝘼𝙉𝙔𝙊𝙉𝙀!!🙋🏼♀️ If you are struggling with money, hate your 9-5 job, need more free time... this is 𝓨𝓞𝓤𝓡 opportunity. This decision could change your situation now, but also your future! This can give you 𝓽𝓲𝓶𝓮 with your family, extra 𝓶𝓸𝓷𝓮𝔂 for that upcoming vacation, pay off your 𝓭𝓮𝓫𝓽, & so much 𝓶𝓸𝓻𝓮!
I'm keeping it simple this week with my goals.
No crazy statements about saving a ton of money.
No big plans to tackle a huge project.
Just me and my simple goals that (with consistency) can change my life.
This week I will...
◇ Move my body 30 minutes every day.
◇ Make dinner at home 6 out of 7 nights.
◇ Be more present at night with my family (reminder: put the stupid phone away, Allison).
◇ No Amazon or Target purchases.
These goals might seem simple. You might laugh and say "I do these all the time."
But my truth is that these are things I NEED to work on. And I can tell you one thing...writing them down and sharing them for you to see holds me accountable.
What's one goal you have for this week? Write it down. Type it out. Say it out loud. Let me be your accountability partner.
Let's do this together!
Each month I pull out 500 dollars bi weekly for my groceries and other variable spending.
In the midst of those two weeks, every $5 bill I come across I put in a glass jar. Anything that is left over at the end of the month goes straight to rebuilding our Emergency Fund (for now). Every amount counts in the game of paying off debt or building wealth. Never think it's just $5. It's more than that, it's teaching yourself better habits.
What do you do with leftover money at the end of the month?

✅Life balanced (just kidding)
Doin’ okay until payday. 🙃 Bills are all paid and I need to grab a couple more groceries and maybe a tank of gas.
Who else loves that balanced budget feeling? 😎

If you have high credit card balances or too much debt, you will find out when you’re trying to get qualified for a loan!
Otherwise you can still have SOME debt when you get qualified for an FHA or NACA loan to buy your house.
If your debt is out of control you may have to pay some of it down, so your debt to income ratio isn’t too high!
What ratio is ok depends on your credit score and your income, so consult a mortgage loan officer to find out.
But 🗣🗣🗣IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO BE DEBT FREE before you buy a house and #LiveRentFree !!
