It's no sin repeating the same type of dish within a short time like less than 24 hours when we couldn't get enough of it.
We came back doing it for the love of shiitake mushrooms in the Sizzling Noodles. To switch over from the customary shiitake mushrooms to maitake mushrooms is a little hard. Shiitake mushroom has got distinctive tang of earthy flavor and I just love the taste of it. Or maybe we're back in the stead of seeing it served on a wooden coaster. 😂
Different diner has got different cooking style that sometimes meted out in less satisfactory. Thank God the version we had today was comparable to the previous one if not better. It's imperative to note that, the way the gravy is prepared determines the taste of Sizzling Noodles.
A little change from yellow noodles to egg noodles known as Yee Mee. This type of dried Chinese noodle is a tad springy after it's been tamed in hot gravy, but it gives you a nice bite. Letting it soaked in the gravy for too long it'll turn soggy, hence it'll significantly compromise on the fun of eating.
To sum up the whole thing, our Sizzling Chicken Mushroom Yee Mee for today had been helluva great.

It’s Weekend Eve so who will be cooking?? There is nothing like great friends and Cinnamon Sticky Buns to share them with! THE BEST HOMEMADE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP!! Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-30 minutes
Yield: 4-8 servings
-3/4 cup of each Vegetables (Yellow Onions, Celery, Carrots and white mushrooms)
-2-3 Garlic cloves (smashed)
-Store brought Rotisserie Chicken (lemon pepper)
-Seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper)
-Chicken Broth -1 bag of egg noodles -2 tablespoons of Chicken bullion -2 tablespoons of Olive Oil -2 tablespoons of salted butter
Directions: •Cut vegetables (big or small, a little or a lot) set to the side.
•Debone and cut or shred chicken (no skin)
•Heat stock pan in medium, add olive oil and chicken bullion in pan.
•Add carrots, sauté for 2-3 minutes
•Add remaining vegetables and garlic, sauté for 5-7 minutes. •Add seasoning to taste •Add chicken, stir for 1 minute
•Add broth and 1/2 of the noodles, stir to incorporate all ingredients and cook on medium high for 4-5 minutes
•Once the noodles have cooked, add remaining noodles. Stir Cook for 1-2 minutes more. •Reduce heat to simmer, place lid on pot and cook for 10-12 minutes.
•Adjust seasoning as needed
