Some photos that might inspire you to hike the Sulphur Skyline Trail in Jasper NP.
Motivation for this trail? The Miette Hot Springs at the base. Nothing like a soak after a hard hike.👌🏻
This trail was a constant incline and gets super steep after the false summit but the views are pretty spectacular!
We reached the top mid day so the light just killed my photos but I wanted to highlight the trail anyway in case you might want to hike it too!
***The last photo of stats is only one way. The sign estimates it takes 4-6 hours to hike. We crushed it in 2 hours and 15 minutes. That's what motivation gets ya. 👊🏻
We had an absolute blast at the Canadian Museum of Flight yesterday! ✈️
We honestly didn’t even know that this place existed but the kids were blown away as they were able to hop in and out of old planes include a snowbird. They loved seeing the model airplanes, touching all the switches and discovering what airplanes are made of. The absolute highlight was being at the small craft airport and watching airplanes take off and land. We could have been there for hours just watching that. .

This has been taken on my LGV30, and the only editing has been to rotate it slightly to get the horizon (what you can see of it) level. It is a good photo, but I am looking forward to getting a new phone this year. Does anyone know if @samsungmobile phones are any good? I'm looking for something that will add to my instagram!
I was lucky at Lake Louise. I saw it in the sunshine, and the snow. The colour of the crystal clear water is gorgeous in all weathers. I walked the whole length of the lake and up into the mountains beyond, and kept looking back to see if the lake was really this colour all the time. It really is. Closer to the shore, the water reflects the sky (i'll show this photo another day), and it is like a rippled mirror.
Louise, Louise of the lake, you are the fairest and my breath you take.
I saw snow the other day. Big flakes, the size of 50 pence pieces. It looked magical, and settled quickly. For a short while, the world looked wonderful in white before it all melted into mystery as quickly as it arrived. Gosh, i miss proper seasons. Being able to use pretty much the same clothes all year round just takes away from the experience. We need sun and snow, and to fall and to spring back up!

Niagara Botanical Garden❄️
Can you tell this is one of my favourite spots!? It looks good anytime of year! Also haven’t had too much time to shoot new content since I’m getting ready to go to Japan! I look forward to sharing some spring shots upon my return !!! .

Incredible flight over the Donjek glacier in the Kluane national park in the Yukon! Doesn't seem, but this glacier is 3km wide and about 50 km long. What an experience!

"I hate the rhythm of our lives these days. Stare into a dead space, shouting at my phone. Ducking in my seat, cause someone brought a bag into the movie theater. Everyone shrugs at the same time. "Yeah, yeah, we know." You're singing sad to thirty-somethings in a bar, "Play us some nostalgia songs, cause no one really wants to hear about you anymore." I know.
If every city's the same, doom and gloom under a different name, maybe we should find our home in one?" 💫

Everyone hi 👋. What a weekend! Niagara Falls. Possibly one of coldest days of the year… I had all the base layers. still froze 🥶🥶🥶
A video taken in Sacre-Coeur, Quebec, has captured Weather Network viewer’s attention. In it, strong winds push and pull at the forest floor, making it look like it’s ‘breathing’.
While forests don’t breathe per se, the trees that reside in them do, by taking in carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen in a process called photosynthesis.
But unlike humans, this process doesn’t involve inhaling and exhaling -- which is exactly what the forest floor in this video appears to be doing.
‘Breathing’ forests aren’t uncommon, and we’ve received a few videos of the phenomenon over the years.

Here’s the thing about exercising. You’re almost never going to feel like doing it. But you have to anyway 👇.
Today was a long day. I ran a series of presentations with senior leaders at work. I commuted in wickedly cold temperatures from location to location. I also wore pantyhose which is NEVER a good idea despite how bomb your outfit looks.
I stick to a gym schedule in order to hold myself accountable (it’s just what works best for me). And that schedule included tonight. But dang, I had to drag myself there after a whirlwind day like today. Thank goodness I did though because endorphins sure are a riot 🤙.
So here’s a little encouragement to stop waiting to “feel like it” and just do the damn thing ✌️ It’s a massive privilege to be able to move - and you owe it to your body and mind to do so.
Also don’t wear pantyhose.
