1oz Rose Infused in Apricot Oil.
1. Fades away wrinkles & dark spots.
2. Firms & Tones skin.
3. It doesn’t clog your pores.
4. Leaves your skin feeling moisturized, and healthy.
5. nourishes and regenerates skin.

1. Combine in bowl and stir until it becomes a paste
2. Leave on face until it drys (abt 15 mins)
Review: It worked surprisingly well and comes off easily. The mask unclogged my pores and dried out some upcoming pimples. It left my skin looking really healthy. However it leaves your skin very dry and you must moisturize after.
Formulating recipes and trying them out is one of my meditation time even with the loud background music (kids...). I have been using beeswax from @beeswaxaustralia for hair wax and balm etc and it’s got a great quality!
Happy with how my hair wax turned out.

Oh the beauty of the calendula flower. Derived from marigolds and s beautiful bright color, this herb has so much to offer us in so many ways.
On a scientific level, calendula flowers contain polysaccharides, flavonoids, triterpenes, resins, carotenes, and other healing compounds. Fom a skincare point of view, they’re primarily used to heal damaged and inflamed skin such as minor cuts, rashes, eczema and acne. They help with burns and swelling and any inflammation and have also been known to speed up the healing of wounds in animals by nearly double and likely works by helping wounds to quickly form granulation tissue. This moist red to pink tissue closes the wound, protects the inner tissues from infection, and begins the healing process.
Today I made a healing balm. A balm I can use for so many things to aid in healing in this house. Thank you to the magic of #calendula#sage and #lavender it just finished s d I was able to use it on my face and body and wow! I’m in love and think there will be more homemade creativity coming!
I also burn calendula and use it in magic to call in abundance, light, vitality and aid in dispersing negative energy. Calendula is bright yellow and works like the sun and the #citrine crystal. It is an excellent herb to use with intention!

Deodorants.. do you know what they are made of, how they work, and that your body must detox from the chemicals to reset?
I didn’t either. I never thought to ask these questions or even cared until a few months ago. As I’m getting older, I am becoming more intentional about the products I use and doing research on them.
1️⃣The ingredients and how they affect us:
Mainstream deodorants are known for reducing sweat and smell. To do that, they contain high amounts of aluminum salts and other ingredients to buildup a barrier and block your sweat glands. Our bodies were made to sweat, blocking that isn’t natural or healthy.
What else is in them?
❗️Aluminum (linked to Alzheimer’s and osteoporosis)
❗️Parabens (this chemical messes with our endocrine system and hormone production)
❗️Phthalates (also disrupts our hormones)
❗️Propylene Glycol (this neurotoxin damages your liver and kidneys)
This left me wondering.. WHY ARE WE GIVING THIS TO OUR CHILDREN as a rite of passage through puberty? 🛑 Their hormones are already about to go crazy naturally with adjustments, why are we willingly adding to that?
For the rest of us, we have applied this mix of chemicals for years. And we’re applying it to the very region they check for breast cancer lymph nodes.💡 Why would I choose to use this anywhere on my body?
2️⃣Why and how to detox your body from these chemicals:
When we layer on chemical deodorant for years, the build up isn’t likely to be washed away in the shower (especially, if you’re using chemical soaps and putting deodorant back on afterwards). You must allow your body to react naturally during detox period, and this means you will smell for a few days.
Deodorant Detox Paste:
1 Tbsp paraben-free bentonite clay
2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
Mix together with a plastic spoon. Apply to your armpits and leave it on for 5-15 minutes. Wash off with a warm water cloth.
🌿My experience: I smelled really bad for three weeks. A lot of extra showers and apologizing to everyone in close proximity for smelling like a sweaty gym locker room. It was very embarrassing and I’m glad that part is over!

This is a repost from Christian Morales: At our two Young Living lavender farms in France and Utah, we produce lavender plants from seed only, not from clones. This is called “population” lavender. Each is unique and different.
With cloned lavender the yield is greater, and profit is higher, but quality is not. It’s all exactly the same plant, so if a certain chemical constituent is high or low, it’s true across the farm.
This is important to understand in distinguishing our essential oil from other companies. We’re one of the last companies to offer true population lavender. The profit margins aren’t the highest, but the quality is. #seestoseal#essentialoils#yleo#youngliving (From Nicolas Landel, our farm manager in Provence, France.) Reason #6567 that I am happy I chose and continue to choose YL! www.soulcandyapothecary.com

🥥Level up your coconut oil by simply add some fenugreek seeds in it!
✨Fenugreek seeds have various health benefits, and hair care is one amongst them.
Fenugreek seeds help you to fight various scalp and hair related problems, with much ease.
They help in tackling dandruff, hair fall, slow hair growth, and various other problems, as they are packed with nutritions.
🥥Coconut oil on the other hand is a staple in Indian houses.
It is loaded with nutrients, that enrich our scalp and hair and i prove their quality.
However, if you don’t like coconut oil, you can prefer any other oil, as per your liking.
👉🏻Do not heat up the oil or boil it.
Simply place it in hot oil to get the warming effect.
As soon as it is warm, add fenugreek seed and cover it up.
Let it stay for 10-15 mins.
👉🏻Please perform a patch test of the DIY, before applying it on your entire face or hair/ scalp,as certain ingredients can react or irritate your skin, because all skin types are different, simply being a natural ingredient doesn’t mean that it can’t react.
👉🏻Consistency is the key when it comes to skin care Hair care , or else the results won’t be satisfactory. .
Just add half a teaspoon of neem powder to 1 cup of boiled, filtered water. Fill the mixture in a bottle and refrigerate it. Use it instead of toner to keep acne at bay!
Kadang suka "laper mata" ga sih liatin online shop yang jual kosmetik dan skin care berbagai jenis dengan harga yang murah banget? Tapi kamu jangan asal beli babe, yuk cek tips ini sebelom kamu belanja 😘
Getting the skin pampered is a awesome thing! How does it feel when a wonderful service provider who believes in natural/chemical free recepies or spa, comes home and gives a wonderful relaxed face and head cleance, srcub and pack! It feels wonderful!
I am too lazy to get it done regularly, so I least do it once In 4months!
Got this all prepared at home
1. Badam/peanut grounds to be mixed with milk for scrub
2. Papaya/Banana with honey for massage/cleance
3. Tomato, curd, lemon juice, mint, orange peel powder(homemade), homemade bath powder (from the service provider) for face pack.
P.S. these gets the skin clean and fresh, repeated procedure will make the skin supple if followed with a healthy eating habits. Lemon and orange peel might help in skin lightning but there will be no obvious results
I would suggest not doing this for skin complexion but just to have a good skin feel! .
Thanks to this wonderful person vidhya for being such a sport and believing in natural recepies inspite of being in this field of beauty with loads of consumerism happening! . #instadailypic#beauty#face#skincare#skincareroutine#nochemicals#diy#diyskincare#homemade#stylegram#careforskin#blogger#beingsoulfullybeautiful#fresh#saranyasathiyamurthy

I’ve been using @truebotanicals Vitamin C Booster and Pure Radiance Oil for the last 3 months. I ran out of the Radiance Oil after a month and a half (but it’s bc I knocked the bottle over while multitasking baby/getting ready 🤦🏼♀️) Here’s my honest / not sponsored review :
🧡Radiance Oil🧡 PROS- I loved the texture of the Radiance Oil. It was velvety and hydrating without being greasy. It gave my skin a nice glow and I didn’t have any breakouts from it at all. Also, I found that my mineral sunscreen and powder layered nicely over this💛 CONS- The price. Definitely. I’ve made my own skin oil for years so the price tag was steep for me but I am also interested in trying new products that have big claims, so thought 🤷🏼♀️. This said, I don’t see a huge difference in this and the effects I get from my blend of oils including red raspberry, sea buckthorn and rose hip. So likely will not repurchase. ✨Vitamin C Booster✨ PROS- it’s activated on the spot with water or what I use, hyaluronic acid! So it stays active and potent 💥Because I’m breastfeeding, there isn’t much that I can safely do to combat wrinkles and fine lines that is safe and effective, with the exception of Vitamin C and a few other things. I do see a difference after using day and night for 3 months on the skin around my eyes and forehead. Also, an overall lightening after getting some melasma from pregnancy. I love that I’m giving my skin a healthy dose of antioxidants too, during the day☀️ CONS- Only real con again is the price tag. I bought some Vitamin C powder from Amazon to add to my own powder blend and will let you know if I notice a difference in quality 🧐 #vitamincbooster#skinoil#radianceoil#naturalskincare#skincarereview#truebotanicals#truebotanicalsreview

DIY EYE SERUM AT HOME
For this DIY you’ll need:-
Instant Coffee Powder
Sweet Almond Oil/Olive Oil
Take 1 tbsp of coffee powder and add sweet almond oil to it till it gets soaked. Let this stay for 2-3 hours at least for the coffee powder to release the caffeine into the carrier oil. Filter this with the help of a cheesecloth and store it in a jar. Use before going to bed every night. Use your ring finger to gently massage the serum under your eyes.
Helps reduce puffiness and darkness around the eye area when used regularly.
