Relax, replenish, renew with Yoga 🌿. Kinda hard not to feel like a fallen leaf 🍂🍁- especially in these last couple of weeks in October, when the morning light is scant, & especially on Mondays! Autumn well & truly underway so time for us to adapt, to look after ourselves, to stick with healthy life-affirming habits. On that note, it is time to book into your Midweek Yoga class (if you haven’t already): Midweek Yoga Class Schedule:
Mon Vinyasa Yoga 6:00pm
Mon Gentle Yoga 7:15pm
Tue Wake Up Hatha 7:15am
Wed Into & Back to Yoga 6:00pm
Wed Hatha Flow Yoga 7:15pm
As always, you can easily sign up for either the 6, 10 Class Pass or Unlimited options online. Click link in bio to enrol/enquire - you'll be glad you did. And have a great week🧘🏽♀️😀🧘🏽♂️🙏🏽

A massive thank you to all of our amazing artisans and craft makers for contributing to a very successful weekend. Our goal is to showcase Handmade in Ireland and foster a spirit of community. We succeeded again!
We are so grateful to @theconstantknitterdublin for hosting our third successful Craft Market.
It was wonderful to see everyone extend their support for our charity partner, @revivedyarn, who managed to convey that charity begins at home with the craft community.
A HUGE thank you to all of you who called in and made this a successful pop up. It was lovely to see so many of you chatting with each other and the vendors.
