Got to admit I’m pretty proud of myself and everything I’ve achieved since starting gym nearly 3 years ago!
Excited to keep progressing 💪🏽💪🏽

Change of life has kicked me off the routine wagon lately.
But even though I’m running my weeks through four different schedules, I remind myself of the discipline it takes to reach success.
Discipline in nutrition, fitness, studies, sleep and mental clarity.
Day 2: sea day
Started my day heading up to the gym watching the sun rise from a treadmill and jogging on road that looked a little more like home. Then yoga, spin and pilates (oh my!). That was quickly followed by lunch with a view from the balcony as we sailed by Cuba. Had a chance to relax for the afternoon with a massage and a couple of hours by the pool. Another great dinner and show to end the night! #celebrityinfinity#eatsleepworkoutrepeat#moresunblock
1/2 TL Kurkuma
1/2 TL Garam Masala
1-2 TL Honig
2 Zweige Minze
Day 2 of the @bodyfitbalance GG Challenge. Today was Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps💪🏼 yesterday was Glutes and Hammies🍑 #bfbggchallenge .
If you’ve ever wanted to do a challenge, DO IT. Today is only day 2 and I’m SHAKING😅
There are only 84 days left of this decade, I plan to spend every single one of them kicking a$$ and changing my mindset. Going into 2020 as a whole new person 💪🏼🔥
Tomorrow is the day of atonement / Yom Kippur. And on that day we reflect back and ask for forgiveness from those we might have offended.
So if I've hurt anyone or hit anybody it's because I don't miss.
I always say, hitting the gym on days your in the mood for it is easy to do. But forcing yourself to go and put in a shift on days you really don't want to go, are the days that really make the difference!!! Today was one of them days, I didn't want to go. I didn't give me all when I was there but I turned up, I put in a shift and I've left knowing I can't pick anything up for the rest of the day! So the boy did good right?
My Tabata for the day:
Throw ball over shoulder
K- swing with resistance band
Pushups close to the body
35 seconds worktime on each exercise.
Oh boy, today was hard. I REALLY didn't want to go to Spin Class. I HATE cardio!
But you know what, the hardest part is getting there, and getting through the first 15 minutes of Spin Class. After that, it gets easier!
So this is what I tell clients... try something new, take a class from Groupon, join a gym, workout with a buddy. You never know what your going to like! And once you get through that first 15 minutes, it's GAME ON! .
Be patient with yourself! Don't give up, just because you hit a plateau, had a bad meal or realized a certain diet isn't for you. .
Try new exercizes, read as much as you can (from a health professional, not your average Joe) and look up healthier recipes. .
Know that "Different things work for different people." Look in the mirror, pat yourself on the back, and say "Good job," but keep going. Write meaningful quotes on your mirror. Have daily check-ins with inspirational mentors. Hire a Health Coach, Dietician or Fitness Coach. .
And, most of all, don't be afraid to put self-care FIRST. Without your health, what do you really have??? .
Deadlifts up to 195lbs in that Bali heat! I currently weigh 140lbs & have NEVER had the confidence to workout at a gym in just my sports bra, I used to struggle so hard with my appearance & confidence, always comparing myself to other girls and the body shape I had vs them. It's taken YEARS to feel good in my own skin & fuck I still get a little nervous about rocking a bikini but guys I've realized over the years the power of being STRONG not SKINNY. Cliche I know but I can now deadlift & squat about 1.5 of my own body weight, I can run further & faster than when I ran my half marathon & I love that weights have allowed me to grow a butt & a back that make me feel sexy, rather than the pancake booty I was naturally blessed with and a chubby back, I have muscles & can do pullups & run around for hours. Anyway, this is a ramble post for sure but I just wanted to say how important it is to fuel your body, how good fitness can make you feel externally but more importantly internally. If you've ever struggled with body issues lemme know I'm not alone 💪
The real reason why I work out... so I can reward myself with Kinder Buenos' new ice cream cone! 🍦🍫🌰🤪
Its a mix of unique hazelnut milk ice cream, Kinder milk chocolate sauce, a thin layer of hazelnut cream and topped with chocolate bits!
