This is proving a distinctly mixed season for English rugby union clubs in Europe but the unbeaten Exeter Chiefs are still flying the flag. In front of the watching Eddie Jones, the visitors had to dig deep in the second half but weathered a strong Sale comeback 22-20 to collect their third win in three outings in Pool Two and stay firmly in control of their own destiny.
Skin peels are a way of removing dead skin cells from the skin's surface to allow new healthy cells to grow back and create smoother-looking skin. They help rejuvenate skin on the face, neck, hands, forearms and chest.
Without realising we have untouched dead skin cells that can accumulate on the face which clog up the skin. Sometimes it’s easy to forget about our skin and ways to look after it. Everyone has different concerns and at Essential we try our best to give people the best benefit of our different treatments provided for different concerns.
A facial peel is one of our strongest treatments it works by accelerating a natural process already taking place in our bodies. We are constantly shedding skin day in day out so a skin peel is at its most basic, an accelerated form of exfoliation. It can help reduce acne scarring, reverse skin damage, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, remove hyper-pigmentation, liver spots and other signs of ageing.
Chemical peels remove layers of skin so that the new, healthier layer can come to the surface. The acids within the peel work by bringing the pH of the skin to an optimum acidity level. This action chemically loosens the "glue" that binds the dead and damaged cells, causing exfoliation and allowing new cell growth.
The back piece to my Exeter Gansey Cardigan by @anniescreativestudio is on the blocking boards tonight! I’m using Yarn Bee “Must Be Merino” in Gold and a #7 /4.5mm hook. Love this pattern! The blocking video is available on my Bizzy Crochet Facebook Page!
That’s a busy weekend of competing complete! We had swimmers at Ponds Forge for Swim England Winter Nationals, swimmers at the Plymouth Leander L3 Meet and our various youngest swimmers at the Exmouth Christmas Cracker Meet. Well done to all the swimmers! #exeter#swimming

How do you celebrate safe toys and gifts month? You give a safe toy to those in need. From mid-October to November 29th, Kaweah Delta staff participated in Child Welfare Services’ 2019 Toy Drive. Hundreds of gifts were donated including action figures, dolls, soccer balls, toy trucks and much more. The purpose of this toy drive is to provide presents to children and teens who may otherwise go without a gift this holiday season. We encourage everyone to consider if the toys they wish to give this month suits the age and individual skills and abilities of the individual child who will receive it, especially for infants and children under age three.

one of the last senior sessions of the year and it couldn’t have been with a more loving friend. TINA!!! This was so fun trying to keep you warm under my cardigan and seeing your personality come out in EVERY photo. I love this woman so much and I’m so stoked to see where she’s headed in life🎉Make sure to swipe to the next photo to see my new favorite spot on campus for pictures 😂
Who says photos need to be done during warmer times of the year!?! It was awesome doing this session in the morning light with all the fall colors popping out behind that gorgeous face. Let me know if anyone is down to do a rainy shoot once finals are over👀

We had a fantastic time at tonight's gig - check out our story to catch a flavour of the madness! We just thought we'd big up our male vocalist Jacob and our amazing orchestra for being superb. Here's a snippet of 'Ain't That A Kick In The Head'. We've no more full band gigs til next year but we do have Anything Goes on Tuesday!! Get yourself down to The Monkey Suit at 9pm Tuesday! #jazz#jazzsinger#exeter#jazzorchestra#bigband#exeteruni#jazzy

Exeter Cathedral is one of the oldest and most beautiful cathedrals in England. Located in the centre of the city, there has been a cathedral on the present site for nearly one thousand years!
The building itself is a remarkable feat of engineering, design and craftsmanship. It has the longest stretch of unbroken Gothic vaulting in the world, stunning glass windows and an intricately carved image screen on the West Front.
