Everyone talks about the magic 🙌🏽 of this Wonder, which is absolutely stunning and mysterious. BUT, just LOOK 👀 at the mountains ⛰
in the background!! What I found SO special about visiting Machu Picchu was the vastness of the Andes and seemingly endless heights of their peaks. Especially in the early morning 🌞 hours before the fog had lifted. It was a gift being able to sit atop Mount Machu Picchu in the dense fog, high above the ruins thinking I’d missed my once chance to see the wonder in all its glory, and to watch the fog clear to reveal the beauty below me.
Eating with Kids!
We have found breakfast to be the best time to eat out with J. While it's nice to go out for dinner on holidays, breakfast can be just as nice 😊
This morning we walked to @thelittlenel for breakfast, via the park to release some toddler energy.
J had already eaten, so we ordered him a baby chino (best invention ever!) and I had brought a few snacks to keep him busy. However, this great cafe also provided him with an activity book...brilliant idea!! It's so exciting to find a cafe that welcomes kids as well as entertains them 👌
This morning I ordered the garlic butter mushrooms, which were served with haloumi, rosti, baby spinach and a cashew pesto. The dish was colourful, fun and delicious. If you are in the Nelson Bay area I would highly recommend this delightful cafe 😍
Just over here finishing up the work day... and I am ready for next week!!💓Who's ready for Turkey day!? 🦃 I'm R E A D Y for some amazing food and quality time with the people I love! 🙀 I love getting to share all of my achievements while we sit around the table! Did you know you can enroll into Martinsburg college NOW and share the amazing news that you are a COLLEGE STUDENT this holiday season in your list of achievements!? -
Shoot me a DM sharing your goals! I am here to help YOU!! ✨ #2020goals 😊
Today was one of the most interesting Hystoric days of my life visiting the neighborhood where my parents and sister lived in when they left Cuba to Spain where I was born. For the second time since 2007 when I first came to see the hospital I was born in, the building we lived in, and the school my sister went to for kindergarten and 1st grade. El Barrio Oporto en La Esquina Valle Glorieta de Oro is the place where I would have grown up in, or it would have been New Jersey Union City where I had my first birthday, but being that my dad hated taking buses and trains to work in the freezing cold weather, we ended up in the heat of Miami, Florida where I began to go to school. It's the place where my parents felt was most similar to the tropical cariibbean beach life of Cuba that they left because of the Communist Revolution. Miami, Florida is the place that became my home. #RumbaKing#Exploring My Roots in 2019 #LuisVitale *JR* @rumba_art

Whilst the weather at home is frightful, Positano looks so delightful!
