Dark necessities are part of my design… *
This was one of the more surreal moments (well, entire nights) of my life! Shooting Havasu Falls with the Milky Way behind it wasn't even on my agenda before heading down there, but I'm glad I brought my night equipment just in case! As it turned out, the galaxy shined directly above my favorite falls. The light water spray, the thundering roar, the twinkling light from above, everything made it a great evening! Nothing fancy about my setup, but seeing these shots on my camera glowing in the darkness made me feel like it was truly epic. This is a new edit of this older shot, and I now realize that I could have benefited from taking a foreground shot with longer exposure to reduce grain and bring out some more detail. Oh well, next time!

The Lapland scenery is a playground for creativity. There is no particular mountain you are going after. There are shapes, and you brain naturally search for patterns.
It’s been a dream of mine to see those fairly like snow monsters already for some time and finally it became the reality. I could not help but smile and wonder. Sometimes it was so much whiteness that I would loose sense of direction or my eyes would play some tricks on me insisting on finding a contrast where it was none. But not during this dawn, which instead created all shades or white, blue, purple and pink.
I enhanced the photo with the darker night sky. I hope this speaks to you.
Sunsets are probably my most favourite part of a day. A moment where everything suddenly becomes exceptionally wonderful to behold. How it comes, it goes just as quick, so preserving that in a photograph that you can come back to is well worth the effort 📸 #raw_skies

With a hint of that soft, golden Dubai sunset 🤭 #raw_skies

I long for that period of time when these buildings will have turned into mountains and hills 🛫🏔
Old gold 📸 would you believe these were clicked 7 years ago? I was browsing through some old hard-drive photos and came across these, and to be honest they weren’t even shot with a proper camera. Rather, a Samsung Galaxy S3. They say the best camera is the one that’s always with you. So take the chance, take the shot. You’ll never know what you’ll end up with ✌🏻👀

We don't get much of these in this part of the world, so this was quite a treat 📸🌥
