It would be impossible to estimate how much time and energy we invest in trying to fix, change and deny our emotions-especially the ones that shake us to our very core, like hurt, jealousy, loneliness, shame, rage and grief. Never stop ✋. Trying crypto currencies is very variable means of earning from easily . Info?
We get multiple team calls each week - these amazing free trainings containing lots of tangibles, things to work on, goals to hit, etc. It’s funny that most of them are coaching calls about growth and personal development; products are barely even mentioned.
The lead on the call gave us a few journal prompts, which was really a foreign but welcomed idea. She prompted us to ask ourselves, “What beliefs do I have about myself? What story am I telling myself? If I was acting with 10x more confidence and 10x more courage, where would I be?” WOAH. I honestly didn’t know how to answer a few of these.
By answering any one of them, I had to be freaking real with myself... my beliefs, my thoughts, who I really am.
If we’re being honest, it's SO easy to hear the thoughts and beliefs other people have about us and take them as truths... even if they aren’t rooted in reality.
One of many things I’ve learned from this crazy direct sales journey is that EVERYONE has an opinion. Everyone suddenly cares and has lots of things to say, even if they aren’t even saying them to your face.
My skin has gotten THICK y’all! I'm walking in joy and freedom because I said yes to something different. I’m changing my family’s story because I took a calculated risk with an open mind.
I prayed for something to shift.. and God provided shampoo, simple as that!
What beliefs do you have about yourself? What story are you unfolding? Are you charging your life with courage + confidence? Are you living in the freedom that God has for you?
How to not be scared to be YOU 💛.
There have been a lot of times in my life where I felt small, times where I would just brush off something because of the judgment I would receive if I had stepped in and said something.
Let me ask you, have you ever refrained from speaking your mind because you were scared about what others would say about it?
Let’s be honest, most of us can agree this has happened before and for a long time, I did this with many conversations. It came to a point where I just felt that my opinion didn’t need to be heard so that not discomfort was caused, or nobody would say anything bad about me.
In reality, I stopped myself from using my voice, my thoughts, how I felt about a situation and so much more. .
But what you have to know is that your opinion of yourself, is the only one that matters. Seriously, hear me out here.
Think about when you are 80 and looking back on your life, are you going to wish you had took that leap to speak up and start focusing on being your best self or are you going to be happy with living life in fear of showing who you actually are?
Stop worrying so much about others opinions. Those who judge are most likely dealing with their own insecurities so use you as a sort of punching bag. Never allow this to step in the way of who you truly are! Take that leap, never look back.
Have a fantastic day 💛.

We all want to feel like we belong or we need to feel like we belong (somewhere) and yet the feeling of not belonging is one of the most universal of all human experiences. Often times, we become so desperate to belong that we try to mould ourselves into becoming what we think society or friends or family expects of us. We force ourselves to become someone we're not.
We do things we don't want to do.
We go places we don't want to go.
We hang out with people we don't want to hang out with.
We lose ourselves, all in the hopes of finding our place in this world.
So I came across a quote by Brené Brown that goes:
"Because true belonging only happens when we present our authentic, imperfect selves to the world, our sense of belonging can never be greater than our level of self-acceptance." 🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴 #reputation#vintage#cruelsummer#surroundyourselfwithgoodpeople#fearless

A few years ago, while I was searching for “my why” (which requires a book all by itself) my mother and I decided to join forces and create a business that supports every talent, desire, and dream that we have ever had and intertwine it with our passion for giving back. The idea was like no other, very unique in nature, which made it even scarier to pursue. But lately, it has amazed me that every morning that I wake up the difference that it makes when you are doing what you love and giving it all that you’ve got. When you are doing what you love, every mountain and obstacle is worth climbing and defeating, the unsure days seem to have value, and the level of faith that increases inside of you becomes your fuel to push through and figure out the steps of the next day. •
Thank you mom for joining me on this ride and assisting me in building the foundation of what has now become @allthingsbeautifulandco Thank you for hearing my silly ideas, when they seem wayyyy too far fetch, and still believing in them and thank you for trusting me to be your partner as we continue this unique journey. •
I say this to say, when you factor in how short life is and the things we wake up pursuing everyday that bring us little to no happiness, seek purpose. Figure out a way to take the lifestyle you desire, your passion, that one thing that gives you fire, and find a way to build a business or an idea that supports it. We are all walking this earth searching for something that completes us. And roads lead back to PASSION and PURPOSE. •

Oh yes....for whom shall I fear...? Nothing..and no one....... #fearless 😎💯
What fears are you avoiding?
What fears are creating a regular undercurrent in your daily life?
What fears are affecting your decisions?
What fears are disrupting your joy and peace?
We all have them and some of us have a lot of them. Some are easier to identify and are more visible. Some are very sneaky and sly and take a deeper dive to identify.
News flash: they aren’t going anywhere. You can ignore them all dang day and those stubborn mules will just keep showing up. Relentlessly 🙇🏻♀️.
Never fear (pun intended 😁). You can change your fear stories and you CAN get back in the drivers seat of your life again. Fully and wholly.
I’ve got you! Stay tuned right here👇🏼over the next few weeks for alotta info. I mean folks, I’m gonna be giving away the proverbial farm . . . FREE resources and tips coming your way 👊🏼.
Do you think @tonyrobbins wasn’t AFRAID when he had his first public speaking event?
(As Jim Rohn will say) Of course!! He was SCARED for sure!
Anyone would be, when they are doing something new for the first time.
The only difference between Tony (or almost everyone who has accomplished massive success) and YOU is…
That even when they were afraid of doing something…
THEY DO IT ANYWAY!
Do you really believe that the people who are now doing the thing that YOU dream about doing, were never afraid to FAIL?
Of course they were afraid
But they didn’t stay sitting on their sorry a** all day complaining about their situation and telling everyone they have too much anxiety to do the thing. They took action, and not just action…
They took MASSIVE ACTION.
They didn’t let their fear control their life!
They took control of their life and even when they failed… they kept going, and going, and going until the job gets done, and their dreams become realized.
We need to redefine failure, especially in these times of instant gratification.
We need to understand that FAILURE is just part of the PROCESS!
Especially for young people… Failure means that you are DOING, and doing is always better than NOT doing.
Because THAT’S the real difference between living your dreams, and just dreaming them:
You need to do something, even as you’re scared to do it for the first, second, or third time.
You get over that fear by doing it.
FEEL the fear, know it’s okay and it won’t kill you… and do it anyway.
Or someone else will, and you’ll be kicking yourself for not starting earlier.
In order to succeed in whatever we are trying to accomplish, we need to learn from our mistakes…
Besides, you never really fail.
YOU WIN or YOU LEARN.
What’s something you could do TODAY to help you move through fear?

Do you remember when you first learned how to field a grounder? 🙈
It probably wasn’t pretty. And chances are the ball ended up going between your legs a time or two. You likely weren’t amazing at it right away. If you’re thinking “nahhhh...not me coach!” (you’re lying through your teeth). 😜
It’s okay to suck at something when you first start out! We all do when we learn a new skill! Like riding a bike, it gets easier with practice.
Working on your mental game is the same thing! You’re going to learn special skills and drills to leverage your brain to do things like visualization, self-talk, arousal control, and many other techniques! It WILL feel awkward at first, especially if you’ve never tapped into your mental side before. 🧠
But once you do? Oh girl, get ready to unlock a whole new side of you, you didn’t even know existed!
More confidence, more control, more JOY. Joy in the process, joy in the game, and joy within yourself. You can’t fake this stuff. Your mental game is an inside job, it’s up to you to find it. 😍
Need a coach to guide you? I’d love to be your mental skills coach! Along with other players from across the country!

I literally JUST yesterday was asked what the common denominator is with all the women I have had the pleasure and honor of interviewing on @womenofimpact (link in bio!) and the number ONE thing.... that EVERY SINGLE WOMAN I have interviewed has said is... they were afraid! At one point or another... they all were scared of something. The fear of trying something new. The fear of failing. The fear of being mocked. The fear of judgement. The fear of not being accepted. Any of that sound familiar? 🤔
But how did they become so damn successful and impactful?
Because.... THEY. DID. IT. ANYWAY!!!!
Tag a friend that allows fear to hold them back and let them know you believe in them... and that fear or not.... they’ve GOT THIS! 💪🔥🙌
Welcome to the real life. I hesitated to post this picture, as well as what I wanted to write about...but that in itself, is my problem lately🤣 being fearful of everyone’s opinions. It has now almost been 3 months exactly since I left my school job to stay home & do IG full time. Someone asked me the other day in a question box “how’s it going being at home? Have your followers increased?” And i almost cried. Because, if I can be honest with you for a second, I sort of feel like I’m failing a bit. Now, hang with me. I’m not posting for sympathy, It’s not about a follower or like count. Please believe that. This month has been the first month truly since I’ve started on IG where it’s been slow, I’m not really working with many businesses & creatively? It’s like I’m lost in my own brain. For so long I wasn’t able to do things I wanted because my job prevented me from it. Now, I have the time, but my brain isn’t cooperating. Once things slowed down, & i was sick & gone for almost 2 weeks on here, coming back was HARD. My numbers TANKED & I haven’t recovered at all. I talked about my sickness & the Super Bowl half time show & you would have thought I offended half the nation based on how quickly people jumped ship. I left a job with coworkers to have discussions with & now I feel like the new kid in school, trying to figure out where I fit in & hoping to make real friendships here.
I say all this just to remind you that picture perfect feeds have real life humans behind them. My house & brain are currently both HUGE messes. The part of me that stresses about the numbers & algorithms of the gram is the business part of me that does NOT want to fail, especially after quitting a job to be here. I don’t want to do ANY job badly. Putting yourself out into the world of social media is HARD. If people don’t like you, they are HAPPY to tell you a whole list of reasons why🤣 It’s hard to let yourself take “days off” from this job because the algorithm will try to sink you, but mental health is more important. Thank you guys for understanding & encouraging me lately! I DO love this crazy gig & all of you SO MUCH❤️ consider me & my house as ‘under construction’🤣🤪

I posted something similar in my Instagram stories yesterday and everyone was agreeing.
I was told this many times after James memorial service.
Throat punches are completely justified.
