This is a pretty cute pic right?! Doesn’t it look like I have the “PERFECT” family?! News flash folks. We are anything but perfect. Whatever that word means…
Don’t get me wrong… I freakin love my family. I am grateful for what I have and I am grateful for what we have gone through to get to where we are today. Many of you know that it took a while for me to conceive and then once we got going there was like no holding me back. I wanted all the babies…”like now”. I got tired, burnt out and lost site of what was important. Our marriage struggled, my relationships struggled and it took a long time to recover from it all. That said, I am so proud of the imperfections that my family carries and want you all to know that despite beautiful pictures that you might see on social media and holidays cards, every family, every individual has a story.
What these pictures up at Horsetooth do not show thanks to our amazing photographer @testifyphotography are how annoyed my children and hubby were at me for making them take pictures on a FREEZING day. After bribing the kids with “all the treats” and a trip to @oldfirehousebooks in Old Town they cooperated for the 5 minutes that it took to get all these cute shots. I just know that in 20 years they will look back at these and thank me 😉 #notperfectfamily #newsflash #lovemyfamily #marriagestruggles #horsetooth #bribeyourkids #workatiteveryday #findyourbetter

As a “Coloradoan” I do love the word “elevate” for so many reasons. Coloradoans are blessed with the ability to climb mountains taking us to the highest heights. If you have ever reached the peak of a mountain, you might know that feeling that I love when reaching the top. I naturally PAUSE, BREATH IN and BREATH OUT.
In order to “elevate” to the next level, one needs to PAUSE, BREATH IN, and BREATH OUT.
Whether you are looking at making huge strides in your career or taking the next step in a relationship, remember that it is ok to PAUSE & BREATHE.
So, as you begin a new week… instead of holding your breath and diving in to your to do list. PAUSE, BREATH and know that You Got This.

Do you know your “love language”? Here are some options…
•Words of Affirmation
•Acts of Service
Do you know your loved one’s “love language”?
If not, take some time today thinking about it. Take some time today talking to them about it.
How do you show your love? There is no right or wrong way to show love. It is just what comes natural to you. For me, I love when I find that perfect little gift for a friend without looking for a gift. My hubby @filed.square loves #chocolate so when I see a caramel covered chocolate from a new company I am on it! Here is the thing though… his love language is not “receiving gifts”. So while I love giving the chocolate, I still have to be aware of the fact that his love language is different. Ironically, his language takes me outside of my comfort zone. He loves all the hugs and kisses and physical touch does not come easy to me. That said, I work on learning how to speak his language better because that is what we do… we work on our relationship.
How do you like to be loved? Interesting question to ponder ha?!
Once you identify these two things (how you show love and how you like to be loved), have fun speaking your loved one’s language a bit more this week!

Buzz word alert! Hashtag PIVOT. “PIVOT. PIVOT. PIVOT.” Friends - Ross Pivot ( #YouTube )
Example: A basketball player holding the ball may move in any direction with one foot, while keeping the other (the pivot foot) in contact with the floor. I LOVE this example for anyone finding themselves in my shoes (pun intended) and wondering if they need to pivot. To pivot is not a “bad” thing, although to pivot can mean hard decisions. To me, to pivot means holding on to what is important, letting go of what does not align, and changing direction or course when appropriate.
As of yesterday, I was feeling pretty good about the new year and how things were going. I was 8 days in to 2020, I was keeping up with my morning routine and my vision board was/is centrally located so I could see it everyday. I was “doing all the things!”. Here is the thing though, half way through day 8 I realized that I CAN’T DO IT ALL. After digging deep about what is important to me, I realized that I needed to pivot.
My pivot looks different than a basketball player’s pivot. My pivot looks like this…
* hold on tight to what is important (relationships with family and friends and career)
* let go of a goal that did not align with what is important to me
How about you? Did you set an intention this year that might need to be shifted a bit? IT IS OK. What is great is that every day is a new day. Every day is a fresh start. You get to decide the direction you are going to take. Pivot when you need to. Stay the course when it aligns with your priorities. I am letting go of a goal that I realized was not aligning with my current priorities. Need to make a new list? Do it! Need to create a new vision board? Do it! If you are local, we can do it together.

Join us in welcoming Alice to the BFTeam as Project Manager! 👋
Yesterday our oldest daughter Catherine asked us if we like what we do. I love when kids ask the simple questions that end up being BIG questions.
“Yes my girl. I do like what I do.” I didn’t go in to too much detail at the time of the question but it did get me thinking about my past. Since graduating college at The University of Dayton with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship, I have tried on a few different careers to include meeting & event planning, restaurant management, non-profits, heath & fitness, coaching and most recently real-estate.
I am happy to say that TODAY I am right where I am suppose to be. I am able to use my background to connect with my clients and provide value. As a real estate professional I can share information on their home, the market that they live in and the market nationwide in the way that works for them. Not only that, I can still support all of those that are interested in enhancing their lives by living in a mindful way whether it be eating clean or starting a new workout routine. I enjoy coaching people to get from point A to Z. This could be from their current home in Chicago to a new home in Northern Colorado. This could be from the couch to the treadmill. “Yes my girl. I do like what I do.”
How about you? “Do you like what you do?” Let me take it one step further… “Do you like where you live?” If not, how can I help you get from A to Z.

If I quit now I will soon be back to where I started.
And when I started I was desperately wishing to be where I am now.
Think about it for a second. Close your eyes and imagine where you could be in 3 months, 6 months, a year... if you started now?
What would that look like?
The first step to change is stepping through fear. It’s ok to be scared. Fear is normal. Be afraid and do it anyway! #pruvit#oneyearago#starttoday#dayone#ketoish#ketones#findyourbetter
Repeat these words to yourself. “You are more than perfect. You are YOU.“
“You do you” is an expression that I heard a few years back and it resonated with me. For years I tried to conform or mold to exactly what I thought others around me would want me to be like. Sure, some past jobs required me to wear a suit or maybe even a uniform. What I wore and how I dressed might have been molded by the environment around me. When in Boston I dressed preppy, when in Chicago I dressed more conservative, and when I moved to Colorado I started bringing out the jeans a bit more and letting my hair go. I am happy to say that at this point in my life I can be preppy, conservative and “let it go” all on the same day and love it. Put wardrobe aside and let’s talk about what “You do you” actually means.
To me, “You do you” means to truly wake up each day and allow your body to move in a way that suits you. If you need a little bit more time in the morning to wake up and just relish in the new day… then take that time in bed or on your couch or just sitting at your breakfast table drinking coffee. I you are one that likes to get up and go, then don’t let anyone stop you! You go for it. For me, I have recently found that if I lay in bed for a few minutes upon waking up before getting up and going, it suits me best. But, it took a long time to figure that out. “You do you” means saying yes to the things that truly fill your cup and no to the things that deplete you. “You do you” means going to a social event and honoring your true personality. If you are one that likes to make rounds and talks to everyone in the room… don’t let anyone stop you! If you are one that likes to sit back and observe a bit more… than don’t feel pressure to jump in and start a conversation with a stranger. You do you.
Now, repeat the statement to yourself again. “You are more than perfect. You are YOU.“ And, if you are so motivated to share… please comment below on one or two or even five things about yourself that makes you YOU.
*motivational quote from @actfusion

*It was the kind of year that brought health & happiness. *It was the kind of year that I listened intensely, used my words wisely, realized that other people’s situations don’t have anything to do with me, and learned to ask more questions instead of make assumptions. *It was the kind of year that I found harmony being a Mom, wife and REALTOR. *It was the kind of year that I did not beat myself up over making mistakes or not reaching specific goals. *It was the kind of year that I tried my best.
*I look forward to looking back at this in 365 days to see how it all turned out. There will be bumps in the road, but if I keep these things in mind I will know I did my best

Mentor, role model, coach, someone you look up to. All of these have one thing in common. They support you.
Did the first few sentences make you stop and think about who that person in your life might be? I have taken on a number of mentors, role models and coach throughout my life based on my career and vision for that particular time in my life.
Take a moment to think back to who has helped you get from point A to Z and then reach out to them to let them know how they made an impact in your life. You never know… you might be able to help them with something that they are working through!

When we were kids we were told to “clear the table”. As adults we refer to “clear head”. This word “clear” is top of mind for me right now as I “clear the clutter” and look ahead to 2020.
Is there anything that you need to “clear” over the next few days in order to go in to 2020 feeling grounded, focused, and ready?
It could be as easy as clearing the mail from the counter or the wrappers and receipts from your car. What can you clear from your life in order to have less distractions and more focus?
I am excited to head back from a wonderful trip to clear out a small room in our house and set up a home office so that I can better serve my Real Estate clients when I am working from home. I want a place in my home where I can focus on providing value to anyone that is interested in buying a new home or selling an existing home. Want to visit me in my new home office in 2020? “The happiest of days are the days we think of others.” Monsignor Ken Velo, Old St Pats Chicago
It’s a wonderful time of year, but can also be a very stressful and sad time of year as some think back to losing loved ones or events that occurred the previous months. As you move through your day be mindful that everyone has a current story, a past, and a future ahead. When someone bumps in to you at the store or cuts you in line at the coffee shop, stop yourself from judgement and remember that they too have “all the things” going on. Their time is just as valuable as yours, their list of “to dos” is no less important than yours, and they are human just like you. You don’t know what challenges they are facing today or obstacles they might have ahead.
It’s not easy, but when keeping @thefouragreements in mind my days are a bit less stressful and it easier to keep others in mind. Be impeccable with your words. Don’t take things personally. Don’t make assumptions. Always do your best.

Everyday we have the ability to meet new people. When I lived in Boston, I was known to start chatting with strangers while waiting for the light to change on my walk to work in the morning. One such person actually asked me if I was from the Midwest. When I told them I was from a suburb outside Chicago they rolled their eyes and laughed. Apparently… us Midwestern-ers are known for being chatty with strangers. I have always been the one to introduce myself to the person I am waiting in line with for coffee or at the park with the kids. I draw the line when it comes to airplane rides though! This week I took a break from my holiday to-dos and visited a friend. My friend @LynseyMahlum is an amazing person so it was no surprise that I hit it off with her parents that were visiting for the week. I had no expectations for my visit with Lynsey other than catching up, but ended up walking out of her house feeling more “grounded” than I have felt in weeks and “light” and “free” at the same time. Grounded, light and free is not easy for me to get to and I am grateful for the time I took to stop “doing all the thing” to simply connect with amazing people.
You see, in just 45 short minutes Lynsey’s Dad and I asked each other a lot of questions and listened to one another’s answers. We were able to connect quickly and realized that we have similar stories and tendencies. By the time I left, Lynsey’s Dad was giving me a lava rock bracelet that he randomly picked up that week at the store, but didn’t know who he was going to give it to. The lava rock has grounding properties. Little did he know that I have a collection of these bracelets because they are exactly what I need all-the-time. I learned from him that you can add essential oils to the lava to enhance their properties and deliver the benefits of the oils in a different way.
When was the last time that you had a conversation with a complete stranger? Try it on! You never know what you will learn from one another. I look forward to helping Lynsey’s Dad someday like he helped me get grounded last week.

Choices. A word that I keep coming back to as 2019 wraps up. A word that I keep in mind as I take “sneak peeks” at 2020. Whether I am exploring my new 2020 planner or visualizing the next year, I am getting some sneak peeks and am really excited about the year ahead. I have choices.
Here is the thing. My “planning” looks a little different this year than it has in years past. Sure, I will plan on working out, meal prepping, regular doctor visits, spending time with family & friends, trips to the mountains and back to Chicago. I will plan on drinking all the ounces of water, staying dry, showing up to work and being present, and feeding my kids. These things are the easy breezy things. What is hard for me are the things that are not the day-to-day activities. The things that come up when I least expect them. The things that I don’t choose to put in my calendar and just pop up. It is hard for me to make choices on the fly.
But, as I open up my 2020 planner I am so beyond excited to choose to keep white spaces in my days and weeks. The white space resembles the unknown. The white spaces scare me. The white spaces will challenge me. The white spaces will change me. The white space resembles the times that are to come where I get to choose to say HELL YES or a firm NO. The white space resembles opportunities to connect with one of my kids or a client.
I choose to keep a lot of white space in my 2020 planner. Why? So that I can be available for a friend when they need a sounding board. So that I can say YES to my husband when he wants to take me on a last minute date. So that I can show homes to my clients when they are ready to move or sell their home. So that I can read a book to my littles at night without feeling like I need to rush out to the next thing.
Does this resonate with you? Comment below on what you think about white space in your planner/calendar/day.

I have been doing a lot of complaining lately! I have been complaining about snow days and sick kids because I have had to adjust my work schedule. I have been complaining about how icy it is outside because my mornings runs have not looked the way that I wanted them to look. I have even been complaining about traffic! All of this complaining is doing me NO GOOD.
That said, I need to snap out of it! I am not judging myself for all the complaining. That will do me no good. But, I am acknowledging it and moving on.
When I look back at the snow day, I am actually super grateful to have the job that I do as a REALTOR that allows me to work from home and serve my clients and my family. When I look back at sick kids, I am grateful for the intuition that I have as a Mother to give them what they need…love, compassion, time, and lots of water and clean foods. When I look back at the mornings I didn’t run because it was icy, I am grateful to have my yoga practice that brings a different kind of joy. When I look back at the traffic, I think how blessed I am to have places to go and people to see.
Try it on. Have you had to complain lately? How can you turn it around?!

As you enter a new month, I encourage you to observe your hourly, daily and weekly activities. You might be one that creates a list of things (“to do list”) that you hope to accomplish over the course of your day or your week. Alternatively, you might be a fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants kind of person. No matter how you go about your days and weeks, ask yourself if the way that you are doing things right now is SUSTAINABLE. Whether it be at home or in the office, our human tendency is to accomplish things. To get things done. Whether it is wrapping presents to put under the tree or forecasting a budget for the new year, it is always nice to sit back and observe the end result. Sure, I can sit here and tell you things like “enjoy the process”, but I am not talking about those big intentions (goals). I am talking about those activities that you need to do in order to just keep things moving (think laundry, cleaning, groceries, expense tracking, scheduling, etc).
2019 has been a year of change for me. Navigating a new job as a REALTOR led to evaluating routines and taking a hard look at all of my activities. At some point, I realized that I could not sustain doing “all the things” (I am still accepting this fact!). Pete and I have had to work together to come up with a new “norm” that works and that is SUSTAINABLE. Pete and I make it a point to sit down on Sundays to go over our hourly, daily and weekly “things”. As much as I love routine and schedule, I have accepted that we need to alter our ways in order to sustain energy for our kids, love for one another, and passion for all that fuels our fire.
Are you able to maintain your energy, love and passion at the rate you are going? If not, make some small changes. Say no from time to time. Take something off your plate that does not give you energy, that you do not love doing and that you don’t have a passion for. It is ok.

Can we take a moment to talk about gratitude? It isn’t an event that happens once a year, but rather a lifestyle. Gratitude is meant to be practiced daily. I would argue even hourly. ..
So many times today I reflected on how much we’ve accomplished in the last year. And how much of a gratitude lens we see through now. Grateful for the good. Grateful for the lessons. And grateful for the moments that broke us because we came out even stronger. Because I truly believe that we go through only what we are capable of overcoming. And if we can see that and be grateful for knowing the overcoming will happen, everything feels lighter. ..
I am not the person I was one, two, five, or ten years ago. I am drastically more positive and less anxious. Adopting daily gratitude has been one (of many) ways my life has changed for the better. I challenge you all to extend your gratitude from today into every day. View your life through a grateful lens. Why was this experience good? What did I gain? What can I overcome from this? Your life will forever be changed if you do. 🥰🥰

About a year and a half ago now I tried my first ketone.
At the time I thought I would give this a try because I was curious what they were. .
I remember when my trial that I got ran out life kinda went on abd I was wondering why I was so tired, grumpy, and just not myself.
Then it clicked.
It was the Ketones that had brightened my world and I didn't even realize it until I ran out of that first trial.
After that I immediately got another trial so it would tide me over until my order came in the mail and I haven't looked back.
I have and will never go a day without them again!
You see, when you realize how good you can feel you never want to go back to the way things were.
I'm on day 5 of consistently drinking ketones twice and day and not only am I down 4 pounds so far, but it's reminding me how it first felt when I tried them.
I would love for you to join me on the next challenge starting Dec 2nd, but really you can start anytime!
Where could you have just a little bit of BETTER in your life?

Are you obsessed with numbers? In the past I was so obsessed with the number on the scale. I determined my success based on that number. Can anyone relate?
The other day I met with a friend for a personal training session. (Really it was just for fun and for her to give me ideas on what I can do at home.) The first thing I saw was the scale. Man, I threw that thing out in 2016 and could care less on what I weigh because that number no longer defines me. I saw the number and it’s still 8-10 pounds over my pre pregnancy weight which isn’t too bad since my pre pregnancy weight was the healthiest I’ve ever been. It truly didn’t bother me like it would have in the past. Does anyone weigh themselves daily because that used to be me?
A new number that I’m interested in is fat percentage compared to muscle percentage. My goal is for my muscle percentage to be higher than my fat percentage. That is all. I don’t care what the percentage is as long as the muscle number is larger. You won’t see me counting calories, measuring macros (what are those anyways), weighing myself, dieting, or at the gym during the holidays. You will see me drinking ketones daily, eating when I’m hungry, stopping when I’m full, foam rolling, stretching, doing simple movements and working on my strength. I don’t want to be a skinny mom, I want to be a strong mom. Everyone defines their success differently. This is my new goal. 🙌🏻 Who wants to challenge themselves with me? You literally just drink ketones daily and then fill in the blanks with goals that best fit you. We are all better together so let’s find your better whatever that looks like to you. 💜💜💜 🦃 💪🏻💜💜💜 #bethebestyou#ketolifestyle#dietsdontwork#findyourbetter#holidays#positivechange#bodyfat#musclebuilding#mompreneur#drinkketones#throwthescaleaway#dowhatsbestforyou#momlife#feelgood

A little over a month ago, I started studying and practicing the @iceman_hof Method. To simplify the meaning of the method, I will sum it up with three words. Cold. Breath. Commit.
I am not ashamed to share that I have suffered from anxiety and depression over the years. Intuitively, I came to realize that after I took cold a** showers or after I would swim in natural water I would feel really good. Like really really good. When I learned that there was this guy out there that created a method that was helping individuals with things like anxiety and depression, hormone balance or sleep quality I was intrigued. I tried the method on and it is working.
I was beyond excited to learn that my @yoga2lifecoaching mentor @carriemartello learned of the method and was trying it on herself. When she invited me to take a cold water plunge on a day that started at 7 degrees, I was a HELL YES. Carrie taught me that we would sit at the edge of the water doing the breathing that Wim recommends in order to prepare ourselves for the experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing experience of deep breath work prior to the plunge that eliminated all fear and anxiety.
Not only was walking slowly and then submerging in the water exhilarating, but it made me realize that if I can do that I can do all the other hard stuff that scares me.
I am grateful for @carriemartello. She started as the amazing yoga teacher I would take classes from. Over the years, she taught me how to listen and coach others, introduced me to my counselor that guided me to sobriety, and to this day encouraging me to be a better version of myself through methods like @iceman_hof and reading. If you don’t know Carrie, check her out at @mindstreamyoga and @yoga2lifecoaching with @coachtrainingalliance.
Have I sparked your interest?! Thinking about submerging in to cold water?! Give it a try.

You are only as strong as the people that you surround yourself with... “Find and focus on relationships with those who can share their wins and positive vibes and help you realize that you can do the same. Life is too short for the negativity.”
~Jennifer Cohen, FORBES
I’ve got a few key soulful and true friends in my life that I can call on... (and they don’t even bat an eyelash to call right back, knowing I’d do the same.) But when it comes to talking fitness industry aspirations with like-minded individuals who are there to help you dig deep and encourage and support your growth, opportunity may not always run abundant... especially when for a long time, you get caught up in a jammed schedule of traveling from one studio to another to conduct group fitness classes... or traveling from one state or country to another for leading fitness master trainings... in other words, a mind and body that are always “on the run.” Is there any time and energy left to find and cultivate these important relationships?
I’ve been craving being in the company of, vibing with, and meeting like-minded fitness pros looking to achieve something greater in their fitness careers... and who are also supportive of, and encouraging to others who are seeking the same.
An idea from author @Jamesclear
“If you want to take something more seriously, do it publicly.”
I agree 100%

I enjoy helping individuals by meeting them where they are at in their lives.
While managing a restaurant in Boston, I chose to be the last one there to ensure that customers were happy, employees were safe and the tables were ready to go again the next morning. Often times staying up until 3am because I understood the value that I was providing by the activities I was doing. I moved on to work for the Chamber of Commerce and helped small businesses connect with one another and the community. When in Chicago, I enjoyed organizing events for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation knowing that as a team we were creating awareness around a cause that effects so many. In addition to my passion for event planning, I have a passion for the mind and body and throughout the years have dialed in on how to coach others to achieve wellness goals.
Today, I find myself in a new career doing the same thing that I have always loved doing.
I enjoy helping individuals by meeting them where they are at in their lives.
Today, I help my clients by asking them questions, listening to their answers and providing them with information based on their answers. My goal for my clients is to simply BE HAPPY with the decisions that they make surrounding their home. Whether they are selling or buying, it does not matter. I am here to help. Need help? Lets talk.

I’m a freelance writer & a company I work with does a campaign called #FindYourBetter . It's to promote the positive aspects of having flexible work opportunities.
What is better?
Better is ... having the availability to go to an appointment whenever it is most convenient for ME, not my workplace.
Better is ... getting to work in an environment that allows me to do my best regardless of whether it's in a traditional office, at home, or a coffee shop.
Better is ... still being able to work even when we have a wedding to attend that takes us out of Fargo or even the state.
The latter is one I'm currently experiencing and have used a lot this summer as we've clearly hit (hopefully) our peak wedding year — nearly 10! I'm so thankful to have the flexibility to not put my work on hold, take time off, or have to work extra hours to get everything done in advance. I can work wherever I end up for the day, which yesterday meant Magnolia’s brand new coffee shop in Waco, Texas.
Not complaining AT ALL! 🙌🏼
What's your better?

Eleven months ago I was a completely different person. Even tho I had been on my health journey for a few months and had success and was drinking ketones I still hid behind my lack of self confidence, the opinions of others and fear or negativity.
Welp... not anymore!
I have been peaking out of a cracked shelf for to long. I’m about to break the shell into a million pieces and never go back!
Ready or not here I come!! #reinventyourself#beyou#findyourbetter#youdeserveit#worthit#ketonesforlife

Incredibly proud of my girl @gimenacebs and her Better Bodies journey so far.
Guided by @andreamcdonaldnutrition she has lost over 17 lbs and 6 inches on her waist over 11 weeks.
Starting her training with back pain and low energy levels, Gimena has taken her strength gains into her physical job and has never felt stronger. Deadlifting her personal best of 135lbs for 5 reps and improving her upper body strength and mobility.
You’ll find Gimena utilizing this resiliency to smash spin class, circuit class and runs around Kitsilano with her beautiful dog Raffles. She will not be stopped!
Trance-formation! Whatever you are focused on long enough will become your habit, mindset, and psychology. You can form the type of trance that will be beneficial for what you want. We are challenging ourselves to do BETTER, so we can do BETTER for other people.

I honestly feel like this transformation has just gotten started!
It’s not just about a physical transformation, it’s mental and spiritual as well!
I know you’re tired. I know you’re nervous. I know you’re afraid to fail. I know you need something to help make a difference.
Transformation doesn’t have to be perfect or be something you do on your own. Helping others with their own transformation has become my heart! I’d love to help you too! #drinkketones#tendaychallenge#doitforyou#youreworthit#youdeservethis#findyourbetter

Transformation tuesday! Ready to start your journey? We have a brand new beta challenge that can help u
Snuggles with my main little man are my favorite. I love that I have the opportunity to be more present with my kids and our family. ❤️
It hasn't been easy getting here, but the journey has been so worth it. My mission a year ago was to make sure I was not only present more with my kids, but to afford to be present too. And each day I continue to strive towards being better for not only them but myself and every other person out there looking for someone to help them find their better. .
I am so thankful I took this path. I found a new passion and drive to help inspire others to do the same, and this little man and his sister are my 'why'. They make it all worth it ❤️ #family#timefreedom#mywhy#findyourbetter#momlife#socialsisterhood

Life is tough my darling, but so are you. 💗 .
I’ve watched my girl deal with many things in her little life, and she’s always remained brave and strong. As difficult as her first few years of life were, these past 2 years have been the most emotionally trying. .
I see her struggle. I see her trying to hide her pain. I see her heartbreak when she misses events. I see her frustration when trying to decide the best meals for her. I see her exhausted from trying hard to do all the things she loves to do. .
The feeling of failing her is one of my biggest fears. I often worry If I’m doing a good enough job advocating and helping her. I see her going through hard things, and I hope she knows and sees how truly amazing and brave she is. And how she inspires me every day to be better. .
Some days are harder than others, but I’m so thankful for her beautiful spirit. Love her beyond the moon and stars 🌟
Have you visited @alexjuniorespresso yet? ☕ They recently implemented an awesome ‘Pay It Forward’ system, where you can pay for someone’s next coffee with your order. When the AJ team spots a customer who looks like they're having a rough day or could use a friendly gesture, their coffee is taken care of! 😍😱 Faith in humanity restored, amiright?! 💫 PLUS, I hear the cafe is a great place to grab your early morning cuppa joe and pastry on the way to watch the kids play Saturday sport. 😉
