I can not believe I only have two more workouts left in this 💯 workout program! I’ve loved it! This is the program i kicked off my coaching business with! I’m looking forward to the next program with my girls! “The hardest thing about taking the first step, is taking the first step. So sometimes you have to jump.” .
Incase you didn’t know- I love a good sweat session while taking a Barre class! If I don’t get sweaty, I view it as I didn’t work hard enough 😅 The 2 leg exercises that I have a love/hate relationship with are Narrow V, and Chair pose. My legs go crazy and it’s like a fricken earthquake is happening right before my eyes haha Quakes and shakes in your muscles are good while working out!!! Don’t shy away from them. It’s your body getting stronger! It is your fat crying 😂
That Booty though 👀🍑
Let’s be honest I think majority of us are so scared to post on social media your selfies let alone a booty pic ( insert gasp, omg Becky did you see so and so post that booty pic 🤣) for fear of being judged or coming across vain. This photo was taken back in September of last year right before my first Bodybuiding Competion and I’ve went over a thousand times in my head why I shouldn’t post it. That’s so ridiculous right? .
So guurrrlllll I’m here to tell you take the photos and post the damn thangs Okuurrrrrrr 👏🏻 .
Be proud of how far you’ve come ! Trust me they are very motivating to look back on and see all your hard work come together in a photo capturing only a glimpse of your journey. .
People who don’t understand will roll their eyes and hate on you but do your best to ignore the noise, let the haters hate and do what makes you happy. You can’t please everyone in life so don’t let that hold you back from your own happiness. .
Do the things that are good for your soul and most importantly your own mindset. So Post The Photo! And cheers to being unapologetically you 😉 .
Let’s continue to uplift and empower the women around us!

Featured Friday Win!
I can so relate to this. In “pretty” good shape, “mostly” there, “almost” where you want to be. For years. It’s just life after babies. Right?? WRONG!
Ladies, you don’t have to settle for that! I had just about settled and so did this client! But look what happened! I’m so proud of her and the work she’s doing. Not perfect, not deprived, just fully stocked in knowledge and “mostly” implementing. And she’s just getting started.
Join me February 3rd and stop settling! Link at @annbschulte

#fridayselflovetalks : let’s talk about the real meaning of self love for a quick sec. ✨
Self love has such a different meaning depending on the person you talk to. ✨
I must admit there was a season I thought that taking care of myself meant the idea of being selfish. But after being diagnosed with anxiety I started to understand the true meaning of self love. ✨
The truth is self care is essential. if you take care of yourself in a way that is honoring you as a person , you are limitless on the love you can give to others. ✨
It’s not vanity... it’s sanity. If you look at self love in a way that your are bettering yourself so you are able to be all in for kids, your husband, or even business, it’s keeping your mind body and soul healthy and strong. ✨
I want to offer you this idea about self love, real self care is taking care of yourself so you can be all in to be able to give your whole self to those that matter. So that you can serve with the energy and love that they deserve. ✨
I am so excited to invite you to a 5 day masterclass in February (details to come soon) where you will discover your own love story. We will take a deep dive into self love and how we can really create a life with honoring yourself so that you can wholeheartedly give to those most important to you. ✨
How will you honor yourself today? ✨
>>essential tip: diffuse 3 drops bergamot, 2 drops cedar wood, 1 drop jasmine to create feelings of love and acceptance for oneself. .

All that love and care you give out to everyone else,
Try giving a little to that person you see in the mirror.
I know you feel like your failing.
Like your not being a good enough parent, spouse , worker. Person In general.
But darling, no one is perfect.
No one has it all together.
Some are just better at hiding their struggles than others.
My husband is a military man. He works in the hospital and often has to go in or stay over when it’s not scheduled.
So as a mom and wife, I naturally do my best to take care of everything else all while running my at home fitness business.
Finances, groceries, meal planning, cleaning, laundry, packing lunches, making sure there is food in the fridge for everyone and so on. I do it all.
I do everything for everyone to make sure their days run smoothly. That they have less to worry about once they get home from work.
And I’m not complaining I love to take care of my family, but let’s be honest it’s exhausting.
Especially with my health. I’m whooped at the end of the day.
But remember, you have to take care of yourself too.
You can’t pour from an empty cup.
When your cup is full you will be able to show up for those you love more.
For me, that’s getting in my workout , reading my personal development or doing something I enjoy.
It’s taking care of myself so I can keep up with everything.
Do something today to fill your cup.
It may look differently than how I fill mine and that’s okay.
As long as it’s something for you 💕
Health is so important to me.
I am not just naturally thin. I work at it.
Why? I’ve seen the importance of being healthy my whole life. I watched my mom get cancer at age 30 and die when she was 38.
Two of my uncles and my aunt died of cancer. My grandma had a stroke.
I don’t bemoan all that I’ve lost; my losses fuel my commitment to a healthy lifestyle that includes: 🥛Drinking a vegan shake daily that gives me proteins, probiotics, probiotics, digestive enzymes, adaptogens, fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. 💪🏻Keeping my body fit with results-driven exercise programs. 🥦Eating foods that fuel my day.
Do I treat myself? Of course- balance is key!
Mental health day with my guys. They asked for 🍕, movies, and cuddles in mommy’s bed. So we shoved our faces and are spending this rainy afternoon watching movies in my bed. Two friendly reminders 1) don’t forget kids need mental health days too and 2) don’t be so caught up in the grind you forget to enjoy your life (to each person this means different things). Plan accordingly and balance. Per Dr. Seuss “step with care and great tact and remember that life’s a great balancing act” ✌🏻

What do you do when you’re struggling with a move? Modify it!😃 I found that this was a move that I’d never tried before. My balance was a bit off and so I got on my knees to make the move much easier.
I believe that is exactly what happens and why some people are afraid of trying new workouts. They may seem difficult but adjusting it to what works for you will make a huge difference! Then with time you’ll be able to do the original move without a problem!
January is almost over and a new month is around the corner. If you’ve been hesitating to start a new workout regimen, don’t be! Remember it can be adjusted to your needs. I have 4 spots left for my 6 week challenge, HURRY and reserve your spot before it’s gone! The only thing you’ll lose is those unwanted pounds.
How many times do you go down the salad dressing aisle in the grocery store and just pick a dressing without looking at the ingredients label?
I used to do it all the time! Until one day I actually flipped that bottle over and looked at the label. Most of the conventional salad dressings are filled with preservatives and other things that turn your healthy salad into anything but healthy. But what’s the alternative…dry salad…no thanks.
I have found that making my own salad dressing is not only simple but also allows me to control the ingredients so that I keep out the stuff that my tummy is sensitive to (hello black pepper) and ensure I am keeping that salad healthy.
Here’s the recipe!
1/3 c. rice vinegar
1/3 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tsp. raw honey
2 tsp. grated ginger
1/4 c. + 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
Place all into small blender and blend until well combined. Store in an airtight container or bottle in the refrigerator.
Note: this recipe is also great as a veggie/meat marinade

✨ Juniper Berry: Es calmante y estabilizador. Y ayuda a la mente a calmar los pensamientos y no tener pesadillas.

When I first had Chloé I looked in the mirror everyday and cried (literally). I wasn’t mentally prepared for postpartum which for me included stretch marks, saggy breast, jiggly midsection, etc. The way my body looked dampened my mood and I didn’t feel like a boss (and y’all know that’s rare). For Christmas, Justin purchased personal training sessions for me with @dillyroman and it’s the best gift I’ve ever received. Dilly is booked and busy but is dedicated to my snapback and finds time to not only train me but to motivate me as well. Yesterday she reminded me that I’m a boss ass bitch and it’s okay to be vulnerable. I needed to hear that. I woke up this morning with a new outlook on what my snapback will be and I felt ten pounds lighter 😉 @dillyroman thanks for lifting me up physically and mentally. Let’s put in this work 💪🏾 #fitmom#blackmomsblog#postpartum#postpartumbody#munamommy#whattoexpect
