🏗Train your Brachialis to build bigger arms🏗 •
Happy Sunday team! Hope you’ve all had beaut weekends, I’m feeling slightly worse for wear after celebrating my dads birthday with a good old family and friends house party 🥳 •
But it’s not gonna stop me getting another posy out for you guys! So if you’re looking to build up the size of your arms, one muscle you could be overlooking is your brachialis 👀
This is the muscle that lives in between your biceps and tricep, and so building it can help to increase the size of your arms 💪🏼 So here are my three favourite exercises to train them!
1️⃣ Hammer Curls - this is a pretty classic exercise but it’s really easy to let your arms off easy with it, so make sure you keep your elbows tucked to your torso and only move your forearms!
2️⃣ Overhand EZ Grips - again you want to be keeping your elbows tight to your body here, but you can use this to build up forearms as well 👌🏼
3️⃣ Cross Body Curls - these are without a doubt my favourite exercise of these three 🙌🏼 With each rep you turn your arms inwards (so your palms are facing the front of your body) and then bring the DB up and across your body so it reaches the pec on the opposite side of the body.
Be sure to add a coupon of these into your next arm workout and you’ll be set to have your arms hugging your sleeves in no time 😝

Peanut Butter Overnight Oats 🍌🍓🥜 THE BEST Overnight Oats EVER! These will be a permanent part of your food prep routine bc they are CrAzY delicious! 😋
Not only do they save you time in the morning, but they’re also much easier to digest than unsoaked oats.
As the oats soak overnight, their digestibility greatly improves. Overnight as they soak, their starches break down which improves digestibility and the natural phytic acid (which all plants contain) is greatly reduced that makes them more easily absorbed by your body!
To a large mixing bowl, add almond milk, oats, chia seeds and honey and stir to combine.
Prepare 4 mason jars. Fill each halfway with the oatmeal mixture, then add one Tablespoon of peanut butter and cover each equally with the remaining oatmeal.
Cover securely with the lids and set in the refrigerator overnight (for at least 6 hours). Before serving, stir, add sliced fresh bananas and strawberries and enjoy!

kann jedoch einen gegenteiligen Effekt auslösen und dem Körper schaden. Aus diesem Grund ist es, gerade zu Beginn, wichtig, einen externen Blick auf die Übung zu erhalten und Korrekturen zu ermöglichen, um das Optimum herauszuholen.
In diesem Fall ist die Plank ein fantastisches Training, welches sich nach Belieben variieren lässt.

The more you can do now, before the craziness of the week begins, the better. We don't get bonus points for using hero-like willpower.
3 reasons you are constantly looking for new clients.⠀
You might be thinking, “I need more leads, or I need more followers. I just need to get more people interested.”⠀
Let’s take a step back.⠀
Do you have any clients right now?⠀
Yes- Perfect, keep reading.⠀
No- Well yeah, you need leads. We’ll talk about that in a future post.⠀
If you already have clients you are working with, consider 3 reasons WHY they are not resigning.⠀
❌ You didn’t ask them to.⠀
They only bought a month of coaching or 5 pack of sessions, and you didn’t even ask them to continue working with you.⠀
➡️ Go ask them to continue on, and this time, get them to commit.⠀
Which brings us to our next point...⠀
❌ You don’t require commitments.⠀
We know it takes commitment and consistency to reach health and fitness goals. It’s part of your job as the coach to set the expectation for your clients by requiring them to commit with memberships or reoccurring packages.⠀
➡️ Only offer long term commitments to your clients. This is a WIN WIN, it creates stability in your business and your clients are more likely to get their desired results.⠀
Which brings us to the final point...⠀
❌ You didn’t deliver the results they were looking for.⠀
They don’t want to work with you anymore because the coaching “didn’t work.” Use this as an opportunity to reflect on how to show up as a better coach. What would have gotten them the results? Is it something you could control?⠀
➡️ Incorporate that into your program or offer.⠀

And before I hear or they tell you “maybe you should rest” comments...I’m always tired & feel fatigued so I’d be resting my whole life since I got diagnosed. I do rest when I should. I love that I’ve gotten so many messages from others with lupus, keep pushing, next session will be better.
