Kjo eshte nje recete me pak perberes por me shume shije.
Na duhen 500 gr kerpudha, 2 qepe, 2-3 thelpinj hudher, 1 gote qumesht, 2 luge gjelle vaj ulliri, nje luge gjelle gjalp, nje luge gjelle miell, kripe, piper i zi, rozmarine.
Ne fillim skuqim qepet e grira ne vaj + gjalp per 2-3 minuta, shtojme hudhren dhe kerpudhat e pastruara dhe te grira dhe vazhdojme kaurdisjen deri sa te shterroje uji qe leshojne kerpudhat. Vazhdojme duke shtuar miellin, kripe, piper dhe rozmarine. Perziejme mire dhe shtojme nje liter uje, ziejme per 30 minuta. Pas kesaj kohe shtojme qumeshtin (mund te shtojme edhe pana nese deshirojme) dhe ziejme edhe 5 minuta tjera. E servirim me majdanoz te fresket sipas shijes.

the FYH ranch is one of my fave things and an absolute nightmare to get in the UK and I am so sad about it (got some in America last year but even that was a struggle) 😭 been feeling ill af so wanted some comfort food 🌱
D’habitude c’est snack le vendredi, mais cette semaine c’est samedi.
Un de mes loulous voulait a absolument un kebab.
Au départ je pensais juste acheter la viande et la passer à la poêle, et je suis tombée par hasard sur la page youtube de https://youtu.be/mh5C7rHcA9E avec son kebab maison.
Franchement ce n’est pas très compliquée mais il est préférable d’aller regarder sa vidéo, elle est top.
Bon mais pour une première il est un peu plat, normalement il doit être cuit ´ debout ´ dans le four, mais y’a un moment je l’ai retrouvé couché et c’est pour ca qu’il est pas aussi arrondi qu’il le devait.
Mais le goût y est, et encore une fois rien à voir avec ce que l’on trouve dans supermarchés.
Et je suis trop contente parce que malgré tout, IL TIENT DEBOUT!!! Alors qu’en pensez vous?
J’ai un peu hésité à publier, et puis je me suis dit pourquoi toujours montrer quand tout est parfait.

Fun fact: I’m currently interning at @bustler_market doing the marketing and I love it so much 🧡 I got my internship through the driven scheme (@derbyuni). Since working here I’ve been able to try some of the incredible street food traders that are about, and one of them, @colombostreat blew me away today! Absolute perfection. I couldn't help myself but to choose my burger-to-beat as the first burger sans tomato.
As always, this burger has been the most consistent, flavorful and overall best burger I've had in the city.

£4 for this Green Tea & Vanilla Mixed Soft Serve in an (absolutely delicious 🤤) fish shaped cone. From Bake in Chinatown, Soho ~ couldn’t find their Instagram, but they’re a few doors down from Shake Shack in Leicester Square.
I was a MASSIVE fan.. at first I thought it was a bit of a rip off, but the ice cream tasted really rich & even the cone tasted great!

my saturday started off with a spontaneous spin class booked right when i woke up 🚴🏻♀️ then i came home to make breakfast, shot a recipe, cleaned + organized my kitchen and now, i’m about to eat before studying the rest of the day! most saturdays, i’m out and running from place to place to get things done, so a day like this is very much needed 🙏🏼 its rare. it’s like i’m in a do not disturb mood and i’m enjoying it over here with my plate of garlicky kale and white bean cauliflower gnocchi for lunch 😛
1 tbsp @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil
1 pack @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups raw lactino kale
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1/2 cup white beans
1. preheat large skillet with avocado oil, cook cauliflower gnocchi uncovered for 5-6 minutes, moving around often, until crispy golden brown.
2. in another medium pan, add avocado oil to cook together minced garlic, lactino kale and red onions for 2 minutes. add in chopped tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft.
3. add veggies and white beans into the pan with gnocchi. drizzle with some olive oil to finish and plate with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast! and red pepper flakes of course 🙂 #winniesbalance
