This picture simply exists because of the most contagious smile that came from that little boy in the back. He was so polite and articulated his English in a way that I can not explain to you just had to experience for yourself. I had so many Indian kids come up to me in groups that wanted to take photos of me but I wanted to take a photo with my friend from Italy and my new friend from India because I wanted a way to remember that boy. He had such a beautiful way to his being. His smile and the way he just was was just amazing. Do you guys ever just meet people who don’t give you anything, not money, nothing physical, but there’s just a short time that something just takes place and it’s magical. It could simply just be something like walking past someone and they offer you a big smile. This is sad. Its almost as if to say, if you cant afford much than you deserve to eat poorly. Also it reads to me that we dont want anyone to really feel their best. So lets make all the things that are truly good for you higher priced. Ever wonder why ramen noodles is so damn cheap? Because its PURE garbage and even banned in some countries. But its soooo affordable. This unjust system can easily be seen clearly if we pay close attention to the actual set up. Clear the illusions and face the raw truth of matters. But besides all of that...food is our main source of nourishment. We all meed to eat foods with life in it in order to sustain and think more clearly. There may be times where we may indulge in some fast food from time to time. But overall, our main foods should consist of nutrients and all vital minerals to give us that jump start. Proper nourishment can take us a long way in many aspects. We are what we eat. And we should eat to live. Not live to eat. Dont allow being too busy get in the way of your self care. Viewing food in the proper light can give us access to feeling our best, therefore aiding in being the best version of ourselves. We should never become too busy or too stressed to nourish ourselves properly. We all need to be nourished for our betterment. How do you feel when you hear the word change?🤨🤨 Do you feel scared?😨 excited? 😄 nervous?😬 happy?😊 Its normal to experience a range of emotions.😂😉😁😭 In the end of the day whether we want to change or are forced to embrace change, we may come across many obstacles or opportunities. But how I see change is an chance given to us to be better and grow...🛤🤗🤩 But lets be honest here when it comes to changing careers 30% of the workforce will change careers or jobs every 12months but when it comes to whether they would avoid change 1 in 3 people roughly about 34% would avoid change in general if they could especially if they do not see immediate results for their efforts, they just want to give up and go back to their old habits or do something else.
When I reasearched and came across the above statistics and information, I was not suprised🤩😱 It reminded me of those individuals who wanted to lose weight but resisted change as they focused more on the foods they need to give up on rather than the results & long term health benefits they would gain.
Want to know something else, that is interesting as to why people may resist change?🤔🤔 Almost 1 in 4 people say they cannot accept failure if they try something and do not succeed.

Fruit still life w/ oil pastel 🎨Photo reference is from Pinterest. First time using oil pastel for an art piece and it was difficult but also somewhat fun? Haha but I did learn from this experience so that’s nice :)

1 kleine Banane
300 g Dinkelmehl
180 g pflanzliche Margarine
100 g Zucker oder Erythrit
Apfel Füllung 🍎
6 grosse Äpfel
1 EL Wasser
2 EL Zucker oder Erythrit
1 TL Zimt
Boden einer 24-26 cm Springform mit Backpapier auslegen. Formenrand fetten.
Banane mit der Gabel zerdrücken.
Dinkelmehl, Margarine, Zucker und zerdrückte Banane in eine grosse Schüssel geben.
Alle Zutaten mit dem Knethaken der Küchenmaschine zu einem krümeligen Teig verkneten.
3/4 des Teigs in der Form verteilen, dabei einen Rand hochziehen. Den restlichen Teig für die Streusel aufbewahren. Form und restlichen Teig für 30 Minuten kühl stellen.
Äpfel schälen und in Würfel schneiden. Apfelwürfel in einen Topf geben, mit 1-2 EL Wasser, Zucker und Zimt bei mittlerer Hitze für ca. 10 Minuten köcheln lassen, zwischendurch umrühren. Apfelkompott leicht abkühlen lassen.
Apfelkompott auf dem Boden verteilen. Restlichen Teig als Streusel über den Äpfeln verteilen.
