I take 5-10 minutes⏰ every day for self-reflection.
This is 17 months straight of practicing this habit and over time is a way of life. .
I encourage you to try it and will say that in the beginning it is a bit awkward.
So here are a few things that I write about, use these as a starting point and then just let it rip.

3) Super far reaching goals ( these are so crazy that they scare me)

It's been an amazing journey sharing what led me to an interest in wellness, how that then inspired me to create iKOU, and the tools I've learnt along the way to help me thrive despite challenges.
I hope the approach I've brought to the book of being open and honest about my own challenges inspire any of you who have felt in the past that being the *best version of you* is only possible when you have the optimum circumstances in life.
I have come to learn life will never be perfect, it's how we work with what we have that makes all the difference to our health and happiness.

Can I be honest with you all?
This week that sugar monster👾🧟♀️ has had a death grip on me! I’ve eaten more sugar this week than I have in previous weeks combined!
The worst part, I was supposed to be sugar detoxing!🤦🏽♀️ Not only do I feel like a failure but I feel like I let my accountability community gals down.😞
I’m the one supposed to be coaching them, right?
I’m supposed to be perfect, set the example, and have all of the answers, right?🤔 WRONG!
Yes, I am here to help support and guide them on their journey✅
To help them stay accountable to their own goals✅
To provide tips on how to increase their motivation and consistency to workout✅
And to provide resources on how to successfully incorporate a nutrition plan they can stick to for life✅
But ironically, THEY are the ones who help me do those things on MY journey!🥰 I’m so glad I have a whole community of ladies I know I can lean on for support and encouragement when I'm the one who falls down.👯♀️

Bowled my second UBA stop of the year. Bowled much better this week. Shot 1254 scratch for 5 games. 1362 with my sticks.
Balls of choice were my rogue assassin at 2k the first 3 games and the new forged 🔥 the last 2 games. I had a great look all day with my new toys. Unofficially I think out team is in 3rd for the weekend.

You will never be satisfied unless you push yourself to your absolute limit. It's not about Money, Fame or greatness it's about putting your absolute best. Even when you have 0 money in the bank account if you can rest your head on the pillow and be happy with what you've accomplished today. You made it. Wake up tomorrow and be 1% better.
2 reasons everything you learned in high school English could be hurting your business 😬
As an English nerd, this hurts me to say, but writing with perfect grammar will not get you more followers.
1. Today’s online space values authenticity more than perfection. If you’re writing for business executives, then sure, it’s natural for you to use more formal language and to double-check your comma usage. But, if your audience is buying mugs, gourmet pet food, or even lifestyle coaching, odds are they just want your content to be easy to read and sound like a normal conversation. In English class, there was no room for this kind of personality, but in the online space, there’s no room for grammar rules that snuff out your personality.
2. The five-paragraph structure is dead. If you ever need to write an essay, sure, pull that back out. But formal writing tends to hide the best parts of what we have to say! You have only fractions of a second to catch your reader’s attention. If the first 8 words of your caption, email headline, or website sound like they belong in a technical manual, no one is going to read your content! Hook your reader, and get to the point.
Remember, I love writing. I love language. I want you to do your best.
But don’t worry about the itty bitty details of grammar. Make up your own words, use a preposition at the end of a sentence, or write in sentence fragments. As long as it sounds natural when you read it out loud, it’s going to serve its purpose.

Are you living life congruent with your earthly purpose or are you simply just existing in order to meet the financial obligations you have?🏦
Whats up my Masters?🔮 It is shocking to me how many people spend their time just EXISTING rather than LIVING. .
So many people get so wrapped up in financial commitments that it makes having a job that you hate somewhat compulsory in order to just GET BY. If this is how you feel about life currently, i would like to challenge those beliefs and get you look closer into your life to do something that would be more inspiring to you.
Now i'm not saying just quick your job tomorrow and go full time on your purpose. What I am saying is that you should be at least spending 10 hours a week at a minimum to work towards something that would be more fulfilling for you.
Will it require sacrifices? Yes ✅
Will it require hard work? Yes ✅
Will it require new knowledge? Yes ✅
If you want to LIVE rather than just EXIST, discover your purpose and get to work on it🙌🏼
