When I look at you the experience of your smiling face becomes...
>12% of my experiences involve your face
<1% involves my face
and vice versa 👀
Isn't that interesting?
Thanks for always thinking I'm fun to be around 🙈
I’ve been struggling to get out of my own head lately. So naturally my thoughts gravitate towards my time on trail. The ability to revisit the Sierra through photos never fails to fill me with joy (and a bit of longing). Those days were some of the best I’ve ever experienced and it’s about time I get back to sharing them with all of you!
The day after hiking up Mt. Whitney was another challenge as we made our way over the highest point on the PCT: Forrester Pass at 13,200 feet of elevation. The weather was perfect. The altitude was unforgiving. The views were stellar. 10/10, would hike again. August 11. #pct2019

A little impromptu beach arv, after Skylas Art class which is only a street away from this beautiful beach 🐚 They loved it soo much that I decided next week we will come down here again and do chips & ice cream too 🍦
These little guys used to wake me up every morning when I lived on Vancouver Island. The best alarms I ever had 😂 .
Ces petits coquins me réveillaient tous les matins quand j'habitais sur l'île de Vancouver. Le meilleur réveil-matin que j'ais jamais eu 😂
How I love to spend my evenings - chasing this guy around the mountain trails 🥰 We’re only two months out from our first race of the season, @pacetrailruns Nimble Bear 50k! I can’t wait for a fun weekend in Kelowna with family, friends, running, and lots of wine 🍷

Hello good sir, I would glad my take that tasty egg from you.
If you look closely at the corners of his eyes you can see the nictitating membrane or "3rd eyelid" on his eyes.

How do you all plan on spending your time outdoors this coming Spring, where is on your MUST-GO-TO list?! @illiterateoptimist
When hiking through the Greenstone Valley it isn’t hard to find yourself completely humbled by the sheer size of the mountains towering you on either side. It’s even more magical in the rain, when hundreds of temporary waterfalls cascade down the cliff faces in a fury of power and beauty.
