Whenever I get overwhelmed this is my process to getting back on a better mindset track: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Think of everything I’m grateful for.
2. Ask if this issue I’m stressing on can be solved with $. If it can, it’s not that big of a problem. (unlike illness...) 3. I remind myself that whether I’m stressing or acting goofy and happy, the problem will still be there. So do the latter.
